Claims (4)

  1. Das Verfahren zur Herstellung von mehrsegmentigen stabförmigen Gegenständen (25, 25', 25") der Tabakindustrie
    in einer Vorrichtung (2) zum Herstellen von Mehrsegmentstäben (6) oder Segmentstäben (6', 6"), umfassend die Schritte:
    Zuführen von stabförmigen Segmenten mindestens einer Art (A, B, C, E, F), die einen mehrsegmentigen stabförmigen Gegenstand (25, 25', 25") bilden;
    Zusammenfügen der stabförmigen Segmente (A, B, C, E, F) in einem Segmentfolge (SF) auf einem Umhüllungsmaterial (7);
    Herstellung eines Mehrsegmentstabes (CR) oder eines Endlossegmentstabs (CR', CR"), der die stabförmigen Segmente (A, B, C, E, F) enthält, die von dem Umhüllungsmaterial (7) umhüllt sind,
    während die Segmente (A, B, C, E, F) zusammengeschoben oder Hohlräume zwischen den Segmenten gelassen werden; und
    Schneiden des Mehrsegmentstabs (CR) oder des kontinuierlichen Segmentstabs (CR', CR") in Mehrsegmentstäben (6) oder Segmentstäbe (6', 6"), die eine beliebige Kombination von stabförmigen Segmenten (A, B, C, E, F), doppelte stabförmige Segmente (A, B, C, E, F) und Hälften von stabförmigen Segmenten (A, B, C, E, F), während zum Zeitpunkt der Schneiden des durchgehenden Mehrsegmentstabs (CR) oder des durchgehenden Segmentstabs (CR', CR") die Mehrsegmentstäbe (6) oder die Segmentstäbe (6', 6") bewegen sich in Längsrichtung (T1);
    Ändern der Förderrichtung der Mehrsegmentstabe (6) oder der Segmentstabe (6', 6") von der Längsrichtung (T1) in eine Querrichtung (T2), und
    Fixieren von Endsegmenten (D) an den Mehrsegmentstäben (6) oder den Segmentstäben (6', 6"), die in der Querrichtung (T2) in einer Endsegmentbefestigungsvorrichtung (3) befördert werden, die zum Herstellen von mehrsegmentigen stabförmigen Gegenständen (25, 25', 25") geeignet ist,
    ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    nach dem Wechsel der Förderrichtung des Mehrsegmentstabs (6) oder des Segmentstabs (6', 6") von der Längsrichtung (T1) in die Querrichtung (T2) und vor dem Fixieren des Endsegments (D) an einer Messeinheit (9) ein Schritt der Qualitätsprüfung der gefertigten Mehrsegmentstäben (6) bzw. der Segmentstäbe (6', 6") durchgeführt wird und defekte Mehrsegmentstäbe (6) bzw. Segmentstäbe (6', 6") werden abgelehnt,
    anschließendes Zuführen der Mehrsegmentstäben (6) oder der Segmentstäbe (6', 6") zu einer Ausgleichseinheit (13) zum Lagern der Mehrsegmentstäbe (6) oder der Segmentstäbe (6', 6") und zum Ausgleichen der Abstoßung der Mehrsegmentstäben (6) oder der Segmentstäbe (6', 6"), und dann
    Zuführen der Mehrsegmentstäben (6) oder der Segmentstangen (6', 6") von der Ausgleichseinheit (13) zu der Endsegmentbefestigungsvorrichtung (3), so dass die Endsegmentbefestigungsvorrichtung (3) kontinuierlich zugeführt wird die Mehrsegmentstäben (6) oder die Segmentstäbe (6', 6").
  2. Das Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor dem Zuführen der Mehrsegmentstäbe (6) oder der Segmentstäbe (6', 6") zu der Messeinheit (9) ein Schritt des Prüfens der Qualität der Mehrsegmentstäben (6) oder der Segmentstäbe (6', 6") und ein Schritt des Aussortierens fehlerhafter Mehrsegmentstäben (6) oder Segmentstäbe (6', 6") an der Vorrichtung (2) zum Herstellen von Mehrsegmentstäben (6) oder Segmentstangen (6', 6").
  3. Produktionssystem (1) zur Herstellung von mehrsegmentigen stabförmigen Gegenständen (25, 25', 25"), umfassend:
    eine Vorrichtung (2) zum Herstellen von Mehrsegmentstäben (6) oder Segmentstäben (6', 6") mit stabförmigen Segmenten (A, B, C, E, F) mindestens einer Sorte oder doppelten stabförmigen Segmenten (A, B, C, E, F) oder Hälften von stabförmigen Segmenten (A, B, C, E, F), die geeignet sind, Segmente in einer Längsrichtung (T1) in einer kontinuierlichen Mehrsegmentstange (CR) oder Segmentstab (CR', CR"), und ferner angepasst, um Mehrsegmentstäben (6) oder die Segmentstäbe (6', 6") zu schneiden und zusammenzuschieben oder Hohlräume zwischen den stabförmigen Segmenten (A, B, C, E, F),
    eine Vorrichtung (8) zum Ändern der Förderrichtung des Mehrsegmentstabs (6) oder des Segmentstabs (6', 6") von der Längsrichtung (T1) in eine Querrichtung (T2),
    eine Messeinheit (9) zur Überprüfung der Qualität von gefertigten Mehrsegmentstäben (6) oder Segmentstäben (6', 6"),
    eine Abtrenunngseinheit (9A) zum Abtrennen defekter Mehrsegmentstäbe (6) oder Segmentstäbe (6', 6"), und
    eine Endsegmentbefestigungsvorrichtung (3), die so angepasst ist, dass sie mehrsegmentigen stabförmigen Gegenstände (25, 25', 25") herstellt, indem die Endsegmente (D) an den Mehrsegmentstäben (6) oder den Segmentstäben (6', 6") befestigt werden, in Querrichtung (T2) gefördert,
    ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Messeinheit (9) und die Abtrenunngseinheit (9A) zwischen der Vorrichtung (8) zur Änderung der Förderrichtung des Mehrsegmentstabs (6) bzw. der Segmentstabs (6', 6") und dem Endsegmentbefestigungsvorrichtung (3) angeordnet sind und
    dass das Produktionssystem (1) eine zwischen der Messeinheit (9) und der Endsegmentbefestigungsvorrichtung (3), angepasst, um die Zurückweisung der Mehrsegmentstäbe (6) oder der Segmentstäbe (6', 6") zu kompensieren, so dass die Endsegmentbefestigungsvorrichtung (3) kontinuierlich mit den Mehrsegmentstäben (6) oder die Segmentstäbe (6', 6") zugeführt wird.
  4. Das System nach Anspruch 3 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (2) zum Herstellen von Mehrsegmentstäben (6) oder Segmentstäben (6', 6") mit einer Messeinheit und einer Abtrennungseinheit zum Abtrennen fehlerhafter Segmentstäbe (6', 6") oder Mehrsegmentstäbe (6) versehen ist.
