Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a guide system for guiding a furniture door, in particular a folding door or folding-sliding door, relative to a fixed furniture part with the features of the preamble of claim 1 and a piece of furniture with at least one such guide system.
  • Guide systems for guiding a furniture door relative to a fixed furniture part are already known, with these guide systems having a correspondingly long guide rail depending on the respective dimensions of the furniture and the furniture doors to be guided.
  • the guide rail of the guide system could also be divided into pieces. If the pieced guide rail parts are reassembled, audible noises are caused when the carriage runs along the assembled guide rail, which also results in the carriage running unsteadily.
  • the EP1013865A2 reveals a pieced guide rail.
  • the object of the invention is to avoid at least one of the disadvantages described above and to provide a guide system and an improved piece of furniture that are improved compared to the prior art.
  • the at least one first guide rail is composed in the longitudinal direction of at least a first and a second rail piece, the two rail pieces being releasably connectable via at least one connecting piece, on which a section of the at least one Tread for the at least one rolling element of the at least one carriage is formed. This ensures that the carriage runs more smoothly along the at least one running surface.
  • the rail pieces of the at least one first guide rail with the at least one connecting piece can each be positioned relative to one another via at least one positioning device, the at least one positioning device having at least one wedge and has at least one corresponding counterform.
  • the at least one positioning device makes it possible for the transition between the rail pieces to be essentially stepless and only tolerances of the material play a role.
  • the connection itself does not result in any additional differences in level between the rail sections.
  • protection is also sought for a piece of furniture with at least one furniture door, in particular a folding door or folding-sliding door, at least one fixed piece of furniture and at least one guide system Guiding the at least one furniture door relative to the at least one fixed furniture part.
  • Figures 1a, 1b and 1c show a piece of furniture 16, with a fixed furniture part 3, two furniture walls 27 and two furniture doors 2.
  • These furniture doors 2 are designed as folding-sliding doors and each have a first door leaf 2a and a second door leaf 2b, the two door leaves 2a, 2b can be folded via the folding door hinges 17.
  • the furniture 16 also has a receiving area 18 and two laterally arranged receiving shafts 21 or “pockets”. It is therefore provided that the furniture 16 has a receiving area 18 for receiving components of a kitchen 19 (for example electrical devices such as a stove, oven, etc.), a clothing storage device 20 (for example drawers, clothes hangers, boxes, etc.) or the like.
  • a kitchen 19 for example electrical devices such as a stove, oven, etc.
  • a clothing storage device 20 for example drawers, clothes hangers, boxes, etc.
  • a furniture door 2 can be retracted in each of the two receiving shafts 21, which can be arranged laterally in or on the furniture 16.
  • the receiving shafts 21 can therefore either be arranged on the outside of the furniture 16, or the receiving shafts 21 are formed in the furniture 16, for example by arranging an additional wall.
  • the illustration shown corresponds to the parking position of the furniture doors 2 and those in Figure 1c corresponds to the closed position of the furniture doors 2.
  • the second door leaf 2b is each coupled to a carriage 5, the carriage 5 being displaceable along a first guide rail 4.
  • Further guide rails 14 (not visible) for guiding the furniture doors 2 are arranged in the receiving shafts 21 or, more precisely, on the furniture walls 27.
  • the two receiving shafts 21 have a clear width from 10 to 30 cm and/or a height of 100 to 250 cm and/or a depth of 60 to 100 cm.
  • the first guide rail 4 is therefore arranged essentially transversely to the further guide rails 14 on the furniture 16.
  • a web 22 is provided, which is either part of the first guide rail 4 or is designed as a separate component.
  • the movement of the furniture doors 2 between the park position and the closed position is made possible by the first guide rail 4 and the further guide rails 14.
  • the furniture doors 2 can be moved into that position Figure 1b can be moved, which can be seen from the furniture door 2 shown on the left.
  • the furniture doors 2 are moved along the additional guide rails 14.
  • the furniture doors 2 are subsequently moved into the essentially coplanar position Figure 1c brought.
  • the door leaf 2b is moved along the first guide rail 4 with the aid of the carriage 5 until the closed position of the furniture doors 2 is reached, in which the two door leaves 2a, 2b are aligned essentially coplanar.
  • the same process is carried out in reverse order.
  • Figure 2 shows the guide system 1, which includes the first guide rail 4 and the carriage 5.
  • the first guide rail 4 consists of the two rail pieces 4a, 4b, these two rail pieces 4a, 4b being connected to one another via the connecting piece 8.
  • a transfer device 23 is provided, which is connected to the first rail piece 4a of the first guide rail 4 via the connecting piece 8.
  • This transfer device 23 has a control cam on its underside, so that the kinetic energy of the furniture door 2 can be used during the transition from the first guide rail 4 to the further guide rail 14 or from the further guide rail 14 to the first guide rail 4.
  • this transfer device 23 is followed by the Carrier 15.
  • a vertical support structure 34 is movably mounted on each of the further guide rails 14, with hinges 28 for fastening the first door leaf 2a of the furniture door 2 being arranged on this support structure 34, so that the furniture door 2 can be retracted into these receiving shafts 21. If the furniture door 2 is moved into the position in which the door leaves 2a, 2b are essentially aligned parallel to one another, then the carriage 5 is moved onto this carrier 15. The carrier 15 is further arranged on the vertical support structure 34 and thus the furniture door 2 can be moved along the further guide rail 14.
  • At least one further guide rail 14 and at least one carrier 15 provided, the at least one carrier 15 being movably mounted on the at least one further guide rail 14, on or on the at least one carrier 15 of the at least one carriage 5 can be arranged, and the at least one carrier 15 can be arranged at least in some areas in the extension of the first guide rail 4.

Guide systems for guiding a furniture door relative to a fixed furniture part are already known, with these guide systems having a correspondingly long guide rail depending on the respective dimensions of the furniture and the furniture doors to be guided.

However, this makes transport more difficult because many different guide rails for different furniture and furniture doors have to be transported. In addition, assembly is made more difficult because the person carrying out the assembly work may have to mount very long guide rails on the furniture. In addition, such guide systems are very inflexible, since guide rails must be provided that correspond to the respective dimensions of the furniture and furniture doors.

Based on this, the guide rail of the guide system could also be divided into pieces. If the pieced guide rail parts are reassembled, audible noises are caused when the carriage runs along the assembled guide rail, which also results in the carriage running unsteadily.

Die EP1013865A2 offenbart eine gestückelte Führungsschiene. The EP1013865A2 reveals a pieced guide rail.

The object of the invention is to avoid at least one of the disadvantages described above and to provide a guide system and an improved piece of furniture that are improved compared to the prior art.

These tasks are solved by the features of independent claims 1 and 12.

Advantageous embodiments of the invention are defined in the dependent claims.

An essential idea with regard to the guide system according to the invention is that the at least one first guide rail is composed in the longitudinal direction of at least a first and a second rail piece, the two rail pieces being releasably connectable via at least one connecting piece, on which a section of the at least one Tread for the at least one rolling element of the at least one carriage is formed. This ensures that the carriage runs more smoothly along the at least one running surface.

So that the connection between the individual rail pieces is improved and audible noises are largely avoided, it is provided that the rail pieces of the at least one first guide rail with the at least one connecting piece can each be positioned relative to one another via at least one positioning device, the at least one positioning device having at least one wedge and has at least one corresponding counterform.

The at least one positioning device makes it possible for the transition between the rail pieces to be essentially stepless and only tolerances of the material play a role. The connection itself does not result in any additional differences in level between the rail sections.

As mentioned at the beginning, protection is also sought for a piece of furniture with at least one furniture door, in particular a folding door or folding-sliding door, at least one fixed piece of furniture and at least one guide system Guiding the at least one furniture door relative to the at least one fixed furniture part.

Figures 1a, 1b and 1c show a piece of furniture 16, with a fixed furniture part 3, two furniture walls 27 and two furniture doors 2. These furniture doors 2 are designed as folding-sliding doors and each have a first door leaf 2a and a second door leaf 2b, the two door leaves 2a, 2b can be folded via the folding door hinges 17. The furniture 16 also has a receiving area 18 and two laterally arranged receiving shafts 21 or “pockets”. It is therefore provided that the furniture 16 has a receiving area 18 for receiving components of a kitchen 19 (for example electrical devices such as a stove, oven, etc.), a clothing storage device 20 (for example drawers, clothes hangers, boxes, etc.) or the like.

A furniture door 2 can be retracted in each of the two receiving shafts 21, which can be arranged laterally in or on the furniture 16. The receiving shafts 21 can therefore either be arranged on the outside of the furniture 16, or the receiving shafts 21 are formed in the furniture 16, for example by arranging an additional wall.

In the Figure 1a The illustration shown corresponds to the parking position of the furniture doors 2 and those in Figure 1c corresponds to the closed position of the furniture doors 2. The second door leaf 2b is each coupled to a carriage 5, the carriage 5 being displaceable along a first guide rail 4. Further guide rails 14 (not visible) for guiding the furniture doors 2 are arranged in the receiving shafts 21 or, more precisely, on the furniture walls 27. The two receiving shafts 21 have a clear width from 10 to 30 cm and/or a height of 100 to 250 cm and/or a depth of 60 to 100 cm. The first guide rail 4 is therefore arranged essentially transversely to the further guide rails 14 on the furniture 16.

In addition, a web 22 is provided, which is either part of the first guide rail 4 or is designed as a separate component. The movement of the furniture doors 2 between the park position and the closed position is made possible by the first guide rail 4 and the further guide rails 14. Starting from the parking position of the furniture doors 2, in which the door leaves 2a, 2b are aligned essentially parallel to one another, the furniture doors 2 can be moved into that position Figure 1b can be moved, which can be seen from the furniture door 2 shown on the left. Here, the furniture doors 2 are moved along the additional guide rails 14. The furniture doors 2 are subsequently moved into the essentially coplanar position Figure 1c brought. For this purpose, the door leaf 2b is moved along the first guide rail 4 with the aid of the carriage 5 until the closed position of the furniture doors 2 is reached, in which the two door leaves 2a, 2b are aligned essentially coplanar. To move the furniture doors 2 from their closed position to their parked position, the same process is carried out in reverse order.

Figure 2 shows the guide system 1, which includes the first guide rail 4 and the carriage 5. The first guide rail 4 consists of the two rail pieces 4a, 4b, these two rail pieces 4a, 4b being connected to one another via the connecting piece 8. Furthermore, a transfer device 23 is provided, which is connected to the first rail piece 4a of the first guide rail 4 via the connecting piece 8. This transfer device 23 has a control cam on its underside, so that the kinetic energy of the furniture door 2 can be used during the transition from the first guide rail 4 to the further guide rail 14 or from the further guide rail 14 to the first guide rail 4. In the illustration shown, this transfer device 23 is followed by the Carrier 15. In addition, a vertical support structure 34 is movably mounted on each of the further guide rails 14, with hinges 28 for fastening the first door leaf 2a of the furniture door 2 being arranged on this support structure 34, so that the furniture door 2 can be retracted into these receiving shafts 21. There are therefore at least one further guide rail 14 and at least one carrier 15 provided, the at least one carrier 15 being movably mounted on the at least one further guide rail 14, on or on the at least one carrier 15 of the at least one carriage 5 can be arranged, and the at least one carrier 15 can be arranged at least in some areas in the extension of the first guide rail 4.

Figure 3a shows the carriage 5 in a perspective view. The carriage 5 has a support profile 25 and the fitting parts 24 which are connected to the support profile 25 in an articulated manner about the vertical axis V. These fittings 24 are used to fasten the door leaves 2b. In addition, the rolling elements 6a, 6b and the control roller 26 are arranged on the support profile 25. The rolling elements 6a and the control roller 26 are rotatably mounted about a vertical axis and the rolling element 6b is rotatably mounted about a horizontal axis (this rotatable bearing relates to the mounting position of the carriage 5). Figure 3b shows the carriage 5 movably mounted along the first guide rail 4 in a plan view and a detailed view of the area A. It can be seen that the support profile 25 is essentially U-shaped, so that the support profile 25 can be placed on the web 22 and can also be moved along the web 22. The first guide rail 4 has the two running surfaces 7a, 7b, the two upper rolling elements 6a being supported on the running surface 7a and being movable along this running surface 7a.

On the other hand, the rolling element 6b is supported on the running surface 7b and can be moved along this running surface 7b. The rolling elements 6a thus serve to absorb horizontal forces and the rolling elements 6b serve to absorb vertical forces (e.g. the weight of the furniture door 2 that can be arranged on the carriage 5 via the fitting parts 24).

Figure 4 shows a first exemplary embodiment of the first guide rail 4, which is divided into pieces in the longitudinal direction L. This first guide rail 4 has the first rail piece 4a and the second rail piece 4b. In this illustration, the two rail pieces 4a, 4b are already connected to one another. It can be provided that at least one of the provided rail pieces 4a, 4b of the at least one first guide rail 4 can be adjusted in length, with the ability to be connected to further rail pieces 4a, 4b being retained.

Figure 5 shows the first guide rail 4 consisting of the two rail pieces 4a, 4b in a perspective view and a detailed view of the area A. The two adapter pieces 9 can be seen here, which are inserted into the two rail pieces 4a, 4b. The rail pieces 4a, 4b of the at least one first guide rail 4 are designed as a hollow chamber profile, the adapter pieces 9 provided being at least partially receivable in end sections of the rail pieces 4a, 4b. The connecting piece 8 can be pushed between these two adapter pieces 9 and then the two screws 32 are screwed into the respective holes of the connecting piece 8 and the adapter pieces 9, so that the connecting piece 8 is screwed to the two adapter pieces 9 and at the same time a connection between the two rail pieces 4a, 4b arises. It is therefore provided that the rail pieces 4a, 4b of the at least one first guide rail 4 each have at least one adapter piece 9, via which the rail pieces 4a, 4b are connected to the at least a connecting piece 8 can be detachably connected, preferably via a screw and/or clamp connection.

At this point it should be noted that the adapter pieces 9 can also be designed in one piece with the respective rail piece 4a, 4b. In this context, it should also be noted that at least one adapter piece 9 is in the assembled state (see Figure 4 ) is essentially hidden from the outside by the respective rail piece 4a, 4b and the at least one connecting piece 8. On the connecting piece 8, the section A1 of the running surface 7a is also formed for the rolling elements 6a of the carriage 5 and the section A2 of the running surface 7b for the rolling elements 6b of the carriage 5.

Figure 6 shows the second rail piece 4b and the adapter piece 9 accommodated in the second rail piece 4b in a perspective view and a detailed representation of the area A. The two wedges K1 of the adapter piece 9 can be seen.

Figure 7 shows the second rail piece 4b and the adapter piece 9 in a perspective view and a detailed representation of the area B. This illustration serves to explain the connection between the second rail piece 4b and the adapter piece 9. The adapter piece 9 points on the two sides on which the wedges K1 are formed each has two holes to accommodate screws. After the adapter piece 9 has been inserted into the rail piece 4b, the grub screws 29, which have an external thread, and the self-tapping screws 30 can be screwed into the respective holes. It is therefore provided that the adapter piece 9 can be detachably connected to the respective rail piece 4a, 4b, preferably via a screw and/or clamp connection. Alternatively, it would also be possible to glue the adapter pieces 9 into the respective rail pieces 4a, 4b. If the grub screws 29 are screwed in sufficiently deep, then they hit the surface 31 so that when they are screwed in further Grub screws 29 move the adapter piece 9 in the direction of the running surfaces 7a, 7b. The same applies to the self-tapping screws 30, since the self-tapping screws 30 are screwed into the elongated slot 35 of the rail piece 4b when screwed in and thus press the adapter piece 9 in the direction of the running surfaces 7a, 7b. It can therefore be provided that the at least one adapter piece 9 is movable in the direction of the at least one running surface 7a, 7b for the at least one rolling element 6a, 6b of the at least one carriage 5 when it is releasably connected to the respective rail piece 4a, 4b. However, the type of screws mentioned here should not be understood as limiting. Other types of screws can also be used.

Figure 8 shows the adapter piece 9 accommodated in the second rail piece 4b in a sectional view through the first screw plane and a detailed view of the area C. The adapter piece 9 has been moved in the direction of the running surfaces 7a, 7b by the screwed-in grub screws 29 and self-tapping screws 30, whereby the Wedge K1 shown on the left was pressed into the shape F of the rail section 4b, which is modeled on the wedge K1. Through the wedge K1, the shape F of the rail section 4b modeled on the wedge K1, the grub screws 29 and the self-tapping screws 30, the adapter piece 9 is positioned both in terms of depth and height relative to the rail section 4b. The positioning in the longitudinal direction L of the rail piece 4b can be done by the protruding web 36 of the adapter piece 9 (see Figure 7 ).

Figure 9 shows two adapter pieces 9 and the connecting piece 8 in a perspective view. The connecting piece 8, like the rail piece 4b, has a counter-shape G1 corresponding to the wedge K1.

Figure 10a shows further training of the Figure 9 , whereby the connecting piece 8 was partially pushed between the adapter pieces 9. Figure 10b shows a sectional view of the Figure 10a . The middle plane is M9 of the Adapter piece 9 can be seen. It is therefore provided that the at least one adapter piece 9 is designed to be mirror-symmetrical to the central plane M9. The wedge K1 shown on the right is not necessary for the connection in this illustration, but the adapter pieces 9 can be used universally for both ends of a rail section 4a, 4b.

Figure 11a again shows further training Figure 10a , with the connecting piece 8 being pushed completely between the two adapter pieces 9. Figure 11b shows a sectional view of the Figure 11a . In this illustration, the screws 32 can then be screwed into the corresponding holes in the connecting piece 8 and the adapter pieces 9, so that the connecting piece 8 is firmly connected to the adapter pieces 9. As a result, the wedge K1 of the adapter piece 9 shown on the left is moved into the counterform G1 of the connecting piece 8, so that the connecting piece 8 is adjusted in height and depth.

Figure 12a shows the representation of the Figure 11a , where the upper part of the Figure 11a is cut off. It can be seen that the adapter pieces 9 have further wedges K2, which interact with further counterforms G2 of the connecting piece 8 when the adapter pieces 9 are connected to the connecting piece 8. In addition, the connecting piece 8 has a central web 33, so that the adapter pieces 8 do not rest against each other when connected via the connecting piece 8.

Figure 12b shows Figure 12a in a top view. The central plane M8 of the connecting piece 8 is shown. It is therefore provided that the at least one connecting piece 8 is designed to be mirror-symmetrical to the central plane M8. When screwing the screws 32 into the respective holes of the connecting piece 8 and the adapter pieces 9, the counterforms G2 are pressed against the wedges K2, so that the adapter pieces 9 are moved relative to one another. It is therefore provided that the rail pieces 4a, 4b of the at least one first guide rail 4 the at least one connecting piece 8 can each be positioned relative to one another via at least one positioning device K1, K2, G1, G2, the at least one positioning device having at least one wedge K1, K2 and at least one corresponding counterform G1, G2.

Figure 13 shows a sectional view of the Figure 12b through the plane of the screws 32, with the rail pieces 4a, 4b also being shown. In addition, the screws 32 are screwed into the connecting piece 8 and the adapter pieces 9, these screws 32 having an external thread which cooperates with an internal thread of the respective holes in the adapter pieces 9. The grub screws 29, which, like the screws 32, are screwed into the holes shown at the bottom, and the self-tapping screws 30, which are screwed into the holes shown at the top, are not shown. The positioning device K1, K2, G1, G2 is used, on the one hand, to position the connecting pieces 8 relative to the adapter pieces 9 or to the rail pieces 4a, 4b and, on the other hand, to position the adapter pieces 9 relative to the rail pieces 4a, 4b. After the respective positioning has taken place, the running surfaces 7a, 7b have been completed by the sections A1, A2 of the connecting piece 8. The carriage 5 thus only runs over the running surfaces 7a, 7b, which are formed on the rail sections 4a, 4b, and over the sections A1, A2 of the running surfaces 7a, 7b of the connecting piece 8. In other words, the individual rolling elements 6a, 6b occur When the carriage 5 runs along the first guide rail 4, it does not come into direct contact with the adapter pieces 9.

Figures 14a and 14b show a further exemplary embodiment of the first guide rail 4. The further guide rail 14 can be seen, which is arranged essentially transversely to the first guide rail 4. The vertical support structure 34 and the support 15 arranged thereon are movably mounted on this further guide rail 14. There is also a hinge 28 arranged on the support structure 34, which serves to fasten the first door leaf 2a. The two end pieces 12, 13 are arranged at the two ends 10, 11 of the first guide rail 4, the end piece 13 additionally fulfilling the function of the transfer device 23 Figure 2 having. This end piece 13 is connected to the first rail piece 4a of the first guide rail 4 via the further connecting piece 8a.

It can therefore be provided that the at least one first guide rail 4 has an end piece 12, 13 at one or both ends 10, 11.
