Claims (8)

  1. Ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines durch Trockenprozess rekonstituierten Tabakblatts, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Schritte aufweist:
    Pulverisieren und Zerfasern, unter einer wasserfreien Bedingung, von Pflanzenfasern, um eine Basislage zu erzeugen;
    Mischen von Tabakpulver mit Wasser, Klebstoff, Rauchmittel, Tabakessensaroma und Feuchthaltemittel, um eine Beschichtungsflüssigkeit bereitzustellen; und
    Durchführen einer mehrstufigen Beschichtung, um die Beschichtungsflüssigkeit auf die Basislage aufzubringen, gefolgt von einem Trocknungsprozess, um das durch Trockenprozess rekonstituierte Tabakblatt zu erzeugen, wobei die mehrstufige Beschichtung mehrere abwechselnde Zyklen von zwei Schritten des Sprühens und Trocknens aufweist, wobei, wenn die Beschichtungsflüssigkeit auf eine Vorderseite der Basislage gesprüht wird, ein Unterdrucksaugkasten auf einer Rückseite der Basislage für Unterdruckvakuumsaugen vorhanden ist; wenn die Beschichtungsflüssigkeit auf die Rückseite der Basislage gesprüht wird, ein Unterdrucksaugkasten auf der Vorderseite der Basislage für Unterdruckvakuumsaugen vorhanden ist;
    wobei das Rauchmittel Glycerin, Propylenglycol und Sorbitol aufweist und das Tabakessensaroma absolutes Burleytabaköl und Kakaoextrakt und Tabakblattextrakt aufweist.
  2. Das Verfahren zum Herstellen eines durch Trockenprozess rekonstituierten Tabakblatts gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pflanzenfasern eines oder mehrere aufweisen, welche ausgewählt aus der Gruppe sind, welche aus Hanfzellstoff, Bambuszellstoff und Holzzellstoff besteht.
  3. Das Verfahren zum Herstellen eines durch Trockenprozess rekonstituierten Tabakblatts gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tabakpulver durch Pulverisieren von Tabakrohmaterialien unter einer wasserfreien Bedingung erhalten wird.
  4. Das Verfahren zum Herstellen eines durch Trockenprozess rekonstituierten Tabakblatts gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pflanzenfasern unter einer wasserfreien Bedingung pulverisiert und zerfasert werden, um eine Basislage durch eine Trockenluftformungsweise zu erzeugen, welche das Durchführen eines Destatischisierungsprozesses an Monofilamentfasern aufweist, welche durch das Pulverisieren und Zerfasern erhalten werden.
  5. Das Verfahren zum Herstellen eines durch Trockenprozess rekonstituierten Tabakblatts gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt des Aufbringens der Beschichtungsflüssigkeit auf die Basislage das Sprühen, in einer nichtphysischen Kontaktweise, der Beschichtungsflüssigkeit auf die Basislage aufweist.
  6. Das Verfahren zum Herstellen eines durch Trockenprozess rekonstituierten Tabakblatts gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren zum Herstellen eines durch Trockenprozess rekonstituierten Tabakblatts ferner das Umwickeln, Kalandrieren und Schneiden des durch Trockenprozess rekonstituierten Tabakblatts aufweist, um es als ein Kernmaterial für einen Zigarettenfilter oder eine Heat-Not-Burn-Zigarette zu verwenden.
  7. Das Verfahren zum Herstellen eines durch Trockenprozess rekonstituierten Tabakblatts gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt des Durchführens eines Trocknungsprozesses das Platzieren, in erwärmter Luft, zum Trocknen, der Basislage aufweist, auf welche die Beschichtungsflüssigkeit aufgebracht wird.
  8. Das Verfahren zum Herstellen eines durch Trockenprozess rekonstituierten Tabakblatts gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt des Aufbringens der Beschichtungsflüssigkeit auf die Basislage und des Durchführens eines Trocknungsprozesses aufweist:
    Sprühen der Beschichtungsflüssigkeit auf eine Vorderseite der Basislage und dann Durchführen eines Trocknungsprozesses, wenn eine Rückseite der Basislage unter einem Unterdruck steht;
    Sprühen der Beschichtungsflüssigkeit auf eine Rückseite der Basislage und Durchführen eines Trocknungsprozesses, wenn eine Vorderseite der Basislage unter einem Unterdruck steht.
