Abstract

Offenbart sind eine Halterung für eine WC-Sitzgarnitur und eine WC-Sitzgarnitur mit zwei derartigen Halterungen, bei denen ein Pin elastisch auslenkbar an einer Basis gehalten ist.

Description

Halterung und WC-Sitzgarnitur
Beschreibung Die Erfindung betrifft eine Halterung einer WC-Sitzgarnitur und eine mit einer derartigen Halterung ausgeführte WC-Sitzgarnitur, vorzugsweise mit Take-Off-Funktion.
WC-Sitzgarnituren mit einer Take-Off-Funktion sind beispielsweise in der
EP 1 199 020 A2 der Anmelderin offenbart. Demgemäß sind ein WC-Sitz und ein WC- Deckel einer WC-Garnitur über zwei WC-Sitzgelenkanordnungen miteinander verbunden. Die WC-Sitzgelenkanordnung ist mit Rotationsdämpfern versehen, die die Absenkbewegung des WC-Sitzes und des WC-Deckels dämpfen. Die Sitzgarnitur wird auf zwei keramikseitig verankerte Halterungen aufgesetzt. Dabei können die Pins mit den WC-Sitzgelenkanordnungen verrastet oder in sonstiger Weise verriegelt werden, so dass bei Entriegelung die WC-Sitzgarnitur auf einfache Weise von den beiden Pins abgezogen werden kann (Take-Off-Funktion).
In der DE 10 2014 109 418 A1 ist eine WC-Sitzgelenkanordnung mit einem ähnlichen Aufbau gezeigt, wobei die Verriegelung/Verrastung über eine Feder erfolgt, die zum Abnehmen der WC-Sitzgarnitur in eine Freigabestellung bringbar ist.
Die keramikseitigen Halterungen haben jeweils eine Basis, die an der Keramik befestigt ist, wobei beispielsweise Befestigungsmittel in Befestigungslöcher der Keramik eintauchen. Ausführungsbeispiele für eine geeignete Befestigung der Basis sind in den ebenfalls auf die Anmelderin zurückgehenden Druckschriften DE 195 48 364 A1 oder DE 101 15 008 A1 beschrieben.
In der Praxis zeigte es sich jedoch, dass die Auflageflächen der Keramik häufig nicht mit der erforderlichen Präzision gefertigt ist, so dass die beiden Halterungen der WC-Sitzgarnitur oder genauer gesagt, deren Pins nicht parallel zueinander angeordnet sind. Die vorstehend erläuterten Befestigungsmittel und Befestigungslöcher sind in der Regel so ausgebildet, dass ein gewisser Ausgleich ermöglicht ist - dennoch kann es vorkommen, dass die Befestigungspins auch bei Nutzung des vollen Ausgleichbereichs nicht senkrecht zur Auflagefläche oder nicht parallel zueinander verlaufen. Bereits bei Winkeln von 3° bis 5° kann es bei derartigen Schiefstellungen dazu kommen, dass die Take-Off-Funktion der WC-Sitzgarnitur beeinträchtigt ist, so dass sich diese nicht oder nur mit erhöhtem Kraftaufwand aufsetzen oder abnehmen lässt.
Dem gegenüber liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Halterung einer WC-Sitzgarnitur und eine WC-Sitzgarnitur mit derartigen Halterungen zu schaffen, bei denen die Montage erleichtert ist. Diese Aufgabe wird im Hinblick auf die Halterung durch die Merkmalskombination des Patentanspruchs 1 und im Hinblick auf die WC-Sitzgarnitur durch die Merkmalskombination des nebengeordneten Patentanspruchs 1 1 gelöst.
Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.
Die erfindungsgemäße Halterung für eine WC-Sitzgarnitur hat eine Basis zum Befestigen an einer Auflagefläche einer Keramik. Diese Basis trägt einen Pin oder ein sonstiges Befestigungsmittel, das zum Verbinden mit einem WC-Sitzgelenk der WC- Sitzgarnitur vorgesehen ist. Erfindungsgemäß ist der Pin bzw. das Befestigungsmittel in gewissem Umfang verschwenkbar/elastisch auslenkbar an der Basis gelagert, so dass die eingangs beschriebene Fehlstellung durch elastische Auslenkung des Pins ausgeglichen werden kann. Auf diese Weise ist es möglich, die WC-Sitzgarnitur auch bei nicht optimal ausgestalteten Auflageflächen zu montieren. Erfindungsgemäß wird es bevorzugt, wenn der Pin über ein federndes Lager an der Basis befestigt ist. Durch dieses Lager wird der Pin mit einer gewissen Elastizität gehalten, die diesen in eine Grundposition vorspannt jedoch auch den Ausgleich der Fehlstellung ermöglicht. Das federnde Lager ist so ausgelegt, dass es den Pin in seine vorbestimmte Grundposition vorspannt, die bei präzise gefertigter Auflagefläche passend ist.
Das federnde Lager kann ein Elastomerlager - insbesondere ein Elastomerring - oder eine Feder - insbesondere eine Spiralfeder - oder ein Kunststofflager - insbeson- dere ein Kunststoffring aus Thermoplast oder Duroplast oder ein Metalllager - insbesondere ein Metallring aus weichen Metall - sein.
Bei einem besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiel ist das federnde Lager etwa ringförmig oder ein Ring, der einen Endabschnitt des Pins umgreift und auf der Basis abgestützt ist.
Die Montage der Halterung ist besonders einfach, wenn der Endabschnitt des Pins unverlierbar mit der Basis verbunden ist.
Die Verbindung des Pins mit der Basis kann über ein geeignetes Verbindungsverfahren, beispielsweise durch Taumeln erfolgen.
Bei einer Variante der Erfindung ist der Endabschnitt des Pins über eine Radial- schulter radial zurückgesetzt und durchsetzt einen Durchbruch der Basis mit Spiel.
Die Abstützung des Pins an der Basis ist weiter optimiert, wenn das federnde Lager einerseits an der Basis und andererseits an der Radialschulter anliegt, über die der Endabschnitt radial zurückgesetzt ist.
In an sich bekannter Weise kann der Pin an seinem auskragenden, von der Basis entfernten Endabschnitt geeignete Rast- oder Dichtmittel tragen, die mit einer WC- Sitzgelenkanordnung zusammenwirken. Die Befestigung der Basis ist vereinfacht, wenn diese ein Montageloch hat, das von einem Befestigungsmittel durchsetzbar oder durchsetzt ist. Dieses Montageloch ist vorzugsweise als Langloch ausgeführt, so dass eine Anpassung des Pinabstands an die WC-Sitzgarnitur ermöglicht ist. Die erfindungsgemäße WC-Sitzgarnitur ist mit zwei der vorbeschriebenen Halterungen ausgeführt. Bevorzugte Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung werden im Folgenden anhand schematischer Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:
Figur 1 eine stark schematisierte Schnittdarstellung einer an einer Keramik befes- tigten WC-Sitzgarnitur;
Figur 2 eine Einzeldarstellung einer Halterung der WC-Sitzgarnitur gemäß Figur 1 und
Figur 3 eine Explosionsdarstellung der Halterung aus Figur 2. Figur 1 zeigt den Grundaufbau einer WC-Sitzgarnitur 1 mit einem WC-Deckel 2 und einem WC-Sitz 4, die über zwei koaxial zueinander angeordnete WC-Sitzgelenke 6, 8 mit einer Keramik 10 verbunden sind. Dabei sind an einer Auflagefläche 12 der Keramik 10 zwei baugleiche Halterungen 14, 14' befestigt, die mit jeweils einer der WC- Sitzgelenkanordnungen 6, 8 verrastet sind. Jede WC-Sitzgelenkanordnung 6, 8 hat einen Rotationsdämpfer 16, 18, wobei bei dem in Figur 1 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel der Rotationsdämpfer 16 die Absenkbewegung des Deckels 2 und der Rotationsdämpfer 18 die Absenkbewegung des Sitzes 4 dämpft.
Die Rotationsdämpfer 16, 18 sind mit geeigneten Adapterelementen auf die Halte- rungen 14, 14' aufgesetzt und lassen sich ohne Werkzeug, beispielsweise durch Betätigen einer Entriegelungstaste oder durch Überwinden einer Rastkraft abnehmen (Take- Off-Funktion). Hinsichtlich weiterer Details des Grundaufbaus derartiger WC-Sitzgelenke sei auf den eingangs beschriebenen Stand der Technik gemäß den Druckschriften DE 10 2014 109 418 A1 und EP 1 199 020 A2 verwiesen.
Figur 2 zeigt eine Einzeldarstellung einer Halterung 14, 14', die auf der Auflagefläche 12 der Keramik 10 befestigt ist.
Demgemäß hat eine derartige Halterung 14 eine Basis 20, die über geeignete Be- festigungsmittel, beispielsweise eine Schraube oder dergleichen mit der Keramik 10 verbunden ist. Diese Schraube wird in ein in Figur 1 angedeutetes Befestigungsloch 22 eingesetzt und dort durch Kontern oder dergleichen festgelegt. Um unterschiedliche Abstände der beiden Befestigungslöcher 22 der Keramik 10 ausgleichen zu können, ist an der Basis 20 zumindest ein als Langloch ausgeführtes Montageloch 24 vorgesehen, das von dem genannten Befestigungsmittel durchsetzt ist. Über das Verschieben und Verdrehen der Basis 20 entlang des durch das jeweilige Langloch 24 aufgespannten Bereiches kann auch die gesamte WC-Sitzgarnitur zur Außenkontur der Keramik 10 bzw. der Auflagefläche 12 ausgerichtet werden.
Bei dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist an der zur WC-Sitzgarnitur 1 weisenden Stirnfläche der Basis 20 eine in etwa U-förmige Auswölbung 26 vorgesehen, die den Kopf der nicht dargestellten Befestigungsschraube umgreift, so dass dieser etwa bündig mit der Großfläche der Auswölbung 26 abschließt. Im Bereich des Scheitels der U-förmigen Auswölbung 26 ist ein Pin 28 an der Basis 20 befestigt. Diese Befestigung erfolgt derart, dass der Pin 28 aus seiner dargestellten Grundposition, in der die Pinachse 30 etwa senkrecht zur Großfläche der Basis 20 verläuft um einen vorbestimmten Winkelbereich auslenkbar ist, um eine Schrägstellung der Auflagefläche 12 auszu- gleichen. Der Pin 28 lässt sich somit aus der dargestellten Grundposition (Pinachse 30 senkrecht zur Basis 20) auslenken, wobei diese Auslenkung nicht nur in Pfeilrichtung sondern in jedweder Richtung mit Bezug zur Pinachse 30 möglich ist.
Dies wird bei dem in Figur 2 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel dadurch ermög- licht, dass der Pin 28 über ein Elastomerlager 32 auf der Basis 20 - im vorliegenden Fall deren Auswölbung 26 abgestützt ist. Das Elastomerlager 32 ist beim dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel aus einem Elastomerring gebildet. Der Außendurchmesser des Elastomerlagers 32 entspricht in etwa dem Außendurchmesser des Pins 28. Damit bildet das Elastomerlager 32 ein Ausführungsbeispiel eines federnden Lagers.
Bei dem in Figur 2 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel sind am auskragenden verrundeten Endabschnitt des Pins 28 noch ein Rastring 34 und ein O-Ring 36 vorgesehen. Wie Figur 1 entnehmbar, tauchen die beiden Pins 28, 28' beim Aufsetzen der WC-
Sitzgarnitur jeweils in eine Aufnahme, vorzugsweise eine sacklochartige Aufnahme 38, 38' des jeweiligen WC-Sitzgelenks 6, 8 ein, wobei beispielsweise der Rastring 34 elastisch in eine entsprechende Rastnut eingreift und über den O-Ring 36 jeweils eine Ab- dichtung dieser Aufnahme erfolgt. Dabei richten sich die Pins 28, 28' aufgrund ihrer elastischen Verschwenkbarkeit selbsttätig mit Bezug zur Achse der Aufnahmen 38, 38' aus. Selbstverständlich können die Dichtungen und die Rasteinrichtungen auch auf- nahmeseitig vorgesehen sein, so dass dann entsprechend am Pin 28 eine Ringnut bzw. eine geeignete Dichtfläche vorgesehen ist.
Figur 3 zeigt eine Explosionsdarstellung der Halterung 14, 14' gemäß Figur 2.
Demgemäß ist der basisseitige Endabschnitt des Pins 28 über eine Radialschulter 40 zu einem Endabschnitt 42 verjüngt. Auf diesen im Durchmesser gegenüber dem Pindurchmesser verringerten Endabschnitt 42 wird dann das als Elastomerring ausgebildete Elastomerlager 32 aufgesetzt, so dass es an der Radialschulter 40 anliegt und vom Endabschnitt 42 durchsetzt ist. Dieser Endabschnitt 42 erstreckt sich weiter in eine Lagerausnehmung 44 der Auswölbung 26 der Basis 20 hinein. Dabei ist der Endabschnitt 42 länger als die Axiallänge der Lagerausnehmung 44 ausgebildet, so dass ein Ende des Endabschnitts 42 rückseitig, d. h., zur Keramik hin aus der Basis 20 auskragt. Dieser auskragende Endabschnitt wird dann durch Taumeln umgeformt, so dass der Pin 28 in etwa gelenkig mit der Basis 20 verbunden ist. An der Basis 20 ist rückseitig eine Ausnehmung ausgebildet, in die der Kopf der Taumelverbindung eintaucht, so dass eine flächige Auflage der Basis 20 auf der Auflagefläche 12 der Keramik 10 gewährleistet ist. Im verbundenen Zustand liegt dann das ringförmige Elastomerlager 32 einerseits an der Radialschulter 40 und andererseits an der Basis, genauer gesagt der Auswölbung 44 an und spannt den Pin 28 in seine Grundposition vor, in der die Pinachse 30 in etwa senkrecht zur Basis 20 verläuft. Der Endabschnitt 42 ist beim Vertaumeln mit einem gewissen radialen Spiel in der
Lagerausnehmung 44 aufgenommen, so dass der Pin 28 gegen die Vorspannung des Elastomerlagers 32 verschwenkbar ist. Durch die elastische Verschwenkung/Auslenkung des Pins 28 mit Bezug zur Basis 20 kann deren Schiefstellung ausgeglichen werden, die durch eine Unebenheit oder Schrägstellung der Auflagefläche 12 der Keramik 10 verursacht ist. Dies ermöglicht es, auch bei größeren Abweichungen die WC-Sitzgarnitur 1 ohne weiteres auf die beiden Halterungen 14, 14' aufzusetzen oder von diesem abzuziehen. Bei den herkömmlichen Lösungen ist dies nicht möglich, so dass entsprechende Schiefstellungen durch Unterlagscheiben oder dergleichen ausgeglichen werden müssen. Selbstverständlich kann der Pin 28 auch auf andere Weise mit der Basis 20 verbunden werden. So ist beispielsweise eine Verbindung durch Nieten, Schrauben oder dergleichen möglich. Prin- zipiell möglich ist es auch, den Pin per se elastisch auslenkbar auszubilden. In kinematischer Umkehr kann es auch möglich sein, den Pin starr und dessen Lagerung in der Basis 20 auslenkbar auszuführen, so dass beispielsweise das Elastomerlager 32 in die Basis 20 integriert ist. Offenbart sind eine Halterung für eine WC-Sitzgarnitur und eine WC-Sitzgarnitur mit zwei derartigen Halterungen, bei denen ein Pin elastisch auslenkbar an einer Basis gehalten ist.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1 . Halterung für eine WC-Sitzgarnitur mit einer Basis (20) zum Befestigen an einer Auflagefläche (12) einer Keramik (10), wobei die Basis (20) einen Pin (28) trägt, der zum Verbinden mit einer WC-Sitzgelenkanordnung (6, 8) der WC-Sitzgarnitur (1 ) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Pin (28) elastisch verschwenkbar an der Basis (20) gelagert ist.
2. Halterung nach Patentanspruch 1 , wobei der Pin (28) über ein federndes Lager an der Basis abgestützt ist.
3. Halterung nach Patentanspruch 2, wobei das federnde Lager ein Elastomerlager (32) oder eine Feder oder ein Kunststofflager oder ein Metalllager ist.
4. Halterung nach Patentanspruch 2 oder 3, wobei das federnde Lager ringförmig ausgebildet ist und einen Endabschnitt (42) des Pins (28) umgreift und dabei auf der Basis (20) abgestützt ist.
5. Halterung nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, wobei ein Endabschnitt (42) des Pins (28) unverlierbar mit der Basis (20) verbunden ist.
6. Halterung nach Patentanspruch 5, wobei die Verbindung des Pins (28) mit der Basis (20) durch Taumeln erfolgt.
7. Halterung nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, wobei ein
Endabschnitt (42) des Pins (28) über eine Radialschulter (40) radial zurückgesetzt ist und eine Lagerausnehmung (44) der Basis (20) mit Spiel durchsetzt.
8. Halterung nach Patentanspruch 2 und 7, wobei das federnde Lager einer- seits an der Basis (20) und andererseits an der Radialschulter (40) anliegt.
9. Halterung nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, wobei ein von der Basis (20) entfernter freier Endabschnitt des Pins (28) ein Rast- und/oder ein Dichtmittel trägt.
10. Halterung nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, wobei die
Basis (20) ein Montageloch (24) hat, das von einem Befestigungsmittel durchsetzbar oder durchsetzt ist.
1 1 . WC-Sitzgarnitur mit Take-Off-Funktion, die über zwei Halterungen (14, 14') gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche an einer Keramik (10) befestigbar ist.
