Claims (8)
- Dispositif de restauration de la fondation d'une voie ferrée (2) comportant une couche horizontale (7) de matériau compact positionnée sous les rails (5), comprenant :- un chariot (8) pouvant coulisser le long des rails (5) de la voie ferrée (2), ledit chariot (8) comportant un châssis quadrangulaire (9) comprenant deux éléments longitudinaux (10) conçus pour être positionnés parallèlement aux rails (5), et une pluralité d'éléments transversaux (11) pour le raccordement auxdits éléments longitudinaux (10) ;- une tête opérationnelle (15) pour le retrait au moins partiel de la couche horizontale (7) de matériau compact positionnée en dessous des rails (5), la tête opérationnelle (15) comprenant un corps central 16 et une lame (17) émergeant dudit corps (16) et comportant une extension substantiellement plane ;- un bras de raccordement (21) servant à raccorder la tête opérationnelle (15) au chariot (8), ledit bras de raccordement (21) pouvant, à son tour, pivoter sur un élément longitudinal (10) du chariot (8), pour tourner autour d'un axe (A3) parallèle à une direction d'extension des éléments longitudinaux (10) et, lorsque le chariot (8) se met en prise avec les rails (5), parallèle aussi à une direction d'extension (D1) des rails (5), le bras de raccordement (21) étant configuré pour positionner la tête d'actionnement (15) avec la lame (17) substantiellement parallèlement à un plan (P) étant tangent à une surface supérieure (5a) des rails (5), le bras de raccordement (21) étant mobile entre une première configuration fonctionnelle abaissée dans laquelle la lame (17) est positionnée substantiellement de façon parallèle audit plan (P), pour retirer le matériau compact de la couche horizontale (7), et une configuration non fonctionnelle relevée dans laquelle la lame (17) est désengagée de la couche horizontale (7), pour permettre un déplacement facilité du chariot (8) le long des rails (5).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens d'actionnement (22) servant à déplacer la lame (17) à l'intérieur de la couche horizontale (7) de matériau compact en maintenant la lame (17) substantiellement parallèle au plan prédéterminé (P).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un élément moteur (20) configuré pour activer la lame (17) dans son mouvement de fonctionnement.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la lame (17) comprend une plaque plate (18) et une chaîne (19) en boucle sur la plaque plate (18) et pouvant coulisser le long du périmètre de la plaque plate (18), la chaîne (19) étant configurée pour retirer le matériau compact de la couche horizontale (7) .
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la chaîne (19) supporte, réparties uniformément le long de son extension, une pluralité de dents d'excavation amovibles conçues pour retirer le matériau compact avec lequel elles entrent en contact pendant le mouvement de la chaîne (19).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément moteur (20) comprend un pignon se mettant en prise à l'intérieur de la chaîne (19), le pignon étant supporté en rotation par le corps central (16).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la lame (17) comprend un couteau circulaire (32) comportant le long de sa circonférence une pluralité de parties saillantes (34) configurées pour retirer le matériau compact de la couche horizontale (7) pendant une rotation du couteau circulaire (32) autour de son propre axe (A4) de rotation.
- Procédé de restauration de la fondation d'une voie ferrée comportant une couche horizontale (7) de matériau compact positionnée sous les rails, comprenant :- une étape consistant à retirer, des deux côtés des rails (5), une portion longitudinale continue (7a) de la couche horizontale (7), ladite étape de retrait étant actionnée avec le dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7,- une étape consistant à retirer les détritus générés lors de l'étape de retrait de la portion longitudinale continue (7a),- une étape consistant à injecter un matériau résineux sous forme fluide dans l'espace créé suite au retrait de la portion longitudinale continue (7a), le matériau résineux étant de nature à reconstituer, après durcissement, la couche horizontale (7) de matériau compact.
