Claims (15)

  1. Installation de production destinée à fabriquer des cartes de données (53) pour des documents de sécurité formés par un composite stratifié qui est constitué d'au moins deux couches assemblées par stratification, laquelle comprend au moins une chaîne de production (14) :
    - avec un dispositif de transport (23) qui comprend plusieurs porte-pièces (25) qui peuvent être déplacés le long d'un parcours de transport (24) du dispositif de transport (23),
    - avec une station de placement (26) qui comprend un magasin (27) destiné à stocker des cartes brutes (28) coupées à une dimension finale, et qui comprend un dispositif de manipulation (29) destiné à placer sur le porte-pièce (25) une carte brute (28) provenant du magasin (27),
    - avec une station d'impression (33) dans laquelle peut être imprimée une carte brute (28) amenée par le porte-pièce (25),
    - avec, succédant à celle-ci, une station de sortie (36) grâce à laquelle au moins une couche de recouvrement (35) peut être disposée sur la carte brute imprimée (28),
    - avec une station de stratification (41) destinée à assembler par stratification la carte brute imprimée (28) à ladite au moins une couche de recouvrement (35),
    - avec une station d'usinage (46) dans laquelle la carte brute imprimée (28) peut être coupée ou découpée à une dimension finale de la carte de données (53),
    - les porte-pièces (25) se déplaçant le long d'un parcours de transport sans fin (24) en passant par toutes les stations (26, 28, 33, 36, 41, 46) affectées audit parcours de transport (24), et ce en étant activés de manière individuelle pour le temps passé dans chaque station.
  2. Installation de production selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le porte-pièce (25) présente une réception (68) pour recevoir la carte brute (28) coupée à une dimension finale qui correspond à une dimension finale de la carte de données finie (48).
  3. Installation de production selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'entre la station de sortie (36) et la station de stratification (41) est prévue une station de réchauffe (38) qui réchauffe ladite au moins une couche de recouvrement (35) appliquée sur la carte brute imprimée (28).
  4. Installation de production selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'entre le magasin (27) et la station d'impression (33) est prévue une station de chauffage (31) pour la carte brute (28).
  5. Installation de production selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'avant ou après la station d'impression (33) est prévue une station d'amenée pour un autre film ou une autre couche, en particulier un film holographique.
  6. Installation de production selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'entre la station de stratification (41) et la station d'usinage (46) est prévue une zone tampon (43) .
  7. Installation de production selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'une chaîne de personnalisation (15) est située en aval de la chaîne de production (14) et que de préférence la station d'usinage (46) forme une interface (21) entre la chaîne de production (14) et la chaîne de personnalisation (15).
  8. Installation de production selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce qu'entre la chaîne de production (14) et la chaîne de personnalisation (15) sont prévues au moins deux stations d'usinage (46) grâce auxquelles la carte brute (28) imprimée et stratifiée est coupée à une dimension finale de la carte de données (53).
  9. Installation de production selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisée en ce que la chaîne de personnalisation (15) comprend au moins une station de personnalisation (49) et une station de contrôle de qualité (52), et en ce que la station de personnalisation (49) présente de préférence une personnalisation au laser et/ou une station de programmation pour une mémoire et/ou un transpondeur se trouvant dans ou sur la carte de données (53) à la dimension finale et achève ainsi la réalisation de la carte de données (53), et en ce que la station de contrôle de qualité (52) est suivie de préférence par une station de prélèvement (54) dans laquelle la carte de données (53) est retirée du porte-pièce (25) et dans laquelle est prévu un triage lors duquel la carte de données (53) est soit transférée dans un magasin (57) pour cartes de données finies (53) soit rejetée en tant que pièce de rebut (58).
  10. Installation de production selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisée en ce que la chaîne de personnalisation (15) présente un dispositif de transport (23) avec un parcours de transport sans fin (24) le long duquel peut être déplacé au moins un porte-pièce (25).
  11. Installation de production selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 10, caractérisée en ce que, dans la chaîne de production (14) et/ou dans la chaîne de personnalisation (15), le porte-pièce (25) peut être déplacé de préférence de manière cadencée le long du parcours de transport (24) du dispositif de transport (23) .
  12. Installation de production selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le porte-pièce (25) peut être déplacé à travers ladite au moins une station (26, 33, 36, 41, 46, 49, 52) grâce à un chariot (61) du dispositif de transport (23), et en ce que le porte-pièce (25) est de préférence soulevé du chariot (61) dans ladite au moins une station (26, 33, 36, 41, 46, 49, 52) et peut être transféré, au niveau de ladite au moins une station (26, 33, 36, 41, 46, 49, 52), dans une position d'usinage, de préférence grâce à des galets de guidage (67) disposés sur ledit porte-pièce (25).
  13. Installation de production selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que la carte brute (28) est maintenue en place dans le porte-pièce (25) grâce à des éléments de positionnement (69) et en ce qu'une réception (68) formée dans le porte-pièce (25) présente une profondeur inférieure à l'épaisseur de la carte brute (28).
  14. Installation de production selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 ou 13, caractérisée en ce que le porte-pièce (25) présente des éléments d'orientation grâce auxquels le porte-pièce (25) est orienté par rapport au chariot (61) et dans les stations (26, 33, 36, 41, 46, 49, 52).
  15. Installation de production selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que le porte-pièce (25) reçoit au moins un élément conducteur de chaleur (71) dans la réception (68) dans laquelle repose la carte brute (28).
