Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Polstertasche zur Aufnahme eines Polsters für ein Bekleidungsstück, wobei die Polstertasche über ein Verbindungselement an dem Bekleidungsstück lösbar befestigt ist. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher, eine Polstertasche zur Aufnahme eines Polsters für ein Bekleidungsstück zu schaffen, welches ein schnelles Anlegen des Kniepolsters ermöglicht und weiterhin einen korrekten Sitz des Polsters an der zu schützenden Körperstelle eines in einer Gebrauchsposition befindlichen Trägers des Kleidungsstücks sicherstellt. Die Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, dass eine Auflageseite des Polsters an einer dem Bekleidungsstück zugewandten Innenseite der Polstertasche (1, 2) und eine der Auflageseite gegenüberliegende Körperseite des Polsters an einer dem Bekleidungsstück abgewandten Innenseite der Polstertasche (1, 2) anliegen.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Polstertasche zur Aufnahme eines Polsters für ein Bekleidungsstück, wobei die Polstertasche über ein Verbindungselement an dem Bekleidungsstück lösbar befestigt ist.
  • Vom Arbeitsschutz wird bei knienden Arbeiten (z.B. Fliesenlegen) ein Schutz des Knies gegen Verletzungen, insbesondere gegen das Durchdringen von spitzen und kantigen Gegenständen gefordert. Weiterhin sollen dauerhafte Druckbelastungen auf die Kniescheibe gemindert werden.
  • Aus dem Stand der Technik ist es hierfür bekannt, Hosen im Bereich des Knies mit Polstern auszustatten.
  • In DE 40 35 966 A1 wird beispielsweise ein Kleidungsstück beschrieben, welches Polstertaschen aufweist. Diese Polstertaschen sind aus einem elastischen Material gefertigt und fest mit dem Kleidungsstück verbunden. Zum Einlegen eines Polsters können die Polstertaschen geöffnet und geschlossen werden. Nachteilig ist allerdings, dass im Falle einer leeren Polstertasche (wenn keine Polster benötigt werden), diese aufgrund der mehreren Stofflagen als unbequem wahrgenommen werden können.
  • Die DE 43 38 404 A1 offenbart ein Kleidungsstück, welches insbesondere eine zur Berufskleidung dienende Hose sein kann. An dieser Hose ist ein lösbar angebrachter Knieschützer vorgesehen, wobei die Hose im Kniebereich und der Knieschützer mit Befestigungselementen versehen sind. Nachteilig ist allerdings, dass der Knieschützer selbst widerstandsfähig ausgebildet sein muss, sodass dieser beispielsweise gegen Abrieb resistent ist. Ein einfaches Polster würde beim regelmäßigen Gebrauch schnell verschleißen.
  • Aus DE 20 2014 105 558 U1 ist ein Kleidungsstück, insbesondere eine Hose, mit einer als Polstertasche ausgebildeten Schutzvorrichtung bekannt. Die Schutzvorrichtung ist mit einem Verbindungselement lösbar an dem Kleidungsstück befestigt. In diese Schutzvorrichtung kann dann ein Kniepolster eingeschoben werden. Als Verbindungselemente werden beispielsweise Druckknöpfe, Klettverschlüsse, Reißverschlüsse und Clips genannt. Zum Anlegen des Kniepolsters muss zunächst die Polstertasche an dem Hosenbein befestigt und anschließend das Kniepolster in die Polstertasche eingeschoben werden. Dabei liegt dann eine dem Hosenbein zugewandte Seite des Kniepolsters am Hosenbein und eine dem Hosenbein abgewandte Seite des Kniepolsters an einer Innenseite der Polstertasche an. Nachteilig bei dieser Lösung ist, dass zum Anlegen des Kniepolsters zwei Arbeitsschritte notwendig sind. Weiterhin wird beim knienden Gebrauch der Hose ein zunächst als ebenes Flächengebilde ausgestaltetes Kniepolster undefiniert verformt und damit das Knie nur unzureichend geschützt, da nicht sichergestellt werden kann, dass das Knie möglichst mittig auf dem Kniepolster ruht.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher, eine Polstertasche zur Aufnahme eines Polsters für ein Bekleidungsstück zu schaffen, welches ein schnelles Anlegen des Kniepolsters ermöglicht und weiterhin einen korrekten Sitz des Polsters an der zu schützenden Körperstelle eines in einer Gebrauchsposition befindlichen Trägers des Kleidungsstücks sicherstellt.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, dass eine Auflageseite des Polsters an einer dem Bekleidungsstück zugewandten Innenseite der Polstertasche und eine der Auflageseite gegenüberliegende Körperseite des Polsters an einer dem Bekleidungsstück abgewandten Innenseite der Polstertasche anliegen. Die Auflageseite des Polsters ist die Seite, die einem Untergrund, auf dem der Nutzer kniet, zugewandt ist. Die Körperseite des Polsters ist die Seite, die dem entsprechenden Knie des Nutzers zugewandt ist.
  • Vorteilhaft ist hierbei, dass das Polster bereits vor einem Befestigen der Polstertasche an dem Bekleidungsstück in der Polstertasche verstaut werden kann. Das Anlegen der Polstertasche erfolgt damit mit dem bereits darin befindlichen Polster. Somit wird das Anlegen des Polsters am Nutzungsort deutlich beschleunigt und zudem auch deutlich vereinfacht.
  • Eine Ausgestaltung sieht vor, dass die Polstertasche so ausgebildet ist, dass das Polster in einer Nichtgebrauchsposition von der Polstertasche in Richtung Gebrauchsform vorgeformt ist.
  • In der Gebrauchsform ist das Polster an eine Form eines zu schützendes Körperteil optimal angepasst. Beim Übergang in die Gebrauchsform ist es daher sehr vorteilhaft, wenn das Polster bereits in der Nichtgebrauchsposition in ähnlicher Weise zur Gebrauchsposition vorgeformt ist.
  • In einer Ausführung ist das Bekleidungsstück eine Hose.
  • Es wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Polstertasche im Kniebereich eines Hosenbeins der Hose angeordnet ist.
  • In einer vorteilhaften Ausführung ist eine effektive Ausdehnung der Polstertasche in einer Richtung quer zur Längsachse des Hosenbeins und entlang des Hosenbeins kleiner als eine Ausdehnung des Polsters in dieser Richtung. Als effektive Ausdehnung wird dabei die Ausdehnung der Polstertasche verstanden, die eine Aufnahme des Polsters gewährleistet. Beispielsweise sind die Breite (bzw. die Ausdehnung quer zur Längsachse des Hosenbeins entlang des Hosenbeins) des Polsters und der Polstertasche identisch. Die Ränder der Polstertasche sind aber so aufgenäht, dass die Stoffbahnen spitz aufeinander zulaufen. Bedingt durch die Stärke des Polsters, werden die aufgenähten Ränder der Polstertasche vom Polster dann nicht ausgefüllt, sodass beim Einschub des Polsters in die Polstertasche das Polster verformt wird. Die effektive Ausdehnung der Polstertasche (= die Ausdehnung, die vom Polster innerhalb der Polstertasche eingenommen wird) ist damit kleiner als die tatsächliche Ausdehnung der Polstertasche. In einer alternativen Form kann aber die effektive Ausdehnung der Polstertasche identisch zur tatsächlichen Ausdehnung der Polstertasche aber kleiner als die Ausdehnung des Polsters sein. Die aufgenähten Ränder der Polstertasche müssen dann so ausgeführt sein, dass das Polster bei entsprechender Polsterstärke die Polstertasche bis zu diesen Rändern ausfüllt. Auch hier wird das Polster durch die geringere Ausdehnung der Polstertasche gegenüber dem Polster in die Verformung in Richtung Gebrauchsform gezwungen.
  • In einer Ausführung endet das Hosenbein oberhalb des Knies und eine Oberkante der Polstertasche ist an einer Unterkante des Hosenbeins angebracht.
  • Es wird vorgeschlagen, dass das Verbindungselement ein Reißverschluss, ein Klettverschluss, eine Knopfleiste oder eine Kombination aus diesen ist.
  • Nachfolgend wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung anhand der Zeichnung erläutert.
  • Fig. 1 zeigt zwei erfindungsgemäße Polstertaschen 1, 2 zur Aufnahme von Polstern für ein Bekleidungsstück 3. Das Bekleidungsstück 3 ist in der dargestellten Ausführung eine Hose mit zwei Hosenbeinen 4, 5, wobei die Nutzung der erfindungsgemäßen Polstertaschen 1, 2 nicht auf Hosen beschränkt ist. Die Hose ist als "kurze" Hose ausgebildet, sodass die Hosenbeine 4, 5 oberhalb des Knies enden. Die erfindungsgemäßen Polstertaschen 1, 2 sind mit einer Oberkante 6, 7 jeweils an einer Unterkante 8, 9 des zugeordneten Hosenbeins 4, 5 mit einem Verbindungselement angebracht, womit die Polstertaschen 1 ,2 im Kniebereich der Hosenbeine 4, 5 der Hose angeordnet sind. Das Verbindungselement ist als Reißverschluss ausgebildet, wobei dies nicht hierauf beschränkt ist. Beispielsweise können auch Klettverschlüsse und Knopfleisten eingesetzt werden. Ebenso sind auch Kombinationen aus diesen oder anderen Verbindungselementen denkbar.
  • In jeder Polstertasche 1, 2 ist jeweils eines der Polster aufgenommen, wobei die Polster in der Darstellung nicht sichtbar sind. Beide Polstertaschen 1, 2 sind so ausgebildet, dass eine Auflageseite des zugeordneten Polsters an einer dem Hosenbein 4, 5 zugewandten Innenseite der Polstertasche 1, 2 und eine der Auflageseite gegenüberliegende Körperseite der Polster an einer dem Hosenbein abgewandten Innenseite der Polstertasche 1, 2 anliegen.
  • Weiter werden die Polster in einer Nichtgebrauchsposition in den Polstertaschen 1, 2 in Richtung Gebrauchsform vorgeformt. Bei der dargestellten Ausführungsform dienen die Polster als Kniepolster, wobei diese Kniepolster in der Gebrauchsposition jeweils ein Knie aufnehmen und sich dabei schalenförmig um das jeweilige Knie legen. Die Polstertaschen 1, 2 sind so ausgebildet, dass die Polster in der Nichtgebrauchsposition (z.B. wenn der Träger der Hose steht) bereits schalenförmig vorgeformt sind, wobei die endgültige Form der Gebrauchsposition noch nicht erreicht sein muss.
  • Das Vorformen der Polster wird in der dargestellten Ausführung dadurch erreicht, dass eine effektive Ausdehnung der Polstertasche 1, 2 in einer Richtung quer zur Längsachse des Hosenbeins 4, 5 und entlang des Hosenbeins 4, 5 kleiner ist als eine Ausdehnung des Polsters in dieser Richtung. Damit bilden die Polster in einem Querschnitt entlang der Längsachsen der Hosenbeine 4, 5 einen Kreisbogenausschnitt.
  • Die erfindungsgemäßen Polstertaschen 1, 2 sind nicht auf die Nutzung für "kurze" Hosen beschränkt. Ebenso können dies auch für Hosen mit langen Hosenbeinen 4, 5 genutzt werden.

Claims (7)

  1. Polstertasche zur Aufnahme eines Polsters für ein Bekleidungsstück, wobei die Polstertasche über ein Verbindungselement an dem Bekleidungsstück lösbar befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Auflageseite des Polsters an einer dem Bekleidungsstück zugewandten Innenseite der Polstertasche (1, 2) und eine der Auflageseite gegenüberliegende Körperseite des Polsters an einer dem Bekleidungsstück abgewandten Innenseite der Polstertasche (1, 2) anliegen.
  2. Polstertasche nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polstertasche (1, 2) so ausgebildet ist, dass das Polster in einer Nichtgebrauchsposition in Richtung Gebrauchsform vorgeformt ist.
  3. Polstertasche nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bekleidungsstück (3) eine Hose ist.
  4. Polstertasche nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polstertasche (1 ,2) im Kniebereich eines Hosenbeins der Hose angeordnet ist.
  5. Polstertasche nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine effektive Ausdehnung der Polstertasche (1, 2) in einer Richtung quer zur Längsachse des Hosenbeins (4, 5) und entlang des Hosenbeins (4, 5) kleiner ist als eine Ausdehnung des Polsters in dieser Richtung.
  6. Polstertasche nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hosenbein (4, 5) oberhalb des Knies endet und dass eine Oberkante (6, 7) der Polstertasche (1, 2) an einer Unterkante (8, 9) des Hosenbeins (4, 5) angebracht ist.
  7. Polstertasche nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement ein Reißverschluss, ein Klettverschluss, eine Knopfleiste oder eine Kombination aus diesen ist.
