Claims (5)

  1. Procédé pour la fabrication d'un joint d'étanchéité pour une fenêtre ou une porte avec un châssis de dormant et un châssis de battant et pour le montage du joint d'étanchéité sur la fenêtre ou la porte, avec des étapes suivantes qui se suivent les unes les autres :
    étape A : l'extrusion thermoplastique du joint d'étanchéité (20) avec une zone de base (21) et un corps de joint d'étanchéité, configuré en particulier en tant que zone de tuyau flexible (22) qui présente au moins une surface étanche (23), à partir d'au moins un élastomère thermoplastique (TPE) fourni, dans lequel au moins un film (26) est appliqué au moins dans la zone de surface étanche (23) sur le joint d'étanchéité (20) en cours de formation directement lors de l'extrusion du joint d'étanchéité sur l'au moins un élastomère thermoplastique ;
    étape B : l'enlèvement, en particulier le retrait, du film (26) de la surface étanche (23) ; et
    étape C : le montage du joint d'étanchéité (20) sur le châssis de dormant (200) ou sur le châssis de battant (300) de la fenêtre ou de la porte.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le montage du joint d'étanchéité (20) a lieu sur un emplacement où il fait office de joint d'étanchéité de butée entre les éléments mobiles l'un par rapport à l'autre, le châssis de dormant (200) et le châssis de battant (300).
  3. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élastomère thermoplastique pour extruder le joint d'étanchéité lors de l'étape A) est transformé en une mousse au moins dans la zone de la surface étanche (23).
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'est utilisé en tant que le film (26) un film de polypropylène.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'est réalisée, sur le joint d'étanchéité, lors de l'extrusion thermoplastique de l'étape A), au moins une zone en un matériau non expansé, en particulier une zone de coin (25), destinée à reposer sur un profil de fenêtre ou de porte.
