Claims (14)

  1. A bracket (100) for fitting an insulating panel (P) on a surface of a wall (M) comprising an attaching plate (101) intended to be attached to said surface and a holding plate (102), said holding plate (102) extending substantially perpendicularly to said attaching plate (101) such as to hold said insulating panel (P), and said bracket (100) comprising means for reinforcement (103) arranged between the attaching plate and the holding plate in order to rigidify said bracket, characterized in that said means for reinforcement including notching means for notching (104) the insulating panel.
  2. The bracket as claimed in claim 1, wherein said means for reinforcement (103) comprise at least one stiffener (1030), particularly a blade, which stiffener is arranged longitudinally with respect to the attaching plate and the holding plate, the stiffener having an edge from which the means for notching extend.
  3. The bracket as claimed in claim 2, wherein the stiffener is arranged to extend in a plane perpendicular to the plane of the holding plate.
  4. The bracket as claimed in claim 2 or 3, wherein the stiffener is arranged on the axis of symmetry of the bracket.
  5. The bracket as claimed in any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the edge of the stiffener is straight or curved.
  6. The bracket as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein said means for notching comprise a toothing (1040) comprising a plurality of teeth (1040a).
  7. The bracket as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein said means for notching comprise at least one point (1041).
  8. The bracket as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein said means for notching comprise at least one point and one toothing.
  9. The bracket as claimed in one of claims 6 or 8, wherein the toothing is not uniform.
  10. The bracket as claimed in one of the preceding claims, wherein the means for reinforcement comprise at least two stiffeners, these stiffeners being distributed regularly with respect to the axis of symmetry of said bracket.
  11. The bracket as claimed in one of the preceding claims, wherein the means for reinforcement comprise at least three stiffeners, one stiffener being arranged on the axis of symmetry while the other stiffeners are distributed regularly with respect to the axis of symmetry of said bracket.
  12. The bracket as claimed in one of the preceding claims, wherein said bracket has an L-shaped profile or a T-shaped profile.
  13. An assembly comprising a wall (M) supplied with a surface, at least one insulating panel (P) arranged on said wall and at least one bracket (100) as claimed in one of the preceding claims attached to said surface, said insulating panel (P) being held by said bracket.
  14. A method of fitting at least a thickness of insulating panel on the surface of a wall, said method comprising the following steps:
    - providing at least one bracket (100) as claimed in one of claims 1 to 12 and attaching it to a surface of said wall (M);
    - providing at least one insulating panel (P);
    - pressing said insulating panel (P) onto the surface by exerting a pushing stress such that the insulating panel is locally notched by the means for notching of the means for reinforcement, and such that insulating panel is moreover in contact, over the thickness thereof, with the holding plate of said bracket;
    - releasing the stress such as to allow said insulating panel (P) to return to the original volume thereof and to allow the bracket to hold said insulating panel (P).
