Claims (14)
- Appareil de travail (1) à commande pneumatique, notamment pour l'utilisation dans la construction de carrosseries de l'industrie automobile, comprenant un cylindre (2), notamment à double effet, qui présente un boîtier de cylindre (3), un piston mobile dans celui-ci et une tige de piston (4) reliée à celui-ci, mobile linéairement et sortant du boîtier de cylindre (3), pour actionner un bras, notamment un bras de serrage ou un bras pivotant de l'appareil de travail, la zone de la tige de piston (4) agencée à l'extérieur du boîtier de cylindre (3) étant agencée à l'intérieur d'un boîtier de tête (5) de l'appareil de travail (1) et la tige de piston (4) recevant à l'intérieur du boîtier de tête (5) au moins un élément de commutation (12), ainsi que comprenant un dispositif (13) relié au boîtier de tête (5) pour détecter et extraire au moins une position de l'élément de commutation (12), le boîtier de tête (5) présentant deux parties de boîtier (8, 9) reliées entre elles et le dispositif (13) étant agencé dans une zone de séparation des deux parties de boîtier (8, 9), le dispositif (13) pour détecter et extraire comprenant un premier composant (14) pour détecter l'au moins une position de l'élément de commutation (12) et un deuxième composant séparé (15) pour extraire l'au moins une position de l'élément de commutation (12), le premier composant (14) étant monté dans les deux parties de boîtier (8, 9) entre celles-ci, et le premier composant (14) présentant, sur un côté tourné vers l'intérieur du boîtier de tête (5), des moyens de détection (16) pour détecter l'au moins une position de l'élément de commutation (12) et le premier composant (14) présentant, sur un côté tourné vers l'extérieur du boîtier de tête (5), des premiers moyens de contact électrique (17), qui coopèrent avec les moyens de détection (16), le deuxième composant (15) étant agencé dans la zone du côté tourné vers l'extérieur du boîtier de tête (5) et étant relié au boîtier de tête (5), et le deuxième composant (15) présentant des deuxièmes moyens de contact électriques (18), qui sont en contact avec les premiers moyens de contact (17), et présentant des moyens d'émission (19) coopérant avec les deuxièmes moyens de contact (18), les moyens d'émission (19) émettant l'au moins une position de l'élément de commutation (12) détectée au moyen des moyens de détection (16), les moyens d'émission (19) présentant un raccord électrique (30) pour un appareil externe, caractérisé en ce que la mise en contact électrique des deux composants (14, 15) du dispositif (13) pour détecter et extraire au moins une position de l'élément de commutation (12) ayant lieu lors de la liaison du deuxième composant (15) avec le boîtier de tête (5), le premier composant (14) étant déjà monté dans le boîtier de tête (5).
- Appareil de travail selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le premier composant (14) présente un boîtier de base (20) en forme de barre.
- Appareil de travail selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier de base (20) reçoit sur un côté les moyens de détection (16) et sur un côté détourné de ce côté les premiers moyens de contact (17) .
- Appareil de travail selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier de base (20) présente, sur des côtés opposés, des saillies (21) ou des retraits, qui pénètrent dans des retraits (22) ou des saillies de forme complémentaire des parties de boîtier (8, 9) .
- Appareil de travail selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier de base (20) présente, sur des côtés opposés, des saillies (21), notamment des saillies de forme tronconique (21), qui sont insérées, notamment sont insérées sans jeu, dans des creux (22), notamment des creux de forme tronconique (22), des parties de boîtier (8, 9) lorsque les parties de boîtier (8, 9) sont reliées entre elles.
- Appareil de travail selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de détection (16) sont configurés sous forme de capteurs optiques.
- Appareil de travail selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'une ou plusieurs paires de capteurs (23, 24) sont prévues, la paire de capteurs respective (23 ou 24) étant formée par un émetteur optique (25) et un récepteur optique (26).
- Appareil de travail selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier de tête (5) présente un passage (27) dans la zone de séparation des deux parties de boîtier (8, 9), les premiers moyens de contact (17) étant agencés dans la zone du passage (27).
- Appareil de travail selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième composant (15) présente un boîtier (28).
- Appareil de travail selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième composant (15), notamment le boîtier (28), est relié aux deux parties de boîtier (8, 9), notamment est vissé à celles-ci.
- Appareil de travail selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (28) reçoit les deuxièmes moyens de contact (18) sur un côté tourné vers le boîtier de tête (5) et les moyens d'émission (19) sont agencés sur un ou plusieurs autres côtés.
- Appareil de travail selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'émission (19) un ou plusieurs indicateurs électriques (29) .
- Appareil de travail selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'émission (19) permettent d'indiquer un premier ou un deuxième état du bras, notamment deux positions d'extrémité du bras, notamment d'indiquer en outre si le dispositif (13) pour détecter et extraire est alimenté.
