Definitions
- the invention relates first to a structure according to claim 1 with at least one pressure lock for exchanging material and people between the structure and a clean area in the structure, a ventilation device for supplying supply air from the structure at the top into the clean area, and a ventilation device for discharging exhaust air at the bottom from the clean area into the structure in such a way that the clean area has an overpressure relative to the structure, the clean area having a floor and an envelope pressure-tightly enclosing the clean area above the floor and the structure having an outer envelope which protects the clean area from weather outside the structure , and the shell is at least predominantly so flexible that the cleanliness area is only given a shape by the overpressure and the overpressure keeps the shell in the shape of the cleanliness area.
- the invention further relates to a method according to claim 10 for producing such a cleanliness area.
- clean rooms Such cleanliness areas are out WO 2013/127979 A1 and DE 32 35 927 C1 known as so-called “clean rooms” (or “clean rooms”), to which cleaned air is supplied from the outside at overpressure in order to avoid contamination with particles and germs present in the atmosphere.
- regular particle measurements are often carried out during construction and operation, which enable classification, in particular according to ISO 14644.
- the pressure lock avoids excessive pressure loss when material and people enter or leave between the clean area and its surroundings in the structure.
- the surface loads on the floor and shell, i.e. walls and ceiling, caused by the overpressure must be taken into account.
- the object of the invention is to simplify the production of a cleanliness area.
- the envelope is at least predominantly flexible enough that the clean area only obtains a shape through the overpressure and the overpressure keeps the envelope in the shape of the clean area.
- Such a clean area can be created "self-supporting" within a building without the overpressure exerting additional surface loads on the floor, walls and ceilings of the building during operation.
- the ventilation device preferably discharges exhaust air from the interior through a cavity in at least one column enclosed by the clean area into the environment of the clean area.
- Clean rooms are usually vented near the floor, in particular through ventilation flaps attached to the outer walls.
- large clean rooms can also be ventilated via columns arranged in the clean area.
- a column arranged in the cleanliness area preferably also offers the possibility of anchoring the flexible ceiling at an additional point on the floor in addition to the walls, and thus limiting the clear height of the cleanliness area.
- the cleanliness area preferably has a holding device for holding a lighting device in the cleanliness area.
- air outlets of the ventilation device can also be attached to such a mounting device, which is typically arranged above head height.
- the casing is preferably transparent at least in sections.
- a clean area enables the people working in it to have an optical connection to the building outside the clean area through the transparent sections of the shell.
- non-transparent sections of the cover can be used as a projection surface, for example for indirect lighting and graphic design of the cleanliness area, for technical information that changes as required, or also for moving images, for example for the transmission of a video conference.
- the casing preferably has a fabric at least in sections.
- the reinforcement of the cover with a fabric avoids an undesired stretching of the cover by the overpressure.
- the cleanliness area preferably has a symmetrical, in particular a point-symmetrical, outline.
- the aeration device can then simply be designed in such a way that the clean area has homogeneous flow conditions.
- the cleanliness area has a substantially vertical side wall.
- the cleanliness area then does not take up any further parking space beyond its usable area.
- the cleanliness area preferably has a vaulted ceiling.
- a vaulted ceiling gives the visual impression of a high room.
- the clean area is preferably a clean room.
- a clean room is a cleanliness area certified according to EN ISO 14644.
- a cleanliness area according to the invention can have a lower level of cleanliness VDA 19 Part 2, and used in particular as a non-regulated clean area (SaS0), as a clean zone (SaS1) or as a clean room (SaS2).
- the shell is at least predominantly flexible enough that the excess pressure gives it the shape of the clean area that is created by supplying the supply air by means of the ventilation device.
- the method according to the invention leads to one of the cleanliness areas described above and is equally distinguished by the advantages listed there.
- the cleanliness area 1 produced according to the invention shown in the figures has a circular, essentially point-symmetrical floor plan 2 with a diameter 3 of 13 m and a usable area 4 of 130 m 2 that can be walked on.
- a flexible cover 6 anchored to the floor 5 forms a substantially vertical lateral wall 7 and a toroidal curved ceiling 8 and in the center 9 of the cleanliness area 1 a column 10 with a diameter 11 of 80 cm.
- the shell 6 essentially consists of a polyurethane-coated fabric, which is interrupted over a large area in the area of the wall 7 by a clear PVC film with a thickness of 0.5 mm.
- Individual panels of the cover 6 are connected by zippers in order to simplify storage, transport, assembly and dismantling of the cover 6. (The foil, panels and zippers are not shown.)
- the cleanliness area 1 has two pressure locks 12 arranged opposite one another for people—for example, separately for women and men—and a pressure lock 13 for material arranged between them.
- the pressure locks 12, 13 each have an outer door 14 and an escape door 15 to the outside and an inner door 16 to the cleanliness area 1.
- the pressure locks 12, 13 have a support structure, not shown, made of steel profiles.
- a support device 18 is arranged above head height under the ceiling 8 of the cleanliness area 1 .
- the carrying device 18 hangs on chains, not shown, which are guided through the ceiling 8 of the cleanliness area 1 and are suspended outside of the cleanliness area 1 on a support spider 19 standing in the column 10 .
- Lighting elements (not shown) for illuminating the cleanliness area 1 are attached to the support device 18 .
- the clean area 1 is located inside a building 20.
- the building 20 is a commercial building with an outer shell 21 made of standardized lightweight prefabricated parts with a supporting structure made of welded steel profiles. The finished parts and the supporting structure are not shown.
- the ventilation device 22 of the cleanliness area 1 has a ventilation device 23 set up next to the cleanliness area 1, which sucks in ambient air from the interior of the building 20, filters it through several filter stages and cleans it in this way via a flexible air supply hose 24 with 20 Pa overpressure and 200 m 3 / min blows into cleanliness area 1.
- the supply air hose 24 ends in a flexible filter hose 25 with a flow cross section of 3300 cm 2 , which is also guided in a ring shape with a diameter 26 of 7 m in the support device 18 under the ceiling 8 of the cleanliness area 1 .
- the ventilation system of the cleanliness area 1 consists on the one hand of two weight-loaded exhaust air flaps 27 in both side walls 28 of the pressure locks 12, 13 and on the other hand of a grid plate bent into a barrel 29, which stands at the foot 30 of the column 10 on the floor 5.
- the exhaust air flaps 27 release the exhaust air flow with a pressure difference of 10 Pa each from the clean area 1 into the pressure locks 12, 13 and from there into the environment of the clean area 1 in the building 20.
- the column 10 absorbs an exhaust air flow of about 80 m 3 / min and each of the exhaust air flaps 27 an exhaust air flow of about 20 m 3 / min .

The object of the invention is to simplify the production of a cleanliness area.
Proceeding from the known structures, it is proposed according to the invention that the envelope is at least predominantly flexible enough that the clean area only obtains a shape through the overpressure and the overpressure keeps the envelope in the shape of the clean area. Such a clean area can be created "self-supporting" within a building without the overpressure exerting additional surface loads on the floor, walls and ceilings of the building during operation.
In the clean area, the ventilation device preferably discharges exhaust air from the interior through a cavity in at least one column enclosed by the clean area into the environment of the clean area. Clean rooms are usually vented near the floor, in particular through ventilation flaps attached to the outer walls. In addition, it is known that large clean rooms can also be ventilated via columns arranged in the clean area. In a cleanliness area according to the invention, a column arranged in the cleanliness area preferably also offers the possibility of anchoring the flexible ceiling at an additional point on the floor in addition to the walls, and thus limiting the clear height of the cleanliness area.
The cleanliness area preferably has a holding device for holding a lighting device in the cleanliness area. In addition to the lighting device, air outlets of the ventilation device can also be attached to such a mounting device, which is typically arranged above head height.
In the cleanliness area, the casing is preferably transparent at least in sections. Such a clean area enables the people working in it to have an optical connection to the building outside the clean area through the transparent sections of the shell. Alternatively or additionally, non-transparent sections of the cover can be used as a projection surface, for example for indirect lighting and graphic design of the cleanliness area, for technical information that changes as required, or also for moving images, for example for the transmission of a video conference.
In the cleanliness area, the casing preferably has a fabric at least in sections. The reinforcement of the cover with a fabric avoids an undesired stretching of the cover by the overpressure.
The cleanliness area preferably has a symmetrical, in particular a point-symmetrical, outline. The aeration device can then simply be designed in such a way that the clean area has homogeneous flow conditions.
Preferably, the cleanliness area has a substantially vertical side wall. The cleanliness area then does not take up any further parking space beyond its usable area.
The cleanliness area preferably has a vaulted ceiling. A vaulted ceiling gives the visual impression of a high room.
The clean area is preferably a clean room. A clean room is a cleanliness area certified according to EN ISO 14644. Alternatively, a cleanliness area according to the invention can have a lower level of cleanliness VDA 19
Proceeding from the known methods, it is proposed according to the invention that the shell is at least predominantly flexible enough that the excess pressure gives it the shape of the clean area that is created by supplying the supply air by means of the ventilation device. The method according to the invention leads to one of the cleanliness areas described above and is equally distinguished by the advantages listed there.

The
The
The
The
The ventilation system of the
To create the
Conversely, to dismantle or move the
