Claims (8)

  1. Un appareil à cycle de réfrigération comprenant :
    un premier circuit de fluide frigorigène (C1) comprenant un premier compresseur (1), un séparateur d'huile (2), un premier échangeur de chaleur (3) qui fonctionne comme condenseur, un premier passage d'écoulement de fluide frigorigène d'un deuxième échangeur de chaleur (4), un premier dispositif d'expansion (5), et un troisième échangeur de chaleur (10) qui fonctionne comme évaporateur, le premier circuit de fluide frigorigène (C1) permettant à un premier fluide frigorigène de circuler dans celui-ci ;
    un deuxième circuit de fluide frigorigène (C2) comprenant un deuxième compresseur (14), un quatrième échangeur de chaleur (15) qui fonctionne comme condenseur, un deuxième dispositif d'expansion (16), et un deuxième passage d'écoulement de fluide frigorigène du deuxième échangeur de chaleur (4), le deuxième circuit de fluide frigorigène (C2) permettant à un deuxième fluide frigorigène de circuler dans celui-ci ;
    un circuit de retour d'huile (C3) qui comprend un premier dispositif d'ouverture et de fermeture (13), relie le séparateur d'huile (2) au premier compresseur (1), et renvoie vers le premier compresseur (1) l'huile de machine frigorifique stockée dans le séparateur d'huile (2), et
    un dispositif de commande (Cnt) conçu pour commander le premier compresseur (1), le deuxième compresseur (14), et le premier dispositif d'ouverture et de fermeture (13), dans lequel
    le premier circuit de fluide frigorigène (C1) est un circuit d'étage inférieur, et le deuxième circuit de réfrigérant (C2) est un circuit d'étage supérieur ; et
    l'appareil à cycle de réfrigération étant caractérisé en ce que :
    le dispositif de commande (Cnt) est conçu pour exécuter une première commande de démarrage du deuxième compresseur (14) et d'ouverture du premier dispositif d'ouverture et de fermeture (13), dans un cas où le premier compresseur (1) et le deuxième compresseur (14) sont à l'arrêt, et une pression dans une partie à basse pression du premier circuit de fluide frigorigène (C1) est supérieure ou égale à une valeur de référence.
  2. L'appareil à cycle de réfrigération de la revendication 1, comprenant en outre :
    un premier ventilateur (3A) qui fournit de l'air au premier échangeur de chaleur (3) ;
    un premier capteur de température (SE1) prévu dans le premier échangeur de chaleur (3) ;
    un deuxième ventilateur (10A) qui fournit de l'air au troisième échangeur de chaleur (10) ; et
    un deuxième capteur de température (SE2) prévu dans le troisième échangeur de chaleur (10), dans lequel
    dans un cas où une température détectée du premier échangeur de chaleur (3) n'est pas inférieure à une température détectée du troisième échangeur de chaleur (10), le dispositif de commande (Cnt) est conçu pour exécuter la première commande dans un état dans lequel le premier ventilateur (3A) et le deuxième ventilateur (10A) sont à l'arrêt.
  3. L'appareil à cycle de réfrigération de la revendication 2, dans lequel
    le dispositif de commande (Cnt) est conçu pour exécuter une deuxième commande consistant à faire fonctionner le premier ventilateur (3A) dans un état dans lequel le deuxième compresseur (14) et le deuxième ventilateur (10A) sont à l'arrêt, sans exécuter la première commande, dans un cas où la température détectée du premier échangeur de chaleur (3) est inférieure à la température détectée du troisième échangeur de chaleur (10).
  4. L'appareil à cycle de réfrigération de l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel
    le premier circuit de fluide frigorigène (C1) comprend en outre un récepteur de liquide (6) prévu sur un côté aval dans une direction d'écoulement du premier fluide frigorigène par rapport au premier passage d'écoulement de fluide frigorigène du deuxième échangeur de chaleur (4), et sur un côté amont dans la direction d'écoulement du premier fluide frigorigène par rapport au troisième échangeur de chaleur (10), et
    le récepteur de liquide (6) est disposé sur un côté inférieur par rapport au deuxième échangeur de chaleur (4).
  5. L'appareil à cycle de réfrigération de l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, comprenant en outre
    une dérivation (C4) qui comprend un deuxième dispositif d'ouverture et de fermeture (13B) et contourne le premier compresseur (1), dans lequel
    lors de la première commande, le deuxième dispositif d'ouverture et de fermeture (13B) est également ouvert.
  6. L'appareil à cycle de réfrigération de l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, comprenant en outre
    une partie de stockage électrique (Bt) qui fournit de l'énergie électrique au deuxième compresseur (14).
  7. L'appareil à cycle de réfrigération de l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, comprenant en outre
    un capteur de pression qui détecte la pression dans la partie à basse pression du premier circuit de fluide frigorigène (C1), dans lequel
    le dispositif de commande (Cnt) est conçu pour exécuter la première commande, dans un cas où le premier compresseur (1) et le deuxième compresseur (14) sont à l'arrêt, et la pression détectée dans la partie à basse pression du premier circuit de fluide frigorigène (C1) est supérieure ou égale à la valeur de référence.
  8. L'appareil à cycle de réfrigération de l'une quelconque des revendications 1à 7, dans lequel
    le premier fluide frigorigène du premier passage d'écoulement de fluide frigorigène est refroidi par le deuxième fluide frigorigène, lorsque le deuxième fluide frigorigène circule dans le deuxième passage d'écoulement de fluide frigorigène.
