- differential separations are known, for example from the DE-U-20208176 .
- Such differential extracts have a high running culture, but have the disadvantage that the cost of materials, in particular for the carcass rail is comparatively large, which leads to an overall higher cost of the pull-out.
- telescopic extensions in which the individual rails are telescopically pulled apart.
- two different types are known, namely those for the "hanging" and those for the "standing” design.
- An example of a telescopic extension to the former type in which the serving for moving the drawer rail relative to the center rail rollers are arranged below the serving for the displacement of the central rail relative to the carcass rail rollers, shows the DE-U 7707803 .
- Examples of telescopic extensions of the stationary type go from the AT-B-349170 and the DE-A1-2437910 show, from the latter document an extraction device of the type mentioned is known.
- pull-out guides in which the rollers used to displace the pull-out rail relative to the middle rail are arranged above the castors for displacing the middle rail relative to the carcass rail, are particularly suitable for use with drawers in which the lateral pull-out guides are substantially covered by side panels.
- These extenders cross-over side panels each form a downwardly open space which receives the pull-out rail and an upper part of the center rail.
- extracts have already been developed according to the telescopic design, in which additional measures are provided to achieve a simultaneous extension of the rail as in the extracts by differential design.
- the telescopic extensions of the suspended design in particular the AT-B-392 883 and the EP-A1-1190646 to call, in which on the center rail a driver roller is rotatably mounted, which rolls on a lying above it downwardly facing track of the carcass rail as well as lying on a lying upwardly facing track of the pull-out rail.
- a telescopic extension according to the standing embodiment is known, in which a rotatably mounted on the center rail driving roller is provided which rolls on opposite tracks of the pull-out rail and carcass rail. Both at the bottom and at the upper web of the middle rail, two spaced-apart rollers are rotatably mounted in this pull-out guide, with respect to the pull-out the overhead pair of rollers in the front section, the underlying pair of rollers, however, lie in the rear portion of the corresponding vertical webs of the center rail. Based on the length of the center rail, a recess is provided in the central region in the horizontal flange, in which the driver roller is rotatably mounted.
- the paired roller arrangement on the vertical webs of the center rail is to be regarded as unfavorable, since the rails are not supported in pairs end, but only in the front or rear half with inserted drawer extension.
- the inserted rails tilt slightly against each other, which may affect not only the ease of the guide during the subsequent undressing, also cause these tilted rails an unsatisfactory aesthetic sight, as a result of the front panel of the drawer something is tilted.
- a synchronized telescopic extension in which rolling elements mounted between the pull-out rail and the middle rail are arranged in carriages.
- a roller rotatably mounted on the center rail in a rear region thereof is further provided.
- the pull-out furniture part carrying pull-out rail on the carcass rail rotatably mounted on the center rail driving role which may be mounted on the center rail by means of an axle or axleless.
- the carrier roll rolls against a downwardly extending track of the pull-out rail, as well as against an upward-pointing track of the carcass rail.
- the object of the invention is to provide a telescopic extension in the stationary construction of the type mentioned, which is inexpensive to produce and at the same time has a high running culture. According to the invention, this is achieved by an extraction device having the features of patent claim 1.
- a telescopic extension with a differential run of the center rail can be provided in a simple manner, which allows an advantageous arrangement of the rollers, in which, inter alia, in the retracted state of the drawer is no risk of tipping.
- this can be a proven roller arrangement, such as those from the already mentioned AT-B-349170 is known to be used.
- a roller in addition to a arranged in the region of its front end roller, which cooperates with a lying above it, downwardly oriented track of the pull-out in the middle rail in a middle with respect to their longitudinal extent of the region Middle rail a roller is rotatably mounted, which cooperates on the one hand with the aforementioned downwardly oriented track of the pull-out rail, on the other hand with a lying below it upwardly oriented career of the pull-out rail.
- a first embodiment is in the Fig. 1 to 7 shown. In this case, only the rails arranged on the left side of the pull-out furniture part seen from the front are shown, wherein the rails to be arranged on the other side of the pull-out furniture part are mirror-symmetrical.
- the on a furniture body 9, of which in Fig. 6 a section is shown schematically, to be mounted cabinet rail 20 here has a C-shaped cross-section with the furniture body 9 facing the vertical web 23 and upper and lower side flanges 24, 25, which are each formed stepwise in this embodiment and each two horizontal offset in height Have sections.
- the lower side flange 25 has at its end facing away from the vertical web 23 an upward bending 26.
- a wall unit here is on the one hand to the vertical web 23, on the other hand connected to the furniture body 9 connecting part 10 provided.
- the vertical web 23 could be connected directly to the furniture body 9.
- a roller 1 is rotatably mounted on the vertical web 23 on the side of the side flanges 24, 25.
- a stop 27 is provided on the same side of the vertical web 23.
- the pull-out rail 40 has a pull-out furniture part 16, of which in Fig. 6 a section is shown and which is formed for example by a drawer, facing and abutting the side wall of the extendable furniture part vertical web 43.
- the extendable furniture part 16 is fixed with its side wall on the vertical web 43.
- the vertical web 43 it would also be conceivable and possible for the vertical web 43 to extend to the lower end of the side wall of the extendable furniture part and at this lower end a reaching under the extendable furniture part support flange is provided, on which the extendable furniture part rests.
- At the upper end of the vertical web 43 of this goes from the upper edge 33 of the (slightly later described in detail) the center rail 30 crossing bridge portion 44 from.
- the center rail 30 is in the assembled state of the rails 20, 30, 40 seen in the front view in the area between the vertical webs 23 and 43. It has a vertical web 34, which includes upper and lower portions in the embodiment shown, which are slightly laterally offset from each other and on bends and a, here horizontal, connecting portion 35 are interconnected. At the lower end of the lower portion of the vertical web 34 this is bent upwards, whereby an upwardly extending connecting portion 36 is formed, from the upper end of a horizontal side flange 37 goes out, which is provided at its free end with a downwardly facing edge 38 , The side flange 37 extends in the direction of the vertical web 23 of the carcass rail 20 and projects into the region between the two side flanges 24, 25 of the carcass rail 20th

In conventional telescopic extensions, as they are known from the cited documents, there is the disadvantage that the extendable on the extendable furniture part pull-out rail and the center rail are pulled out one after the other, wherein during the extension movement, the pull-out rail abuts its end stop. The running culture of such telescopic extensions is therefore lower than in a differential extract.

In a further advantageous embodiment of the invention it is provided that in addition to a arranged in the region of its front end roller, which cooperates with a lying above it, downwardly oriented track of the pull-out in the middle rail in a middle with respect to their longitudinal extent of the region Middle rail a roller is rotatably mounted, which cooperates on the one hand with the aforementioned downwardly oriented track of the pull-out rail, on the other hand with a lying below it upwardly oriented career of the pull-out rail.

The
The
The
If in the retracted and only slightly extended state of the puller the center of gravity of the pull-out
The
For lateral stability of the
The
The connecting
