In dem Riffelspalt 13 schmilzt die Klebstofffolie 49 zumindest bei ihrer zweiten Klebefläche 50 auf und benetzt die endlose erste Materialbahn 3 und die erste Riffelwalze 9. Die Klebstofffolie 49 wird zumindest bei der zweiten Klebefläche 50 (zäh)flüssig und klebrig. Nach Austritt aus dem Riffelspalt 13 klebt das an der endlosen ersten Materialbahn 3 befestigte Klebebandstück 46 an der ersten Riffelwalze 9 und wird so weiter erwärmt. Die Außentemperatur der ersten Riffelwalze 9 liegt oberhalb der Schmelz- bzw. Aktivierungstemperatur der zweiten Klebefläche 50. Da das Klebebandstück 46 nach Durchtritt durch den Riffelspalt 13 keinen Kontakt mehr zu der zweiten Riffelwalze 11 hat und so eine geringe Abkühlung/Aushärtung erfährt, nimmt ein Klebevermögen der zweiten Klebefläche 50, zumindest etwas, zu. Eine vollständige Klebewirkung bzw. Die endlose erste Materialbahn 3 wird bis zu diesem Abtrennpunkt durch den Leimspalt 18 und das Andrückbandmodul 19 an der ersten Riffelwalze 9 transportiert. Die endlose erste Materialbahn 3 ist stromabwärts zu dem Leimspalt 18 und dem Andrückbandmodul 19 fest mit der endlosen zweiten Materialbahn 4 flächig verbunden bzw. verklebt. Aufgrund des Transports der einseitig kaschierten Wellpappebahn 2 in die Hochtransportvorrichtung 22 wird die endlose erste Materialbahn 3 von der ersten Riffelwalze 9 entfernt. Claims (13)

  1. Method for introducing a material web (3) into a corrugating device having a corrugating roller (9) for generating from the material web (3) a corrugated web (7) having a corrugation, comprising the steps:
    - attaching at least one double-sided adhesive tape piece (46) which has a first adhesive face (48) and a second adhesive face (50) that is opposite the first adhesive face (48) to the material web (3) by means of the first adhesive face (48) upstream of the corrugating device in terms of a transportation direction (12) of the material web (3); and
    - guiding the material web (3) through the corrugating device, characterized in that
    - the material web (3) is guided through the corrugating device in such a manner that the second adhesive face (50) adheres to the rotating corrugating roller (9) while entraining the material web (3) for the material web (3) to be introduced.
  2. Method according to Claim 1, characterized in that the second adhesive face (50) is configured on a hot-melt adhesive.
  3. Method according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the second adhesive face (50) is fused by means of heat, preferably between 90°C and 120°C, preferably between 100°C and 110°C.
  4. Method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the corrugating roller (9) has an external temperature, preferably between 140°C and 180°C, preferably between 150°C and 170°C, such that the second adhesive face (50) is fused.
  5. Method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the corrugating roller (9) when introducing the material web (3) rotates at a circumferential speed between 1 m/min and 25 m/min, preferably between 5 m/min and 15 m/min.
  6. Method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the at least one adhesive tape piece (46) is attached to the material web (3) upstream of at least one deflection roller (47) in terms of the transportation direction (12) of the material web (3).
  7. Method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the at least one adhesive tape piece (46) is manually attached to the material web (3).
  8. Method according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the at least one adhesive tape piece (46) is attached to the material web (3) by means of an attaching device (34).
  9. Method according to Claim 8, characterized in that the attaching device (34) comprises a pressing installation (37) for pressing the at least one adhesive tape piece (46) onto the material web (3).
  10. Method according to Claim 8 or 9, characterized in that the attaching device (34) comprises a release-cover winding installation (56) for winding a release cover (51) of the at least one adhesive tape piece (46).
  11. Method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the material web (3) conjointly with the at least one adhesive tape piece (46) when introducing the material web (3) into the corrugating device is entrained over an angular range between 160° and 270° about a rotation axis (8) of the corrugating roller (9).
  12. Method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the material web (3) when introducing the material web (3) into the corrugating device, downstream of a glue gap (18) for gluing the material web (3) and of a pressing gap for pressing the material web (3) provided with glue and a further material web (4) on each other, while forming a corrugated paperboard web (2) laminated on one side, is removed from the corrugating roller (9) by means of the discharged further material web (4).
  13. Method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that, upon activating the second adhesive face (50), a maximum adhesive force which is less than an adhesive force between the material web (3) and a further material web (4) adhesively bonded to said material web (3) is present between the second adhesive face (50) and the corrugating roller (9).
