- Un mécanisme d'impression d'une imprimante offset, comprenant un cylindre de plaque (1), un cylindre de blanchet (4), et un cylindre d'impression (2), dans lequel, le cylindre de plaque (1) est emmanché sur un arbre de plaque (16) ; le cylindre de blanchet (4) est emmanché sur un arbre de blanchet (21) ; le cylindre d'impression (2) est agencé rotativement sur une armature de machine (3) ; le cylindre de plaque (1) est ajusté de façon correspondante au cylindre de blanchet (4), le cylindre de plaque (1) et le cylindre de blanchet (4) maintiennent un contact et tournent l'un contre l'autre ; l'arbre de plaque (16) est agencé rotativement sur une armature de machine (3) ; l'arbre de blanchet (21) est agencé afin de pivoter autour de son axe ; une position de l'axe de l'arbre de blanchet (21) est ajustable sur la trajectoire de course de l'arbre de blanchet (40) ; et lorsque des cylindres de blanchet (4) de différents diamètres externes 3, b, c) sont choisis et utilisés, la position de l'axe de l'arbre à blanchet (21) sur la trajectoire de course de l'arbre de blanchet (40) est ajustée, de sorte que chacun des cylindres de blanchet (4) de différents diamètres externes 3, b, c) maintient un contact et tourne contre le cylindre d'impression (2), dans lequel la trajectoire de course de l'arbre de blanchet (40) est une trajectoire à arc circulaire ; les cylindres de blanchet (4) de différente diamètres externes dans une longueur d'impression prédéfinie ; les positions des axes de l'arbre de blanchet (21) sont agencées de façon correspondante sur la trajectoire de l'arc circulaire ; et chacun des cylindres de blanchet (4) sur les positions des axes maintient un contact et tourne contre le cylindre d'impression (2), dans lequel l'arbre de blanchet (21) est agencé de façon à pivoter sur des bras oscillants (5, 24) ; chacun des bras oscillants (5, 24) est agencé en pivotement sur l'armature de la machine (3) ; et la trajectoire circulaire de la trajectoire de course de l'arbre de blanchet (40) est formée par pivotement des bras oscillants (5, 24), et la position de l'axe de l'arbre de blanchet (21) est ajustable sur la trajectoire d'arc circulaire, caractérisé en ce que chacun des bras oscillants (5, 24) est agencé sur le cadre de la machine (3) afin de pivoter sur un arbre de bras oscillant (22) et une position des bras oscillants (5, 24) sur le cadre de la machine (3) est ajustable dans le sens radial.
- Un mécanisme d'impression d'une imprimante offset selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chacun des bras oscillants (5, 24) est entraîné par un dispositif d'entraînement afin d'effectuer un mouvement de va-et-vient autour de l'arbre du bras oscillant (22) sur le cadre de la machine (3) ; le dispositif d'entraînement comprend une tige de poussée (6), une tige de levage (8), une transmission à cylindre et une transmission à vis ; la transmission à cylindre comprend un vérin à air (25) ;
la transmission à vis comprend une vis (11), un écrou et un coulisseau (9) ; l'écrou est agencé sur le coulisseau (9) ; la vis (11) est entraînée par une source d'alimentation de puissance (12) pour entraîner l'écrou afin qu'il engendre le mouvement de haut en bas du coulisseau (9) sur le cadre de la machine (3) ; la tige de poussée (6) est articulée sur le bras oscillant (5, 24) ; la tige de levage (8) est articulée sur le coulisseau (9) ; la tige de poussée (6) et la tige de levage (8) sont articulées l'une à l'autre ; et la tige de poussée (6) ou/et la tige de levage (8) sont en outre reliées de manière à être entraînées par le vérin à air (25). - Un mécanisme d'impression d'une imprimante offset selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le vérin à air (25) est un vérin à double course ou un double vérin ; la tige de piston du vérin est articulée avec la tige de poussée (6) et la tige de levage (8) ; et le vérin est agencé de façon pivotante sur une embase de vérin.
- Un mécanisme d'impression d'une imprimante offset selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un orifice de remplacement de cylindre de plaque (1) est agencé sur le cadre de la machine (3) ; un premier couvercle d'extrémité (17) est monté sur l'orifice de remplacement du cylindre de plaque ; un roulement (18) correspondant à l'arbre de plaque (16) est agencé sur le premier couvercle d'extrémité (17) ; un orifice de remplacement de cylindre de blanchet (15) est agencé sur le cadre de la machine (3) ; l'un des bras oscillants (5) est situé sur le côté externe ou le côté interne de l'orifice de remplacement de cylindre de blanchet (15) ; un deuxième couvercle d'extrémité (27) est agencé sur ledit bras oscillant (5) ; le deuxième couvercle d'extrémité (27) est agencé sur un orifice de montage de couvercle d'extrémité dudit bras oscillant (5) ; et un roulement correspondant à l'arbre de blanchet (21) est agencé sur le deuxième couvercle d'extrémité (27).
