Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé (200) de conception et d'usinage d'une roue de dentée. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : a) concevoir (S11), de manière informatisée sur la base d'un logiciel, une roue dentée à produire pour obtenir une géométrie fonctionnelle (FG) de la roue dentée, b) utiliser un procédé informatisé (S2), basé un logiciel, pour déterminer une géométrie réalisable théoriquement de la roue dentée, laquelle géométrie correspond à la géométrie fonctionnelle (fG) ou sert d'approximation de la géométrie fonctionnelle (fG), c) produire des données de production (PD) représentant la géométrie réalisable théoriquement, d) usiner (S3) une roue dentée sur la base des données de production (PD) dans une machine de traitement à commande numérique (50), e) mesurer (S4) la roue dentée pour obtenir un ensemble de données réel (ID), f) effectuer une comparaison (S5) de l'ensemble de données réel (ID) avec les données de production (PD) pour déterminer au moins une grandeur de correction (ΔΡD), g) utiliser (S6) la grandeur de correction (ΔPD) pour déterminer les données de production corrigées à partir des données de production (PD) ou pour effectuer une correction d'usinage dans la machine d'usinage (50), h) usiner à nouveau la roue dentée avec la correction d'usinage ou utiliser les données de production corrigées pour l'usinage d'au moins une autre roue dentée dans la machine d'usinage (50).
