Description

The invention relates to a massage device for the massage of body parts, in particular the genitals.

Massage devices of the type mentioned are also known as love balls. However, they are not only used as an erotic toy, but also as an intravaginal use in the therapeutic treatment of the pelvic floor muscles, such as in the EP 0 955 024 A2 described.

The WO 02/38100 A2 However, a disadvantage of the known massage device is, inter alia, that the bush at the free end of the return cord is not formed liquid-resistant, since liquid can penetrate into the opening of the bush, leading to corrosion and thus can lead to malfunction of the device. In addition, the design of the charging cable as an antenna is limited by the dimensions of the cable to certain radio frequencies and types of antennas. In particular, it is thus not possible, current standards of mobile data communication such. B. Bluetooth, IEEE 802.11 (WLAN), GSM, UMTS and the like for wireless data transmission between a remote control device such as a smartphone and the massage device to use.

It is therefore the object of the present invention to at least partially overcome the abovementioned disadvantages and to provide a massaging device which enables a reliable liquid-proof function, a simple charging of the energy stores and the use of current wireless data transmission technologies.

This object is achieved by the subject matter with the features of claim 1.

According to the invention, there is provided a massage device suitable for massaging body parts comprising a massage part having in a housing a vibration generating device, an energy storage, a control device and a wireless data communication device, a cable connected at one end to the massage part, and a male member disposed at the other end of the cable, having two charging electrodes and for connection to a charger is suitable, wherein the plug element has a printed circuit board, is flat and the charging electrodes are designed as USB compatible, so that the plug element can be plugged into a USB socket for charging, wherein the plug element further comprises a printed circuit board antenna for transmitting and receiving radio signals from the wireless Data communication device, wherein the charging electrodes and the printed circuit board antenna are arranged on this circuit board. The arrangement of the printed circuit board antenna in the plug-in element, the data transfer between the wireless data communication device in the massage part and a remote control device can be significantly improved. This technical solution eliminates the need for additional components, which saves space and additional costs.

With the USB technology, a very common method for charging the energy storage device or for data transmission can be used. The flat plug-in element has a similar configuration to that of a USB-A plug, which can be inserted into a corresponding USB socket in the manner of a USB stick. Such sockets are available on a variety of devices, such as PCs, laptops, notebooks, tablet computers, power supplies and the like, and provide according to USB standard sufficient charging current available (up to 500 mA at 5V to USB 2.0).

It is also advantageous if the charging electrodes are arranged on one side and the printed circuit board antenna on the other side of the printed circuit board. The printed circuit board antenna, also called a printed antenna, can be inexpensively applied in any form as a copper layer on a conventional printed circuit board. This makes it possible to achieve a compact component, which saves space and thus costs. Alternatively, the charging electrodes and the printed circuit board antenna may be arranged on the same side of the printed circuit board. This results in an even simpler construction of the plug element. It is also possible to arrange the charging electrodes on both sides of the board, so that the plug-in element can be plugged in a user-friendly in all (two) orientations in a USB socket or other equivalent charging socket. This requires a logic that detects positive and negative poles accordingly.

With further advantage the printed circuit board antenna is suitable for the transmission and reception of radio signals according to Bluetooth (according to IEEE 802.15.1), NFC (Near Field Communication), WLAN (according to IEEE 802.11), GSM, UMTS, LTE or another mobile data transmission standard.

Advantageously, the cable and the plug element are formed liquid-resistant. Thus, not only the massage part which is inserted into a body opening, but also the return cord or the cable and the plug element satisfy the hygiene regulations which apply to such devices, e.g. IP67 (DIN EN 60528). Cable and plug element can thus be cleaned with simple means and do not provide openings in the liquid could penetrate such that the function of the massage device is impaired.

It is preferred that the cable has two strands. In particular, it is advantageous that at least one cable harness is designed as a coaxial cable. This ensures that the high-frequency antenna signal is exposed as little as possible interference signals and can be transmitted sufficiently shielded to the wireless data communication device inside the housing of the massage part. The influence of the current flow due to the USB charging voltage source (DC voltage) is thus as low as possible.

With further advantage, the plug element has two recesses for receiving one strand end each. Thereby, the overall structure of the plug element can be kept flat. The connection of the strand ends with the charging electrodes or the connections of the printed circuit board antenna is easily possible by soldering or another suitable connection.

The plug-in element preferably has a grip area on its surface. The grip area is formed in the vicinity of the end of the plug element, to which the cable or the strand ends are connected to the plug element. This is a simple plugging in and out of the charging socket possible. The grip area may be formed by a corrugation or a bulge on the surface of the plug element. Other useful embodiments that do not affect the function of the plug and the circuit board antenna are possible.

Particularly preferably, plug-in element and / or cable at least partially on a biocompatible plastic sheath. As a result, the components such as circuit board, antenna and the joints to the cable strands are protected, for example against corrosion. It is particularly preferred to apply the biocompatible plastic casing by means of injection molding. This results in an integrally formed plug-in element that offers as little as possible attack surface from impairment or machining from the outside. The material for the plastic wrap is preferably a thermoplastic such as acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS) or a comparable plastic with similar properties. These thermoplastics are insensitive to commercial lubricants and detergents and tasteless and odorless.

The material of the massage device is preferably UV-resistant, odorless and tasteless, whereby different colors can be used.

The charging contacts of the plug-in element advantageously have a coating with a metal or a metal alloy, e.g. in the form of a gold or gold alloy gilding or in the form of a gilding with another metal or metal alloy.

Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of a first preferred embodiment of the massage device according to the invention. The massaging device 1 has a substantially spherical massage part 3 which has the following components (not shown) in a housing 5: a vibration generating device, an energy store, a control device and a wireless data communication device. These components known to those skilled in the art are correspondingly functionally coupled or electrically connected in the interior of the housing 5, as is generally known to the person skilled in the art. During operation, the vibration generating device supplied by the energy store, for example an electric motor with an unbalance eccentrically mounted on a shaft, ensures that the massage part 3 is set into vibration and vibrates. The control device within the housing 5 receives its control commands via a wireless data communication device, which is also powered by the energy storage and powered by a remote control device, such as a smartphone, a PC or similar mobile control platform with suitable radio signals for control. The control device may have a data storage device for storing program sequences, whereby it is possible to program the massage device with internally or externally created vibration sequences. Direct control via the remote operating device is also possible.

So that the components in the interior of the massage part 3 can be supplied with current or with an antenna signal and can also send a signal to the outside, the massage part is connected to a plug-in element 9 via a cable 7, which has two strands or wires in the illustrated embodiment , The plug-in element 9 is designed as a flat plug and has on its upper side two charging electrodes 11, which are arranged parallel to each other in the longitudinal direction and are compatible with a USB-A connection. Except for the exposed charging electrodes 11, the plug-in element 9 is encapsulated with a sheath 15, which is made of a thermoplastic plastic material, for example acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS). The envelope 15 has on the top 13 on the the cable 7 side facing a handle portion 17, which is formed in the illustrated embodiment as a bulge. The handle portion 17 serves to handle the plug-in element 9 better when plugged into a corresponding USB socket or when removing it. Approximately in the middle of the upper side 13 of the plug element 9, an elongated recess 16 is visible, which is due to the fact that in the present embodiment, the plug-in element 9 is made by injection molding and the component must be held in accordance with a tool. The elongated recess 16 is not important for the vibration function, charging or controlling the massage device, but only for the production.

Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the first preferred embodiment of the massage device according to the invention, wherein the outlets from the housing 5 of the massage part 3 for the cable 7 and the underside of the plug element 9 is visible. It should be noted that the two strands of the cable 7 are sufficiently dimensioned that they can be used as a return cord. D. h., Can be pulled on them, also by means of the plug element 9, to pull the massage part 3 from a body opening. On the underside 14 of the plug-in element 9, two parallel elongated recesses 16 are arranged, which, similar to those on the upper side 13, only identify the holding points for the encapsulation of the inner elements of the plug-in element 9. Also, on the underside 14 of the plug element 9 in the region facing the cable, a further grip region 17 is formed, which is formed in the illustrated embodiment as a survey or bulge whose thickness increases towards the edge of the plug element 9.

Fig. 3 shows in perspective view a second preferred embodiment of the massage device according to the invention of the present invention. Since the second embodiment is similar to the first embodiment, only the differences between the two embodiments will be discussed here. In the second embodiment, the massage part 3 has, on the side opposite to the location of the connection of the cables 7, a second massage element 4 which is connected to the housing 5 via a connecting element 6 and which is substantially spherical. The outer dimensions and the shape of the second massage element 4 and the housing 5 are substantially identical. However, inside the second massage element 4, a cavity is arranged in which a ball is freely movably arranged, which has a weight which is suitable to generate mechanical impulses when the second massage part 4 moves becomes. The construction of the second massage element 4 is substantially similar to the construction of a conventional mechanical love ball, in which the movement of the ball by the movement of the ball inside the ball creates a mechanical impulse which is felt on the surface of the ball. The housing 5 is fixedly connected to the second massage element 4 via the connecting element 6. This connection can be made detachable in order to be able to remove the second massage element 4. All others in Fig. 3 Elements shown are with those from Fig. 1 identical. The same applies to the elements Fig. 4 that are the same as in Fig. 2 with the exception of the second massage element 4.

Fig. 5 shows a section of the elements Fig. 1 , wherein only the plug-in element 9 and the cable or cables 7 are shown visible. It is therefore to the description given above Fig. 1 directed.

The FIGS. 6 and 7 show in plan view the top and bottom of the circuit board 21 with the two charging electrodes 11 and the printed circuit board antenna 23, which form the core of the plug-in element 9. It should be noted that the printed circuit board 21 is still encapsulated after application of the material for the charging electrodes 11 and the printed circuit board antenna 23 and after connecting the cable strands by injection molding of a plastic sheath and thus the complete plug-in element 9 is formed first.

In Fig. 6 is the top of the circuit board shown, on the longitudinal direction parallel to each other two charging electrodes are applied. The dimensions, ie in particular the distance and the length of the two charging electrodes 11, are dimensioned so that the plug-in element 9 can be plugged into a corresponding USB socket for charging. The contacting of the charging electrodes 11 with the terminals of the two cable strands takes place in the first recess 22 and the second recess 25. In the preferred embodiment, the cable 7 is formed in two strands, wherein the first strand is a simple cable with a strand whose end connected to the plus charging electrode, in Fig. 6 the upper charging electrode 11. The second strand of the cable 7 is formed as a coaxial cable, wherein the outer conductor is connected in the second recess 25 with the charging electrode 11 defined as the ground. The white dots in the left portion of the ground electrode identify the vias on the bottom of the board as discussed below with reference to FIG Fig. 7 described.

Fig. 7 shows the bottom of the circuit board 21, to which the circuit board antenna 23 is applied as a conductive layer in a known technique. Such a printed circuit board antenna is characterized by a compact design. In the invention, it is advantageous that the printed circuit board antenna in the plug element 9 is located away from the printed circuit and the components of the wireless data communication device in the massage part 3, because so secondary excitations and thus interference due to the high frequency characteristics of the printed circuit board antenna are significantly reduced.

The shape of the printed antenna tracks is optimized for good radiation characteristics, high reception and transmission efficiency and sufficient bandwidth. The printed circuit board antenna 23 is connected in the second recess 25 with a strand of the cable 7, with the coaxial strand. In this case, the inner conductor of the coaxial cable, also called the soul, is electrically connected, ie soldered, to the front side of the second recess 25 with the contact region 24 of the printed circuit board antenna 23. The outer conductor of the coaxial cable is electrically connected to the longitudinal sides of the second recess 25 with contact regions 26 of the printed circuit board antenna 23, that is soldered. It is also possible to make the connection by gluing or by another suitable contacting technique. As in Fig. 7 it can be seen in the first recess 22 of the circuit board 21 no connection between the strand of the cable 7 is provided to a printed on the underside of the conductor track.

Using the coaxial cable, for example, the received or to be sent Bluetooth signal in the 2.4 GHz band to the wireless data communication device or be transported away. The characteristic impedance of the coaxial cable is dimensioned to ensure optimum transmission and reception characteristics.

With the subject invention, a massaging device is provided which enables a reliable liquid-proof function, a simple charging of the energy storage and the use of current wireless data transmission technologies.
