Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Schrankmöbel, insbesondere für Küchen, nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.
  • Die DE 10 2011 002 971 A1 offenbart ein Schrankgehäuse mit einer frontseitigen Tür zum Be- oder Entladen von Wäsche für ein Trocknungsgerät. Ein solches Trocknungsgerät lässt sich in das Schrankmöbel integrieren und kann somit in ein Küchenmöbel eingebaut werden. Trocknungsgeräte besitzen allerdings ein deutlich geringeres Gewicht als Waschmaschinen, und das Schrankmöbel lässt sich in dieser Ausgestaltung nicht zur Aufnahme von Waschmaschinen einsetzen.
  • In der EP 3 305 132 A1 ist ein Möbel offenbart, in dem eine Waschmaschine auf einem Zwischenboden aus einem Holzwerkstoff platziert werden kann, der an seiner Oberseite mit einem Metallblech abgedeckt ist.
  • Es ist daher Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, ein Schrankmöbel zu schaffen, in das eine Waschmaschine aufgenommen und stabil abgestützt werden kann.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird mit einem Schrankmöbel mit den Merkmalen des Anspruches 1 gelöst.
  • Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Schrankmöbel ist zwischen zwei Seitenwänden eine Aufnahme für eine Waschmaschine ausgebildet, wobei an einer Unterseite der Aufnahme ein Metallblech zur Abstützung der Waschmaschine vorgesehen ist. Die Waschmaschine mit dem vergleichsweise hohen Gewicht kann somit auf dem Metallblech abgestellt werden, das als Lastverteilerplatte die hohe Gewichtskraft verteilt. Zudem können Vibrationen beim Betrieb der Waschmaschine durch das Metallblech aufgenommen und abgeleitet werden.
  • Vorzugsweise ist das Metallblech auf einer darunter angeordneten Bodenplatte aus einem Holzwerkstoff abgestützt. Dadurch wird die Holzwerkstoffplatte nicht punktuell, sondern flächig durch die Gewichtskraft belastet.
  • In einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung weist das Metallblech an den zu den Seitenwänden benachbarten Seiten jeweils eine hochgebogene Kante auf. Die Kante kann einerseits zum Ableiten von Flüssigkeit dienen, und andererseits kann die Waschmaschine seitlich gehalten werden, so dass eine Belastung der Seitenwände benachbart zu der Waschmaschine vermieden wird. Über die Kanten können auch seitliche Kräfte durch das Metallblech aufgenommen werden.
  • Für eine besonders stabile Montage kann das Metallblech an mindestens einer seitlichen Lasche mit einer Seitenwand verschraubt sein, vorzugsweise sind beide seitlichen Laschen mit der benachbarten Seitenwand verschraubt. Dabei kann das Metallblech an einer Rückwand des Möbelkorpus angeordnet werden, wobei optional auch eine Verschraubung mit einer dahinter liegenden Wand möglich ist, so dass das Metallblech in horizontale Richtung durch mehrere Verschraubungen gesichert ist.
  • Für eine besonders stabile Abstützung der Waschmaschine ist erfindungsgemäß mindestens eine Klammer vorgesehen sein, die über Befestigungsmittel ein Fußelement mit dem Metallblech verbindet. Dadurch können Kräfte von dem Metallblech über die Klammer direkt in die Fußelemente eingeleitet werden. Die mindestens ein Klammer kann dabei C-förmig an einer Seitenwand des Möbelkorpus angeordnet sein. Dabei kann ein oberer Schenkel der Klammer mit dem Metallblech verschraubt sein, während ein unterer Schenkel der Klammer mit einem Fußelement verschraubt ist. An den gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden können eine, zwei oder drei Klammern vorgesehen sein, so dass das Metallblech stabil abgestützt ist.
  • Die Fußelemente sind bevorzugt ebenfalls aus Metall ausgebildet und weisen für eine Höhenverstellung mindestens einen Gewindebolzen auf. Die Fußelemente können an ihrer Unterseite auch ein Auflageelement aus einem anderen Werkstoff besitzen, die Ableitung der Gewichtskräfte erfolgt über die metallischen Teile der Fußelemente.
  • Um bei dem Schrankmöbel die Waschmaschine in einer optisch ansprechenden Gestaltung anzuordnen, kann unter der Aufnahme für die Waschmaschine ein Schubkasten angeordnet sein. Dadurch wird die Waschmaschine in einer Höhe montiert, die ein Be- und Entladen erleichtert. Für eine einheitliche Frontansicht kann oberhalb der Waschmaschine ein Oberschrank angeordnet sein, der je nach Höhe der benachbarten Küchenmöbel in unterschiedlichen Höhen ausgebildet sein kann.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels mit Bezug auf die beigefügten Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

  • Ein Schrankmöbel 1 umfasst einen Möbelkorpus 2, der eine Vielzahl von Unterschränken und Oberschränken aufweisen kann und beispielsweise als Küchenzeile montiert wird. Der Möbelkorpus 2 ist auf einer Vielzahl von Fußelementen 6 abgestellt und umfasst vertikale Seitenwände 3, die an einer Außenseite oder innen im Möbelkorpus 2 angeordnet sein können. In Figur 1 ist in dem mittleren Möbelkorpus eine Aufnahme für eine Waschmaschine 10 ausgebildet, die im Wesentlichen flächenbündig mit den Frontplatten der benachbarten Schränke angeordnet ist. Unter der Waschmaschine 10 ist ein Schubkasten 4 vorgesehen, wobei statt dem Schubkasten 4 auch eine Tür oder Klappe vorgesehen werden kann. Oberhalb der Waschmaschine 10 ist ein Oberschrank 11 zwischen zwei Seitenwänden 3 angeordnet, der einen Oberboden 12 aufweist.
  • In Figur 2 ist der mittlere Bereich des Möbelkorpus 2 ohne innere Seitenwände 3 oder Wangen dargestellt. Es ist erkennbar, dass über der Waschmaschine 10 ein Oberschrank 11 vorgesehen ist, der als Schrankmöbel ausgebildet ist. Unter der Waschmaschine 10 ist ein Unterschrank angeordnet, der einen Boden 5, Seitenwände 7 und eine Bodenplatte 9 aufweist. An den Innenseiten der Seitenwände 7 des Unterschrankes sind Auszugsführungen 8 für den Schubkasten 4 festgelegt. Der Boden 5 ist über mehrere Fußelemente 6 an einem Untergrund abgestützt.
  • Der Aufbau des Unterschrankes ist in den Figuren 3A und 3B im Detail dargestellt. Auf der Bodenplatte 9 ist ein Metallblech 20 angeordnet, das im Wesentlichen plattenförmig ausgebildet ist und an gegenüberliegenden Seiten jeweils eine hochgebogene Kante 21 aufweist, die benachbart zu den Seitenwänden 3 angeordnet sind. Das Metallblech 20 ist auf der darunter liegenden Bodenplatte 9 abgestützt und verteilt somit die Gewichtskräfte der darauf abgestellten Waschmaschine 10. Die hochgebogenen Kanten 21 können einen seitlichen Anschlag ausbilden, um eine Bewegung der Waschmaschine 10 gegen die Seitenwände 3 zu verhindern.
  • Das Metallblech 20 weist ferner an der Rückseite zwei vertikale Laschen 22 auf, die zur Fixierung des Metallbleches 20 an einer Wand eines Gebäudes dienen können. Vorzugsweise wird das Metallblech 20 an den Laschen 22 über Befestigungsmittel an der Wand eines Gebäudes verschraubt, was eine horizontale Bewegung des Metallbleches 20 verhindert, auch wenn das Metallblech 20 und der Möbelkorpus Vibrationen durch den Betrieb der Waschmaschine 10 ausgesetzt sind. Die Anzahl der rückseitigen Laschen 22 kann abhängig von der zu erwartenden Belastung gewählt werden.
  • Der Unterschrank weist ferner an den Seitenwänden 7 an der Innenseite zwei Auszugsführungen 8 auf. Zudem sind an den Seitenwänden 7 Klammern 30 fixiert, die C-förmig ausgebildet sind und eine metallische Verbindung zwischen den Metallblech 20 und den Fußelementen 6 herstellen.
  • Der Unterschrank ist in der montierten Position in den Figuren 4A bis 4C gezeigt. Das Metallblech 20 ist auf der Bodenplatte 9 angeordnet, wobei die Schrauben die Bodenplatte 9 durchgreifen und an einem oberen Schenkel 32 einer Klammer 30 festgeschraubt sind. Dadurch ist das Metallblech 20 über die Schrauben oder andere Befestigungsmittel mit der Klammer 30 verbunden. Die Klammer 30 weist an der Unterseite einen zweiten Schenkel 31 auf, der mit einem Fußelement 6 über Befestigungsmittel verbunden ist, vorzugsweise über Schrauben.
  • Jedes Fußelement 6 weist an der Unterseite einen Gewindebolzen 60 auf, der in einem Gewinde gehalten ist und durch Drehen eine Höhenverstellung ermöglicht. Der Gewindebolzen 60 besitzt an der Unterseite ein Auflager 61, das aus einem metallischen Material oder einem anderen Material hergestellt sein kann.
  • In Figur 5 ist die metallische Konstruktion ohne den Unterschrank aus den Holzwerkstoffplatten dargestellt. Die Füße 6 sind über Befestigungsmittel mit dem unteren Schenkel 31 der Klammer 30 verbunden, wobei insgesamt vier Klammern 30 vorgesehen sind, die auf vier Fußelementen 6 abgestützt ist. Die Anzahl der Klammern 30 und der Fußelemente 6 kann allerdings variiert werden. Jede Klammer 30 ist an der Oberseite über Befestigungsmittle mit dem Metallblech 20 verbunden, so dass eine optimierte Krafteinleitung von dem Metallblech 20 in einen Untergrund erfolgen kann, ohne dass die Platten aus Holzwerkstoff übermäßig beansprucht werden.
  • In Figur 6 ist die Montage der Fußelemente 6 an dem Boden 5 des Unterschrankes gezeigt. Die Fußelemente 6 sind an einem Halter 62 montierbar, der an der Unterseite des Bodens 5 festgelegt ist. Das Fußelement 6 wird druch den Halter 62 gesteckt und mit dem unteren Schenkel 31 der Klammer verschraubt.
  • In Figur 7 ist eine metallische Klammer 30 dargestellt, die aus einem C-gebogenen Blech hergestellt sein kann und einen unteren Schenkel 31 und einen oberen Schenkel 32 mit mindestens einer Öffnung für Befestigungsmittel aufweist. An dem vertikalen Steg der Klammer 30 können Dübel oder andere Befestigungsmittel angeformt sein, die eine Befestigung der Klammer 30 an einer Seitenwand 7 ermöglichen.
  • In den Figuren 8A und 8B ist das Metallblech 20 im Detail gezeigt, das im Wesentlichen plattenförmig ausgebildet ist und an gegenüberliegenden Seiten eine hochgebogene Kante 21 aufweist. Ferner ist der rückseitigen Laschen 22 gezeigt, die eine Öffnung 23 für Befestigungsmittel aufweist. An einer Vorderseite des Metallbleches 20 kann ein Winkelprofil oder ein anderes Metallprofil montiert werden, um eine Bewegung der Waschmaschine zur Vorderseite hin zu begrenzen.

Claims (10)

  1. Schrankmöbel (1), insbesondere für Küchen, mit mehreren Fußelementen (6), einem Möbelkorpus (2), der über die mehreren Fußelemente (6) auf einem Untergrund abgestützt ist, wobei der Möbelkorpus (2) zumindest einen Boden (5), zwei Seitenwände (3) und einen Oberboden (12) aufweist, und zwischen den zwei Seitenwänden (3) eine Aufnahme für eine Waschmaschine (10) ausgebildet ist, und an einer Unterseite der Aufnahme ein Metallblech (20) zur Abstützung der Waschmaschine vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Klammer (30) vorgesehen ist, die über Befestigungsmittel ein Fußelement (6) mit dem Metallblech (20) verbindet.
  2. Schrankmöbel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Metallblech (10) auf der darunter angeordneten Bodenplatte (9) aus einem Holzwerkstoff abgestützt ist.
  3. Schrankmöbel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Metallblech an den zu den Seitenwänden (3) benachbarten Seiten jeweils eine hochgebogene Kante (21) aufweist.
  4. Schrankmöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Metallblech (20) an mindestens einer rückseitigen Laschen (22) verschraubbar ist.
  5. Schrankmöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Klammer (30) C-förmig an einer Seitenwand (3) des Möbelkorpus (2) angeordnet ist.

  7. Schrankmöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein unterer Schenkel (31) der Klammer (30) mit einem Fußelement (6) verschraubt ist.
  8. Schrankmöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fußelemente (6) aus Metall ausgebildet sind und mindestens einen Gewindebolzen für eine Höhenverstellung umfassen.
  9. Schrankmöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unter der Aufnahme für die Waschmaschine (10) ein Schubkasten (4) an dem Möbelkorpus (2) montiert ist.
  10. Schrankmöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über der Aufnahme für die Waschmaschine (10) ein Oberschrank angeordnet ist.
