Definitions
- the invention relates to a hinged and Ausziehbeschlag for a corner cabinet, comprising: a shelf, a support held in the corner cabinet, a vertical axis about which the carrier is rotatable, and a pull-out on which the shelf relative to the carrier is displaceable.
- a kitchen corner cupboard in which the shelf is held on two pivotable about vertical axes handlebars that he can be moved in a flowing, reminiscent of an S-curve movement of the door opening of the corner cabinet, so that the parked on the shelf objects lighter are accessible.
- the base of the shelf must have a shape with which the interior of the cabinet is poorly utilized.
- this base is asymmetrical, so that different versions of the shelves must be made and delivered for left and right corner cabinets.
- the object of the invention is to develop the rotary and Ausziehbeschlag of the type mentioned in such a way that a better space utilization and a flowing pivot and linear movement can be achieved.
- the pull-out guide is mounted on an intermediate carrier, which in turn is rotatable about an axis parallel to the axis of rotation of the carrier, but offset relative to this axis with respect to the carrier.
- the shelf thus has three degrees of freedom of movement, namely two degrees of freedom of rotation about the body-fixed axis of the carrier and the offset axis of the intermediate carrier and a degree of freedom of translation.
- the movements in these three degrees of freedom can be combined and superimposed so that a total of a smooth movement and thus easy handling of the shelf is achieved.
- the shelf is so displaced by the pivoting movement of the intermediate carrier relative to the carrier that it may have a larger base area to better utilize the cabinet interior, and yet fits through the relatively narrow door opening.
- the intermediate carrier is further pivoted out of the door opening during its pivoting movement relative to the carrier, so that it better supports the shelf when this is extended into a far projecting position and thus due to the weight of the parked objects a high tilting moment subject. It also proves to be advantageous that the floor plan of the shelf can be made symmetrical, so that need not be distinguished between right and left corner cabinets.
- a shelf 28 is housed, which has a symmetrical, approximately semicircular plan and largely fills the interior plan of the corner cabinet.
- the shelf 28 is held on a support 30, which has the shape of a closed rectangular frame, of which in FIG. 1 only the upper leg can be seen.
- This support is pivotable about a fixedly in the body of the corner cabinet adjacent to the center post 26 axis 32.
- one of the vertical legs of the carrier is designed as a sleeve which surrounds the axis 32.
- the left corner of the shelf 28 abuts a mounted on the side wall 14 stop 34, which may be designed in a known manner as a damper.
- the free end of the carrier 30 is located in FIG. 1 on a mounted on the rear wall 12 stop 36, which is preferably also damped.
- the shelf 28 is grasped and pulled out by hand at its edge exposed in the door opening.
- the shelf 28 is coupled to the carrier 30 so that the shelf 28 and the carrier 30 first pivot about the axis 32 as a unit, as in FIG FIG. 2 is shown. This joint pivoting movement continues until the carrier 30 abuts with its free end against a stop 38 which is attached to the right side wall 16.
- the shelf 28 then pivots in the same direction without the carrier 30 further into the in FIG. 3 drawn in solid lines position and is thereby already relative to the carrier 30 already pulled something out of the door opening. Due to the pivoting movement of the shelf 28 comes in a position in which it is oriented almost at right angles to the support 30 and thus also substantially perpendicular to the door opening. This allows the floor plan of the shelf 28 to be dimensioned to occupy virtually the entire width of the door opening.
- two slide rails 40 and a guide slot 42 are fixed, which with a in FIG. 3 not shown intermediate carrier cooperate and allow the shelf 28 in the in FIG. 3 Take off the dashed line position. In this position, the shelf is almost completely outside the corner cabinet, so that the objects parked thereon are easily accessible.
- the carrier 30 has at the free end of its lower (in FIG. 3 hidden) thigh a lock piece 44, which, like FIG. 3 shows, locked to the stop 38, so that the carrier 30 can not be pivoted when the shelf 28 is pushed back from the dashed line position into the drawn in solid lines position. In this way it is ensured that the shelf in the fully extended state and later in the insertion movement does not abut the edges of the door opening.
- FIG. 4 is the shelf 28 only indicated by dash-dotted lines, so that an arranged below this shelf intermediate carrier 46 is visible.
- On the intermediate support two guide rails 48 are mounted, which together with the slide rails 40 form the pull-out guide for the shelf 28.
- the carrier 30 and the axle 32 are in FIG. 4 shown cut, so that now recognizes the lower leg of the bow-shaped support 30 on which the locking piece 44 is slidably disposed.
- a stable guide plate 50 is fixed, which in FIG. 4 lies completely below the plate-shaped intermediate carrier 46.
- the intermediate carrier 46 is about an axis 52 which is parallel to the axis 32 of the Carrier 30 extends, but is offset relative to this, relative to the guide plate 50 pivotally.
- the intermediate carrier 46 is supported on the guide plate 50 with three rollers 54 which are rotatably mounted on the underside of the intermediate carrier 46 and engage over the edge of the guide plate 50 and roll on this.
- the edge portions of the guide plate 50, on which the rollers 54 roll, are concentric with the axis 52nd
- FIG. 5 shows the shelf 28 and the carrier 30 in the position in which as in FIG. 2 the carrier 30 rests against the stop 38.
- a rising from the locking piece 44 pin 58 is guided in a groove 60 of the intermediate carrier 46.
- the locking piece 44 in FIG. 5 held in a position in which it can move past the stop 38.
- the carrier 30 itself is caught by the stopper 38.
- the carrier 30 strikes against the stop 38, the shelf 28 will, due to its inertia, tend to continue its movement about the axis 32. In addition, the user will continue to pull on the front edge of the shelf 28. But since the carrier 30 is now held, it comes on the one hand to a pivoting movement of the intermediate carrier 46 about the axis 52 and on the other hand to a translational movement of the shelf 28 relative to the intermediate carrier 46 along the pull-out.
- the pin 58 moves through the slot 60 and is first, while passing through an angled end of this slot, moved to the right. In this way, the locking piece 44 reaches its locking position. The pin 58 then continues to move in a portion of the slot 60 which is concentric about the axis 52.
- the shelf 28 can now in the in FIG. 3 shown position are pulled out.
- the extension movement is terminated by the fact that the pin 56 arrives at the closed end of the guide slot 42.
- the fitting can be equipped with a self-closing mechanism, not shown, which, when the shelf 28 from the in FIG. 6 shown position is pushed back, after overcoming a dead center, the automatic retraction of the shelf and then the pivoting of the intermediate carrier 46 and finally the carrier 30 causes.
- a self-closing mechanism not shown, which, when the shelf 28 from the in FIG. 6 shown position is pushed back, after overcoming a dead center, the automatic retraction of the shelf and then the pivoting of the intermediate carrier 46 and finally the carrier 30 causes.
- a self-closing mechanism not shown, which, when the shelf 28 from the in FIG. 6 shown position is pushed back, after overcoming a dead center, the automatic retraction of the shelf and then the pivoting of the intermediate carrier 46 and finally the carrier 30 causes.
- FIG. 7 shows the corner cabinet 10 and the rotary and Ausziehbeschlag (in the state according to FIG. 6 ) in a front view.
- the bow-shaped shape of the support 30 which allows it even at high weight load of the shelf 28 to initiate the weight in the axis 32.
- the height of the upper leg is chosen so that the parked on the shelf 28 items can pass under this leg.
- the trained as a double tapered rollers 54 engage around the edge of the guide plate 50 and so support the intermediate support 46, which in turn via the guide rails 48 and the slide rails 40, which preferably not shown ball bearing, the shelf 28 is supported , As FIG. 6 shows, lie two of the rollers 54 well in front of the door opening, so that they support the far projecting shelf safe while the rear roller prevents tipping of the rear end of the shelf.
- the guide plate 50 may be replaced by a frame supporting the rollers 54, which then engage around a suitably shaped edge of the intermediate carrier 46.
- each shelf 28 has its own carrier 30, and these carriers are independently pivotable about the axis 32.
- FIGS. 8 to 13 illustrate an embodiment that differs from the embodiment described above, especially with regard to the storage of the intermediate carrier and with regard to the design of the stop and lock mechanisms and the type of positive coupling.
- a carrier 30 ' is shown in plan view, which corresponds in its function to the carrier 30 described above.
- this support 30 'does not have the shape of an upright frame, but is essentially formed by a horizontal arm 62 and a laterally projecting frame 64 in the form of a shallow box inside by an approximately diagonally disposed, reversed U -shaped reinforcing profile 66 is stiffened.
- An angled end of the arm 62 is rotatably supported on the axle 32.
- the rack 64 has a support and guide pin 68 for the intermediate carrier, in addition to the intermediate support shaft 52 and the pin 56 which engages the guide slot of the shelf.
- a plate-shaped locking piece 70 is mounted, which has the shape of an angle lever and with respect to the support about an axis 72 is pivotable.
- One end of the locking piece 70 forms a beak 74, while a slot 76 is formed in the other end.
- the beak 74 cooperates with a stop pin 78 which is secured to the inner surface of the side wall of the cabinet body, not shown here.
- FIG. 9 shows an associated intermediate carrier 46 ', which has the shape of a flat, rectangular in plan, upwardly open box.
- the intermediate carrier is pivotable about the axis 52 with respect to the carrier 30 'and is also supported at the bottom by thickened root portions of the pin 56 and the support and guide pin 68.
- additional plain bearings (not shown) for supporting the intermediate carrier may be provided on the carrier.
- the pins 56 and 68 engage in arcuate guide slots 80 and 82 which are formed in the bottom of the intermediate carrier 46 '. From the underside of the intermediate carrier also protrudes a pin 86 which engages in the slot 76 of the locking piece 70.
- the intermediate support 46 'on its longitudinal sides on two pairs of rollers 88 which run in the extension rails 40 of the shelf and support it.
- FIG. 10 shows the associated shelf 28 'with the attached to the bottom slide rails 40 and the guide slot 42 for the pin 56.
- the shelf 28' may be, for example, a molded plastic part, and the Guide slot 42 can then be inserted directly into the bottom of the shelf, whereby the height of the fitting is reduced.
- FIG. 11 shows the shelf 28 'in the position in which he is completely housed in the corner cabinet.
- the stop pin 78 enters the beak 74 and pivots the locking piece 70 relative to the carrier 30 'in the counterclockwise direction about the axis 72.
- FIG. 13 shows the state in which the stopper pin 78 is located at the bottom of the beak 74.
- the pivoting movement of the locking piece 70 about the axis 72 is terminated by abutting an edge contour of the locking piece on the support and guide pin 68.
- a further pivoting movement of the carrier 30 ' is prevented by the captured on the stop pin 78 locking piece 70.
- the pins 56 and 68 have reached the opposite end of the arcuate slots in the intermediate carrier 46 ', so that also the intermediate carrier can not be pivoted further.
- the shelf 28 'can now continue to pull out in a straight line along the slide rails 40 until it reaches the fully extended position. In this case, the pin 56 moves through the straight branch of the guide slot 42.
- the beak 74 prevents the carrier 30' from rotating about the axis 32.
- the locking piece 70 would have to pivot in a clockwise direction about the axis 72 and thereby via the engaging pin 76 in the pin intermediate carrier 46 'and thus also the shelf 28' relative to the carrier 30 'in the counterclockwise direction around the Swivel axis 52.
- this is not possible as long as the pin 56 is in the straight branch of the guide slot 42 and prevents the shelf 28 'rotates relative to the carrier 30'.
- the shelf 28 'and the carrier 30' are locked in the extended state in its angular position.
- the extension movement of the shelf 28 'along the pull-out rails 40 is limited by a stop 90 formed at the end of the guide slot 42, which abuts against the side wall of the intermediate carrier 46'.
- this stop 90 is formed as a resilient catch, which can 'push back into the interior of the shelf 28 so that the shelf can continue to pull out until finally the rollers 88 exit from the slide rails 40 and then the shelf can be pulled off to the top. In this way, the shelf 28 'can be easily and conveniently detached from the intermediate carrier 46'.
- the stopper 90 also has a ramp, which causes the stop automatically engages again when the shelf with its slide rails 40 is pushed back onto the rollers 88.

In this fitting, the extension movement of the shelf is positively coupled with the pivotal movement of the carrier, so that the shelf always moves on a defined path. However, even with this fitting there are restrictions with regard to the floor plan form of the shelf that the space provided by the shelf footprint does not optimally exploits the interior of the corner cupboard.
The object of the invention is to develop the rotary and Ausziehbeschlag of the type mentioned in such a way that a better space utilization and a flowing pivot and linear movement can be achieved.
This object is achieved in that the pull-out guide is mounted on an intermediate carrier, which in turn is rotatable about an axis parallel to the axis of rotation of the carrier, but offset relative to this axis with respect to the carrier.
The shelf thus has three degrees of freedom of movement, namely two degrees of freedom of rotation about the body-fixed axis of the carrier and the offset axis of the intermediate carrier and a degree of freedom of translation. The movements in these three degrees of freedom can be combined and superimposed so that a total of a smooth movement and thus easy handling of the shelf is achieved. In addition, the shelf is so displaced by the pivoting movement of the intermediate carrier relative to the carrier that it may have a larger base area to better utilize the cabinet interior, and yet fits through the relatively narrow door opening. Another advantage is that the intermediate carrier is further pivoted out of the door opening during its pivoting movement relative to the carrier, so that it better supports the shelf when this is extended into a far projecting position and thus due to the weight of the parked objects a high tilting moment subject. It also proves to be advantageous that the floor plan of the shelf can be made symmetrical, so that need not be distinguished between right and left corner cabinets.

While in the illustrated embodiment, only a forced coupling between the extension movement of the shelf and the pivotal movement of the intermediate carrier, it is also conceivable in another embodiment, a forced coupling of the extension movement and / or the pivotal movement of the intermediate carrier with the pivotal movement of the

By the mechanism described so an automatic locking and unlocking of the shelf 28 'and the carrier 30' is achieved, and at the same time it is achieved that the movement of the shelf 28 'gradually and fluently from the rotation in the translation (when opening) and out the translation in the rotation (when closing) passes.
- Rotation and pull-out fitting for a corner cabinet (10), comprising:- a shelf (28; 28'),- a carrier (30; 30') supported in the corner cabinet,- a vertical axis (32) about which the carrier is rotatable, and- a pull-out guide (40, 48) on which the shelf (28) is displaceable relative to the carrier (30),- characterized in that the pull-out guide (40, 48; 88) is mounted on an intermediate carrier (46; 46') that is itself rotatable relative to the carrier (30; 30') about an axis (52) that is parallel with the axis of rotation of the carrier (30; 30') but offset therefrom.
- Fitting according to claim 1, characterized in that the pull-out movement of the shelf (28; 28') relative to the intermediate carrier (46, 46'), in an initial phase of that movement, is forcibly coupled to a pivotal movement of the intermediate carrier (46; 46') relative to the carrier (30; 30').
- Fitting according to claim 2, characterized in that the carrier (30; 30') has an upwardly projecting pin (56) which passes through an arcuate slot of the intermediate carrier (46; 46') and engages in a guide jig (42) formed in a bottom side of the shelf (28; 28').
- Fitting according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the carrier (30; 30') is adapted to be locked at the corner cabinet (10), by means of a locking member (44; 70), in a terminal position in which the shelf (28, 28') can be drawn out of the corner cabinet (10).
- Fitting according to claim 4 in combination with claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the locking member (44) is controlled by the movement of the intermediate carrier (46) relative to the carrier (30).
- Fitting according to claim 5, characterized in that the locking member (44) is displaceable on a radial leg of the carrier (30) and has a pin (58) which engages in a slot (60) formed in the intermediate carrier (46) and serving as a control contour.
- Fitting according to claim 4, characterized in that the locking member (70) is a lever that is pivotably supported at the carrier (30') and has one end articulated to the intermediate carrier (46') while the other end forms a beak (74) which, during the pivotal movement of the carrier (30') about the axis (32) thereof, is caught at a fixed abutment pin (78) and thereby pivots the locking member relative to the carrier (30').
- Fitting according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the carrier (30) has the shape of a frame with parallel legs that extend radially from the axis (32) of this carrier and the free ends of which are rigidly connected to one another, and in that the vertical distance between the radial legs is so large that the shelf (28) and objects placed thereon can pass through between the legs.
- Fitting according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the intermediate carrier (46) and the carrier (30) are connected to one another in a tilt-free manner by rollers (54) that straddle an edge of a plate-like member (50) of one of the carrier and the intermediate carrier.
- Fitting according to any of the claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the intermediate carrier (46') has rollers (88) which engage in pull-out rails (40) of the shelf (28').
- Fitting according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the shelf (28) is detachably mounted on the intermediate carrier (46').
- Corner cabinet, characterized by a fitting according to any of the preceding claims.
