Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Steckelement zum Verbinden einer Massagevorrichtung zur Massage von Körperteilen, insbesondere der Geschlechtsteile, mit einer Energiequelle.The invention relates to a plug-in element for connecting a massage device for massaging body parts, in particular the genitals, with an energy source.

Massagevorrichtungen der eingangs genannten Art sind auch als Vibratoren bekannt, die es in verschiedenen Formen und Größen gibt. Darunter sind batteriebetriebene Vibratoren mit direkter Steuerung oder Steuerung per Kabel und Vibratoren mit Fernsteuerung, z. B. über das Bluetooth-Protokoll. Aus der WO 02/38100 A2 ist beispielsweise eine Massagevorrichtung zur Intimstimulation bekannt, bei der an einem Ende des Massagekörpers ein Kabel oder eine Schnur vorgesehen ist, die als Antenne und/oder Ladekabel dient. Nachteilig an der bekannten Massagevorrichtung ist jedoch unter anderem, dass die Buchse am freien Ende der Rückholschnur nicht flüssigkeitsfest ausgebildet ist. In die Öffnung der Buchse kann Flüssigkeit eindringen, die zur Korrosion und damit zur Fehlfunktion der Vorrichtung führen kann. Zudem ist die Ausbildung des Ladekabels als Antenne durch die Abmessungen des Kabels auf bestimmte Funkfrequenzen und Antennentypen begrenzt. Insbesondere ist es damit nicht möglich, aktuelle Standards der mobilen Datenkommunikation, wie z. B. Bluetooth, IEEE 802.11 (WLAN), GSM, UMTS und dergleichen zur drahtlosen Datenübertragung zwischen einer entfernten Bedieneinrichtung, wie z. B. einem Smartphone, und der Massagevorrichtung zu verwenden. Aus der EP 3 299 005 A1 ist eine Massagevorrichtung bekannt, die durch Kabel mit einem Stecker verbunden ist, wobei der Stecker Ladeelektroden zum Aufladen eines Energiespeichers der Massagevorrichtung und eine Leiterplattenantenne zur Datenkommunikation aufweist.Massage devices of the type mentioned are also known as vibrators, which are available in different shapes and sizes. Erfindungsgemäß wird ein Steckelement zum Verbinden einer Massagevorrichtung mit einer Energiequelle bereitgestellt, wobei das Steckelement ein Gehäuse umfasst, das zwei Ladeelektroden zur Verbindung mit einer Energiequelle aufweist und das eine Steuervorrichtung, eine drahtlose Datenkommunikationseinrichtung und eine Leiterplattenantenne zum Senden und Empfangen von Funksignalen von der drahtlosen Datenkommunikationseinrichtung aufnimmt. Das Steckelement umfasst ferner ein Kabel, das aus dem Gehäuse zum Verbinden des Steckelements mit der Massagevorrichtung austritt, wobei an einem ersten Ende des Kabels das Steckelement vorgesehen ist und ein gegenüberliegendes zweites Ende des Kabels zur Verbindung mit einer Massagevorrichtung eingerichtet ist. Die im Gehäuse des Steckelements aufgenommenen Komponenten sind von Flüssigkeit geschützt und ihre zuverlässige Funktion wird dadurch gewährleistet. Durch die Anordnung der Leiterplattenantenne im Steckelement wird die Kommunikation zwischen der drahtlosen Datenkommunikationseinrichtung und einer entfernten (Bedien-) Einrichtung zuverlässig gewährleistet, da das Steckelement bei sachgemäßer Nutzung einer Massagevorrichtung stets außerhalb des Körpers angeordnet ist. Aufgrund der gemeinsamen Anordnung der drahtlosen Datenkommunikationseinrichtung und der Leiterplattenantenne im Gehäuse kann auch eine Fehlfunktion der Massagevorrichtung durch Störung der empfangenen Signale während des Übertragens der Signale zwischen der Leiterplattenantenne und der Datenkommunikationseinrichtung verhindert werden. Insbesondere ist das hochfrequente Antennensignal möglichst wenigen Störsignalen ausgesetzt und die Beeinflussung durch den Stromfluss aufgrund der USB-Ladespannungsquelle (Gleichspannung) ist so gering wie möglich. Ferner eignen sich Leiterplattenantennen zum Senden und Empfangen von Signalen nach aktuellen Datenübertragungsstandards. Zudem sind alle für die Steuerung maßgeblichen Komponenten der Massagevorrichtung im Steckelement angeordnet, wodurch zum einen ein kompakter und einfacher Aufbau aber auch eine kostengünstige Herstellung ermöglicht wird. Insbesondere kann der Aufbau eines Massageteils bzw. Vibrationskörpers der Massagevorrichtung erheblich vereinfacht werden, da dieser lediglich eine Schwingungserzeugungsvorrichtung und einen Energiespeicher aufweisen muss, während andere elektrische Komponenten, insbesondere die empfindlichen elektronischen Bauelemente, in das Steckelement ausgelagert werden können. Aufgrund der Unabhängigkeit des Steckelements vom Vibrationskörper kann das Steckelement für eine Vielzahl unterschiedlich ausgebildeter Vibrationskörper eingesetzt werden, wodurch die Herstellungskosten weiter gesenkt werden können. Schließlich genügt nicht nur ein Vibrationskörper der Massagevorrichtung, der in eine Körperöffnung eingeführt wird, sondern auch das Kabel sowie das Steckelement aufgrund der flüssigkeitsfesten Ausbildung den Hygienevorschriften, die für derartige Vorrichtungen gelten, z. B. EP67 (DIN EN 60528). Zudem kann das Steckelement dadurch im Vergleich zu herkömmlichen Stromnetzsteckern sehr klein ausgebildet werden.   1. Plug element (1) for connecting a massage device (40) to an energy source, wherein the plug element (1) comprises:
    a housing (2) which has two charging electrodes (6) for connecting to an energy source, and which houses one conductor plate antenna (16) for sending and receiving radio signals from a wireless data communications device (18);
    and
    a cable (4) which emerges from the housing (2) for connecting the plug element (1) to the massage device (40), wherein the plug element (1) is provided at a first end of the cable (4) whilst the opposite second end of the cable (4) is configured for connection to the massage device (40);
    wherein the housing (2), the cable (4) as well as the connection between the housing (2) and cable (4) are of fluid-tight design,
    characterised in that the housing (2) furthermore houses a control device (20) and the wireless data communications device (18).
  2. Plug element (1) according to claim 1 characterised in that the plug element (1) is flat and that the charging electrodes (6) are of a USB-compatible design.
  3. Plug element (1) according to one of the preceding claims characterised in that the housing (2) has a length (L), a width (B) and a height (H) wherein the length (L) is greater than the width (B), and the ratio of length (L) to height (H) is less than 10:1, preferably less than 8:1 and more preferred less than or equal to 6:1 and wherein the ratio of length (L) to width (B) is less than 10:1, preferably less than 7:1 and more preferred less than or equal to 3:1.
  4. Plug element (1) according to one of the preceding claims characterised in that the housing (2) has dimensions of maximum 50 mm x 30 mm x 20 mm (L x B x H), preferably of maximum 40 mm x 20 mm x 10 mm (L xB x H) and more preferred maximum of 35 mm x 15 mm x 6 mm (L x B x H).
  5. Plug element (1) according to one of the preceding claims characterised in that the plug element (1) furthermore comprises an actuating element (8) which is formed in a surface (24) of the plug element (1).
  6. Plug element (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the charging electrodes (6), the conductor plate antenna (16), the wireless data communications device (18) and the control device (20) are arranged on a conductor plate (12).

Plug element (1) according to one of the preceding claims characterised in that the charging electrodes (6), the conductor plate antenna (16), the data communications device (18) and the control device (20) are arranged on one side of the conductor plate (12) or alternatively are spread in any combination on two opposite sides of the conductor plate (12).

Plug element (1) according to claim 8 characterised in that one of the strands (10) comprises at least one electric lead for connecting the charging electrodes (6) to an energy accumulator of the massage device (40), and that the other strand (10) comprises a signal lead for connecting the control device (20) to a vibration generating device of the massage device (40).
  10. Plug element (1) according to one of the preceding claims characterised in that the housing (2) is made from a biocompatible plastic material or has a covering of biocompatible plastic material.
  11. Remote controllable massage device (40) suitable for massaging parts of the body, comprising:
    a plug element (1) according to one of claims 1 to 10; and
    a vibration body (42) which comprises a vibration generating device and an energy accumulator, wherein the vibration body (42) is connected to the plug element (1) only by means of the cable (4).
