Definitions

  • the invention relates to a pavilion or a tent.
  • Umbrella-like tents which are provided with a single central stand.
  • a sliding sleeve is provided on the single floor-supporting stand, and the umbrella-like tent can be opened or folded up by sliding it along the central stand. It is necessary that the mechanism of the central stand has to be very strong in order to ensure that the tent stands securely.
  • a collapsible tent is known. It shows a tarpaulin that is pulled up on a pole. At the highest point of the linkage is a central hub assembly which articulates the rods of the linkage. The poles are of different lengths, most of them extend to the ground, others do not and form a canopy or an additional roof. The tarpaulin completely envelops the tent interior and shows a floor, side walls and canopies or an additional roof. This tent proves to be very complex to set up and dismantle, especially with regard to the time required.
  • US 2017/0151588 A1 is a foldable tent with equally long struts that stretch from a central hub to the ground, forming the feet, and a tarpaulin.
  • a spreading mechanism such as an umbrella opening mechanism is provided, one on top of a Central rod, which adjoins the central hub in the direction of the ground, shows arranged spring which, by means of the spring force, presses spreaders along the center rod in the direction of the ground and thereby causes the struts of the tent to spread out.
  • this tent shows a solar module connected to the central hub for the power supply of the tent occupants.
  • This tent turns out to be very complex and fragile in its structure. Also, due to the arrangement of the central pole and the mechanism attached to it, it does not show the possibility of entering the tent or moving in it in an upright gait.
  • the invention is based on the object of creating a tent or pavilion which is improved over the prior art, which improves use, in particular with regard to upright use, and exhibits sufficient stability.

  • a particularly preferred embodiment of the pavilion or tent shows a covering that is selected and arranged such that it is not designed to be stretchable in the area of a strut, while the covering is made to be elastically stretchable in the other direction.
  • This is preferably achieved by a suitable choice of the fiber directions of a covering made up of fibers or by a suitable choice of the fiber materials including the structure of the fibers or the fiber dimensions (thickness, density or length).
  • the covering is designed in particular such that it is not designed to be stretchable along the strut which is variable in length by means of at least one tensioning element, while the covering in the other direction, in particular transversely to the variable in length Strut is designed to be elastically stretchable. • This design of the articulated connection with the band surrounding the connecting strut makes it possible for the tensioning forces which are transmitted via one side strut to lead to a rotary movement of the connecting brace, which is compensated for by a counter-rotating movement caused by the tensioning forces which are transmitted via the other side brace becomes, which is made possible by the guidance of the tape around the connecting strut and by fixing the tape to the connecting strut in a special measure.
  • a preferred, particularly stable state can be achieved in that the arrangement is designed in such a way that the longitudinal axes of the side struts intersect below the connecting strut.
  • a sufficiently wide bandwidth makes it possible for lateral forces to be transmitted via the side struts to the end area of the covering, which are connected to the ends of the struts, which in turn are connected to the side struts.
  • the number of struts of the secondary bracing is selected to be different from that of the main bracing.
  • a particularly preferred pavilion shows, for example, three main struts and thus three feet while it shows four secondary struts. This pavilion has a compact and sufficiently stable structure that enables adequate protection from external influences, in particular sun and wind or rain.
  • the covering of the pavilion or tent is formed with at least one flat web, in particular made of fabric and / or film, to accommodate one or more struts and / or one or more straps and / or one or more articulated connections of the struts is.
  • the planar web or the planar webs are provided for transferring the tension of a received strut or a recorded tape to the covering.
  • tension forces can be transmitted particularly reliably from the covering to a strut, to a band or to articulated connections of the struts.
  • This provision of the flat web or webs of the covering enables, particularly in the case of long struts, a reliable transmission of the forces between the covering and the struts or the bands or ropes or a good balance of these forces.
  • the flat web can also be designed as a loop. With this choice, a particularly effective force compensation has set in, which enables a particularly safe and stable construction of the pavilion or tent.
  • the length of the strut - be it a strut of the main and / or the secondary strut - between the swivel joint and the common joint area is selected according to the length between a strut of the secondary strut and the common joint area.
  • Another development of the pavilion or tent according to the invention shows at least one strut, in particular all struts of the secondary strut that is or are more rigid than at least one strut, in particular all of the struts of the main strut.
  • At least one strut of the secondary bracing or main bracing is designed so that it is more rigid in the area of at least one of its ends than in the area of its middle, especially in the joint area. This makes it possible for the pavilion or tent, when set up, to be more curved in the highest area than in the area of the feet or in the edge area of the covering. This leads to a particularly functional, easily accessible and stable pavilion or tent.
  • the edge region of the covering is preferably designed to be reinforced and, in particular, designed to be tensile strength. This makes it possible to transfer essential parts of the tension forces transmitted by the covering through the reinforced edge. Precisely because of this, the tensile or tension forces between the ends of the main strut and those of the secondary strut can be balanced or transmitted particularly well, which has a positive effect on the stability.
  • the pockets into which the ends of the struts of the main struts are introduced and are thus positioned in their position relative to the covering, are preferably connected to the reinforced edge, in particular integrated into these, so that a stable connection of the pockets to the edge is provided, which ensures a secure connection Stand of the tent or pavilion without additional anchors.
  • Fig. 1 an exemplary pavilion 1 according to the invention is shown schematically. It shows a flat covering 2 and a buttress 3, 4, which is connected to the covering 2 and is suitable and intended to hold the covering 2 in a 3-dimensional shape.
  • the buttress 3, 4 consists of two parts, a main brace 3 and a secondary brace 4.
  • the main brace 3 has one or more resiliently elastic struts 5a, which are suitable and intended for connecting end regions 6 of two opposing gussets 7 of the covering 2 with one another to connect and thereby to form feet 11a for the pavilion 1.
  • the secondary strut 4 has one or more resiliently elastic struts 5b, which are suitable and provided for connecting central areas 8 of the edge 9 between two adjacent gussets 7 of the covering 2 with one another.
  • the buttress 3, 4 shows at least one tensioning element 10, which is suitable and provided for at least the distance between the ends 11 of a strut 5a, 5b of the buttress 3, 4 and thus the distance of the areas of the covering 2 connected to the ends 11 of the strut 5a, 5b.
  • This increase in the distance which is limited by the dimensions of the covering 2, creates opposing forces between the elastic struts 5a, 5b tensioned by the tensioning element 10 and the edge 9 of the covering 2 connected to the ends 11 of the struts 5a, 5b.
  • the clamping element 10 described is exemplified in Fig. 3 shown in more detail.
  • the bands 16 are provided between different areas of a strut 5a or parts of a strut 5a and are suitable for restricting the distance between the different areas, whereby the further counterforce for generating the overall stability of the pavilion 1 is essentially determined. By balancing these forces, it is possible to achieve a statically stable state that makes it possible, on the one hand, to dispense with a central strut and, on the other hand, to dispense with complex ground anchoring.
  • the straps 16 can also be used to produce differentiated pre-stresses and thus differentiated bending radii of the struts 5a to the desired extent, which has a positive effect on the usability of the pavilion 1, in particular with regard to headroom.
  • the ends 18 of the straps 16 are connected to a strut 5a by means of a form-fit connection 19 to limit the distance tied together.
  • a form-fit connection 19 the connection is created or released by hanging the band 16 in a corresponding recess or by removing it from the recess.
  • the band 16 shows a connecting element which corresponds in its outer contour to the recess and enables a form-fit connection 19 by means of which tensile forces can be transmitted.
  • the pavilion 1 shows four feet 11 a, which are formed by the ends 11 of the struts 5 a of the main strut 3. These are each connected to the end area 6 of a gusset 7 of the covering 2, so that the end areas 6 in the connected state are firmly connected to the ends 11 of the struts 5a, this connection being designed to be detachable.
  • This connection is realized in that the edge 9 of the covering 2 is reinforced and has pockets in the end regions 6 for receiving the ends 11 of the struts 5a of the main strut structure 3. These reinforced pockets as part of the reinforced edge 9 provide a very robust design of the covering 2 and, at the same time, good power transmission between the struts 5a of the main bracing 3 and the covering 2 of the pavilion 1.
  • the pockets in the middle areas 8 of the edge of the covering 2 between two gussets 7 are assigned to the secondary bracing 4, while the ends of the struts 5a of the main bracing 3 are detachably connected to the covering 2 with the aid of spring rings in the area of the gusset 7. This makes it possible to prevent the gusset 7 from loosening when the pavilion or tent is collapsed from the main strut 3 and thereby improves handling.
  • ends 11 of the main strut 3 support feet 11a.
  • the struts 5b of the secondary strut 4 do not end in the pavilion 1 constructed according to the invention as Feet on the ground but in the air.
  • the resiliently elastic struts 5b of the ancillary strut 4 connect in each case central areas 8 of the edge 9, which are arranged between two adjacent gussets 7 of the covering 2 and thus between adjacent feet 11a.
  • the ends 11 of the struts 5b are firmly but detachably connected to the reinforced edge 9, which takes place in accordance with the main strut 3 with the aid of pockets arranged in the edge 9 to accommodate the ends 11 of the struts 5b of the secondary strut 4.
  • the exemplary pavilion 1 due to the structure of the pavilion 1 according to the invention, can dispense with any central strut that supports the pavilion 1 from the ground and with the help of which the pavilion can be set up by changing the length of the central strut or a setting mechanism. This enables very good usability of the interior of the pavilion 1.
  • Fig. 2 In Fig. 2 Pavilion 1 is off Fig. 1 shown in a schematic representation from obliquely below. As a result, the buttress 3, 4 is visible to a greater extent than in Fig. 1 .
  • the main strut 3 consists of two main struts 5a, which each extend from one end area 6 of the gusset 7 of the covering 2 to the opposite end area 6 and together form the opposite feet 11a. Overall, the pavilion 1 thus has four feet 11a.
  • Each main strut 5a is assigned a band 16 to restrict the distance, which is connected to the main strut 5a in the end area close to the base 11a with its end 18 by means of a form-fit connection 19 and on the inside of the struts 5a, i.e. on the side of the main strut facing away from the covering 2 5a is arranged.

  • the webs 20 show hose-like cavities for receiving the bands 16 for limiting the distance or for receiving the struts 5a of the main strut structure 3 and can thus transmit forces between them. Since the flat webs 20 are also connected to the covering 2, they also represent flat webs 22 for the transmission of forces between the covering 2 and the bands 16 to limit the distance or the struts 5a.
  • the flat webs 20, 22 are arranged in such a way that they are arranged in the area 24 of the covering 2 on a connecting line between the ends 11 of two adjacent struts 5b of the secondary brace 4 and the course of a brace 5a of the main brace 3.
  • the flat webs 20, 22 are preferably with the covering 2 over a length of approximately 20 cm firmly connected, which is done in particular by sewing and gluing the polyester fabric of the webs 20, 22 or the covering 2.

  • Fig. 2 the tensioning element 10, which is arranged between the flat element 17 and the common joint areas 12a of the main strut 3 or the secondary strut 4, can be seen. This is explained in the following on the basis of the Fig. 3 explained in more detail.
  • the struts 5a of the main strut 3 are provided with several swivel joints 23, which have a stop to prevent overstretching, which creates the possibility of folding the main struts 5a by means of the swivel joint 23 without an undesired overstretching of the swivel joint 23 is possible, which improves stability the main strut 5a would negatively affect just in the built-up state. By folding it up, the handling and transport of the main strut 3 are facilitated.
  • the length of the strut 5a of the main strut 3 and the length of the strut 5b of the secondary strut 4 between the swivel joint 23 and the common hinge area 12a is selected according to the length between a strut 5b of the secondary strut structure 4 and the common hinge area 12a. This enables a particularly simple and compact folding of the struts 3, 4, in particular when all three lengths are selected to be approximately the same length by suitable positioning of the rotary joint 23.
  • a structure of an exemplary tensioning element 10 is shown schematically, which acts exclusively on the struts 5b of the secondary strutwork 4.
  • the two struts 5b of the secondary strut mechanism 4 intersect in a common joint area 12a.
  • the struts 5b are divided into two parts which are hingedly connected to one another. This takes place via straps 14, which enable the articulated connection 13 of the ends of the parts of the strut 5b of the secondary strut 4.
  • the two bands 14 of the two articulated connections 13 of the two secondary struts 5b have a common, flat element 15.
  • This common, flat element 15 is formed by sewing the overlapping bands 14 and is therefore suitable for forces between the bands 14 and thus between the struts 5b of the secondary strut 4 to compensate.
  • the area of the straps 14 forms the common joint area 12a. Tensile forces, but no compressive forces, can be transmitted via these straps 14 of the articulated connections 13, which is not necessary according to the invention, since no or almost no compressive forces have to be transmitted between the parts of the struts 5b by the tensioning element 10 and the clamping generated by it. These joints show a simple and robust structure.
  • the clamping element 10 shown here consists of a connecting strut 10b, which is provided with a folding mechanism 10a, and two side struts 10c which are fastened in the middle to the connecting strut 10b and spread laterally from it.
  • the free ends of the connecting strut 10b and the side struts 10c are articulated to the four parts of the secondary struts 5b, which enables the struts 5b, 10b, 10c to pivot relative to one another about an axis of rotation without moving the articulated connection along the struts 5b, 10b, 10c .
  • the length of the connecting strut 10b of the tensioning element 10 can be varied with the aid of the folding mechanism 10a, which shows a toggle mechanism.
  • the folding mechanism 10a shows a toggle mechanism.
  • the connecting strut 10b By lengthening the connecting strut 10b, the spacing of the receptacles of the articulated connections on the secondary struts 5b is increased and, as a result, the secondary struts 5b are also spread apart with their ends 11, thereby increasing their relative spacing. If this movement is limited by opposing forces, for example by tension forces of the covering 2 or by the main strut 3 with the associated belts 16, a balance of forces is created, which defines the static structure of the pavilion 1 according to the invention in the erected state.
  • the pavilion 1 according to the invention is characterized by simple handling and a secure stand even without additional anchors in the ground. Because it does not need a central strut and no floor or bracing on the floor, it has a very simple structure and at the same time a high level of utility, which is characterized in particular by great freedom of movement, good headroom and easy handling. Furthermore, the pavilion 1 according to the invention proves to be mobile and can therefore easily be moved from one position to another when it is set up. It is largely independent of the subsurface.
  • the constructed pavilion 1 is characterized by a simple dismantling process.
  • the connecting strut 10b of the tensioning element 10 is shortened with the aid of the folding mechanism 10a by actuating the toggle mechanism.
  • the distances between the struts 5b of the secondary bracing 4 and thus also the distances between the braces 5a of the main bracing 3 connected to them via the covering 2 or its edge 9 decrease, which leads to a collapse or folding of the pavilion 1 with the covering 2 and the buttress 3.4 leads.
  • the tensioning element 10 can be freely pivoted about the closed swivel joint 23 and thereby the parts of the main struts 5a and the secondary struts 5b can be folded together in the common joint area 12a. Then the pivot joints 23 of the main struts 5a of the main strut 3 are used to the two legs of the To fold up parts of the main struts 5a, whereby the pavilion 1 is collapsed even more compactly.
  • the pavilion 1 To set up the pavilion 1, first the main struts 5a on the swivel joints 23 are transferred into the straight, unfolded position in the reverse order, i.e. stretched to the stop, and then the connecting strut 10b is hooked into the receptacle on the secondary strut 5b and by actuating the folding mechanism 10a to extend the connecting strut 10b of the tensioning element 10 so that the pavilion 1 according to the invention has assumed a stable structure. Finally, the pavilion 1 is placed on its four feet in the desired position.
  • Fig. 4 the clamping element 10 is shown in a partial view.
  • the tensioning element 10 is designed in such a way that it is provided with two side struts 10c, which are arranged in pairs on both sides of the connecting strut 10b and are both articulated to one another via the connecting strut 10b.
  • the articulated connection is made by means of a band 30 made of tensile fabric.
  • the ends 32 of the band 30 are firmly connected to the ends of the side struts 10c facing the connecting strut.
  • the band 30 is firmly but detachably connected in the middle to the connecting strut 10b via a fixing screw 31.
  • connection of the band 30 to the connecting strut 10b takes place in such a way that the band 30 is firmly connected to the connecting strut 10b and thereby a movement of the connecting strut 10b for spanning the pavilion 1 can be transmitted via the fixed band 30 to the side struts 10c.
  • the band 30 engages around the connecting strut 10b in such a way that the fixing screw 31 is attached to one side of the connecting strut 10b and the two ends 32 of the side struts 10c come to rest on the opposite side of the connecting strut 10c, which ends 32 of the band 30 are fixed are connected.
  • This design of the tensioning element 10 enables a simple construction of the pavilion 1 and good manageability of the pavilion 1.
