    - having a circular knife (32), which is mounted in a rotatable manner on the eccentric arm (22) and is able to be driven in rotation by the solid shaft (42) of the second drive motor (14),
    - wherein the solid shaft (42) of the second drive motor (14) extends through the hollow shaft (20) of the first drive motor (12),

    - the hollow shaft (20) is driven directly by the first drive motor (12).

    - the circular knife (32) is fastened to a rotatably mounted knife shaft (30),
    - the rotatably mounted knife shaft (30) is able to be driven directly or indirectly by the solid shaft (42) of the second drive motor (14).

    - the rotatably mounted knife shaft (30) is connected to the solid shaft (42) of the second drive motor (14) via a toothed belt (40).

    - the motor shaft (50) is connected to the solid shaft (42) of the second drive motor (14) via a toothed belt (48).
