Claims (10)
- Un système de fixation de panneaux sur les façades de bâtiments, les panneaux comprenant un panneau de façade (1) possédant une couche isolante (2) positionnée à l'arrière de celui-ci, le système comprenant :- une première bande (4) et une deuxième bande (5) fixées de manière permanente à la couche isolante (2) ;- au moins une traverse (6) joignant la première bande (4) et la deuxième bande (5) ;- une pièce de montage (12) pour la fixation à une paroi d'un bâtiment entre des panneaux supérieurs et inférieurs adjacents, la pièce de montage comprenant une partie de montage sur la paroi pour adhérer à la paroi et une partie s'étendant vers les panneaux;- une vis (8) pour le montage et la jonction de panneaux supérieurs et inférieurs adjacents, ladite vis traversant une ouverture dans la partie de la pièce de montage (12) s'étendant vers les panneaux ;- au moins un écrou (9) pour bloquer le panneau inférieur adjacent en position suspendue et qui est vissé sur la vis (8) ;- un écrou cylindrique (10) vissé sur la vis (8), utilisé pour supporter et fixer la position du panneau supérieur adjacent ;la première bande (4) ayant un profil en forme de C formant une rainure, l'ouverture de la rainure ayant des saillies formées par des parois perpendiculaires, contre lesquelles l'écrou (9) et / ou la tête de la vis (8) repose depuis l'intérieur de la rainure située en dessous, permettant ainsi au panneau inférieur adjacent d'être suspendu ;la deuxième bande (5) présente un profil en U formant une rainure dans laquelle est placé un écrou cylindrique (10) vissé sur la vis (8) par le haut, de manière à supporter et fixer la position du panneau supérieur adjacent.
- Le système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la première bande (4) et la deuxième bande (5) sont fixées solidement à la couche isolante (2) du panneau par collage ou stratification ou lors du processus de moussage du matériau isolant.
- Le système selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la première bande (4) et la deuxième bande (5) sont sur les bords opposés de la couche isolante (2) du panneau.
- Le système selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2 ou la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la première bande (4) et la deuxième bande (5) sont faites en métal, de préférence en métal non ferreux, de façon encore préférée en aluminium.
- Un système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le panneau de façade (1) a une épaisseur inférieure à 8 mm, de préférence comprise entre 1 et 6 mm.
- Un système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le panneau de façade (1) est une tôle d'une épaisseur allant de 0,5 à 5 mm.
- Un système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'un écrou supplémentaire (9) de blocage supplémentaire de la position des panneaux est utilisé entre le panneau inférieur et le panneau supérieur, au-dessus de la rainure de la première bande (4) et sous l'ouverture de la pièce de montage (12).
- Un système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de montage (12) fixée à la paroi du bâtiment est une équerre présentant un trou de fixation à la paroi sur une partie qui doit adhérer à la paroi et une deuxième ouverture sur la partie tournée vers les panneaux fixes, au travers de laquelle la vis (8) doit passer.
- Un système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que, dans la pièce de montage (12), la deuxième ouverture sur la partie tournée vers les panneaux fixes a une forme oblongue, en "haricot", permettant le réglage de la distance des panneaux par rapport à la paroi.
- Un système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que, dans la pièce de montage (12), l'angle entre la partie de fixation à la paroi, qui adhère à la paroi, et une partie s'étendant vers les panneaux comprenant une ouverture pour que la vis (8) traverse, est un angle droit.
