Specifically, as shown in FIG. 6 , the supports 120 seated in the seating grooves 1111 are moved upward to separate the supports 120 from the seating grooves 1111. At this time, the rebars 200 are separated from the rectangular tray 110 together with the supports 120 in a state in which the rebars 200 are supported on the center portions 121 of the supports 120 and the sides of the rebars 200 are wrapped with the vinyl 300. After the separating operation, the rebars 200 and the supports 120 may be moved to a storage location or delivered to a customer requiring the rebars 200.
- a label attaching operation in which a label (not shown) describing information such as specifications or dimensions of the rebars 200 is attached to the vinyl 300 may be performed before the separating operation.

Claims (8)
- Procédé d'emballage de barre d'armature comprenant :la préparation d'une unité de chargement (100) comprenant un plateau rectangulaire (110) et une paire de supports (120) prévus de manière amovible sur le plateau rectangulaire et espacés l'un de l'autre, chacun de la paire de supports comprenant une partie centrale (121) reposant sur une surface supérieure du plateau rectangulaire et une partie latérale (122) courbée vers le haut à partir des deux extrémités de la partie centrale ;le chargement d'une pluralité de barres d'armature sur les parties centrales de la paire de supports qui sont espacés l'un de l'autre ;l'enveloppement de la pluralité de barres d'armature chargées et des côtés de la paire de supports avec du vinyle comme une seule unité ; etla séparation de la pluralité de barres d'armature et de la paire de supports, qui sont enveloppés avec le vinyle, du plateau rectangulaire,dans lequel des rainures d'assise (1111) s'étendant dans une direction sont prévues dans le plateau rectangulaire de sorte que les parties centrales de la paire de supports sont insérées et logées dans les rainures d'assise, etdes butées (113) sont prévues sur les parties d'extrémité des rainures d'assise, les butées venant en contact avec les parties latérales de la paire de supports pour supporter et maintenir la paire de supports dans une position debout.
- Procédé d'emballage de barre d'armature selon la revendication 1, dans lequel
la paire de supports est debout sur le plateau rectangulaire dans un état incliné dans lequel l'espacement entre la paire de supports diminue dans une direction vers les extrémités supérieures des parties latérales, les parties centrales étant espacées l'une de l'autre. - Procédé d'emballage de barre d'armature selon la revendication 1, dans lequel
la pluralité de barres d'armature ayant une forme en « U » et sont espacées les unes des autres côte à côte dans une direction horizontale de manière à se chevaucher. - Procédé d'emballage de barre d'armature selon la revendication 1, dans lequel
la pluralité de barres d'armature comprend des pieds courbés qui sont courbés vers l'intérieur à partir d'une forme en « U », et la pluralité de barres d'armature sont agencées d'une manière à se chevaucher dans laquelle chaque barre d'armature est espacée des barres d'armature adjacentes de sorte que les pieds courbés ne sont pas en contact les uns avec les autres. - Unité de chargement de barre d'armature (100) comprenant un plateau rectangulaire (110) et une paire de supports (120), dans laquelle le plateau rectangulaire est prévu pour recevoir des supports pour charger des barres d'armature dessus et chacun de la paire de supports comprend une partie centrale (121) reposant sur une surface supérieure du plateau rectangulaire et une partie latérale (122) courbée vers le haut à partir des deux extrémités de la partie centrale, le plateau rectangulaire d'emballage de barre d'armature comprenant :une partie de corps (111) ayant une forme rectangulaire avec des côtés avant, arrière, gauche et droit, la partie de corps comprenant des rainures d'assise (1111) dans une surface supérieure de celle-ci, les rainures d'assise s'étendant dans une direction et agencées à distance les unes des autres parallèlement aux côtés avant et arrière ;des plaques de paroi latérale (112) agencées sur les côtés gauche et droit de la partie de corps et faisant saillie vers le haut à partir de la partie de corps ; etdes butées (113) prévues sur les plaques de paroi latérale pour établir un contact avec des parties latérales de la paire de supports lorsqu'elles sont logées dans les rainures d'assise de sorte que les supports sont maintenus dans les rainures d'assise en position debout,dans lequel des rainures d'assise (1111) s'étendant dans une direction sont prévues dans le plateau rectangulaire de sorte que les parties centrales de la paire de supports sont insérées et logées dans les rainures d'assise, etles butées (113) sont prévues sur des parties d'extrémité des rainures d'assise.
- Unité de chargement de barre d'armature selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle
les butées comprennent une pluralité de butées agencées adjacentes aux rainures d'assise. - Unité de chargement de barre d'armature selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle
les butées comprennent des surfaces inclinées qui viennent en contact avec les supports placés dans les rainures d'assise de sorte que les supports sont debout dans un état incliné. - Unité de chargement de barre d'armature selon la revendication 7, dans laquelle
les supports sont debout en contact avec les butées dans un état incliné dans lequel les supports se rapprochent l'un de l'autre dans une direction vers les extrémités supérieures des supports.
