Description

The invention relates to a corner cabinet with a shelf according to the preamble of claim 1.

With conventional shelves, such as B. in the EP 0 873 702 A1 described, it is essentially a shelf carousel for corner cupboards. A central shelf support is provided that can be extended out of the corner cabinet. When extended, the drawers arranged next to each other are accessible and can be removed from the shelf in a vertical direction. This shelf is not suitable for two or more drawers arranged one above the other.

From the GB 977 734 A a cabinet with rotating shelves is known. Shelves slide out of the cabinet access opening on rails for easy access. The mechanism used for this purpose has a central fixed column which is arranged between a base and a lid of the cabinet and which has brackets which each carry a pair of rails extending perpendicular to the opening. The shelf rotates on a ball track that is supported by a carrier that slides on the rails, with a ball or rolling ring arranged between them. The middle part of the beam and the platform have an elongated opening to allow movement relative to the column. The disadvantage is that the usability of the shelf space is limited to a circumferential area due to the central column and the inefficient use of the space available in the cabinet compared to a corner cabinet.

The DE 10 2012 007 306 A1 describes a corner cabinet with several round panels arranged one above the other in a cabinet compartment, which are rotatably mounted over a central axis and are used to store everyday items, the upper panels being attached to side walls of the corner cabinet via supports. The front walls of the corner cabinet form the panels of drawers, which can be individually adjusted and pulled out on the plates, with additional containers for everyday items being attached to the plates next to the drawers, which are used as pull-out guides for the drawers and the plates with the containers and The rear walls of the inserted drawers complete the round cross-section of individually rotatable rondelles. The disadvantage of this arrangement when using structurally simple supports is that the supports bend under load on the panels. Furthermore, the supports only allow the shelves to rotate by approximately 90° in both directions.

In the EP 2 078 473 A1 a storage system and an assortment cabinet are described with this, which includes a cabinet body with at least one drawer carried by a corresponding support plate. The drawer is in a rest position completely within the body, and the drawer can be moved horizontally from this rest position relative to the corresponding support plate into an operating position that partially protrudes from the body. At least in the operating position of the drawer, it can be rotated about a vertical axis of rotation. The displacement or rotation of the drawer is made possible by mounting the drawer on the support plate using balls or rollers. The drawer has a circular shape, which is why the storage system appears unsuitable for use in a corner cupboard while making the best possible use of its space. Either the width of the drawers would have to be adjusted to the front opening of the cabinet so that they can be moved out of the cabinet, or if the drawer surfaces were optimized, they could only be rotated within the cabinet but not moved out of it.

Based on the above-mentioned prior art, the invention is based on the object of developing the generic cabinet in such a way that it also has shelves or drawers which, arranged one above the other, are accessible and movable at any time, making use of the maximum available space.

The task is solved by the features of claim 1.

It can be seen that the invention is implemented in any case when it is a cabinet with rotatable shelves (drawers) and shelf supports arranged one above the other, which are at least partially supported on supports, wherein the carrier can be operationally connected in a height-adjustable manner at least partially to at least one rear wall or a stationary auxiliary carrier arranged opposite the inlet opening by means of an auxiliary carrier, whereby in the case of a two-legged design of the carrier, it can be fastened to auxiliary carriers which are either integral with the rear wall or is designed to be arranged on these and a bracket is arranged on the lower shelf support of the shelf, which movably supports the support arranged above it via a separable bearing, and whereby if the support is designed in a straight line, it is attached to the vertical auxiliary support.

When using a bracket, the bearing support of the upper shelf support can be supported on this. The bracket ensures a horizontal position even for drawers that are fully loaded, even if the bearing supports are of simple design. In particular, the fact that the shelves can be rotated through 360° allows full use of the space available on a shelf. When the carrier is at least partially connected to the rear wall or rear building wall, the auxiliary carrier has increased stability compared to an exclusive connection to a rear wall, which means that the use of a bracket between adjacent shelves can be dispensed with.

It can be a polygonal, preferably square or pentagonal cabinet, for example a corner cabinet, with an inlet opening arranged at the front, with side walls, with rear walls, and with a shelf, having at least two shelves that can be rotated about a vertical axis and displaceable transversely to it Shelves that can be operated independently of each other, arranged one above the other and positioned on shelf supports, the lower shelf being supported on a pivot bearing, which in turn is on the floor of the Cabinet is arranged and there is an arranged support between two shelf supports, which can be attached to the vertical walls of the corner cabinet and a corresponding pivot bearing for the upper shelf support. The shelf supports can be easily twisted or pivoted around their vertical axis in both directions. All shelf supports have a common, vertically extending axis of rotation, so their bearings are aligned. However, the carrier can also be connected to a separate auxiliary carrier, which can be made of metal, in particular aluminum or steel. This auxiliary support is then preferably arranged diametrically opposite the inlet opening and can be in the form of a column, e.g. B. be designed in the form of a hollow cylinder or another suitable geometric body. In certain cases it can be advantageous to keep the joint between the two rear walls free, so that in this area the cabinet is at least partially free and open and the resulting gap is covered by the joint between two masonry walls arranged at right angles to one another, in which the Shelf or the cabinet are arranged. In this case, the auxiliary support is either formed by the masonry of the wall or the connection between the auxiliary support and the kitchen wall is made by an auxiliary body, e.g. B. a profile piece that forms an upper end of the subcarrier. The profile piece is connected to the masonry on the one hand and to the auxiliary support on the other. In this case, no further aids are required to position the carrier in a fixed position within the cabinet. Since the external shape of the cupboard can be freely defined, it is possible to adapt the cupboard to the special geometry of the kitchen space.

Further expedient and advantageous embodiments of the invention emerge from the subclaims.

If the shelves are designed in such a way that the shelves can be adjusted and locked in position using an adjusting device and that the shelves can be locked in at least two different positions, it is possible to move all the drawers in and out of the shelf simultaneously and separately. It is also possible to pivot the shelf within the corner cabinet when closed. Thanks to their individual operability, they are accessible at any time, both from above and from the side.

With the shelves, regular horizontal back and forth movements can be carried out, in which the drawers can be moved out of the shelf or into the shelf. The individual drawers are provided with front panels that are adapted to the outer outline of the corner cabinet. When not in use, the panels form the inwardly angular front side of the corner cabinet.

The shelves can advantageously be locked in at least three different positions. When the panel is lightly operated, axial pressure is exerted on the panels in the direction of the inward movement of the drawers. The panels are moved slightly inward, into the shelf, and held in place, allowing the drawers to be twisted or pivoted about their own vertical axis.

It is particularly advantageous for the axes of the bearings arranged one above the other to be aligned.

When the panel or drawer is operated further in the direction of the axis, the drawers are unlocked and extended outwards from the shelf.

Since the drawers can be operated individually, the drawers from the shelf can also be extended individually, making them accessible at any time, both from above and from the side.

The shelf supports can carry auxiliary shelves arranged laterally of the shelves in order to better utilize the space available in the cabinet, the sides of the sides of the auxiliary shelves facing away from the shelves being curved and the shelves can have panels.

The separable bearing that supports the carrier on the bracket preferably consists of a plain bearing or a rolling bearing, the bearing being attachable to the carrier and/or the bracket.
