Claims (11)
- Faltbares Gepäckstück (1), umfassend:- eine erste und eine zweite starre Platte (2, 3), die parallel zueinander angeordnet sind,- eine dritte und eine vierte starre Platte (6, 7), die jeweils an einer der ersten und zweiten Platte (2, 3) gelenkig montiert sind zwischen einer aufgeklappten Position, in der sich die dritte oder vierte Platte (6, 7) zwischen der ersten und zweiten Platte (2, 3) senkrecht zu der ersten und zweiten Platte (2, 3) erstreckt, und einer versenkten Position, in der sich die dritte oder vierte Platte (6, 7) parallel zu der ersten und zweiten Platte (2, 3) erstreckt; wobei die dritte und vierte Platte (6, 7), mit der ersten und zweiten Platte (2, 3) einen starren Rahmen definieren, wenn sich die dritte und vierte Platte (6, 7) in ihrer aufgeklappten Position befinden;- eine fünfte und ein sechste Platte (4, 5), die jeweils die erste und die zweite Platte (2, 3) verbinden und die mit der ersten, der zweiten, der dritten und der vierten Platte (2, 3, 6, 7) einen quaderförmigen inneren Aufbewahrungsraum definieren, wenn sich die dritte und die vierte Platte (6, 7) in ihrer aufgeklappten Position befinden; wobei die fünfte und die sechste Platte (4, 5) in einer x-Richtung senkrecht zu der ersten und der zweiten Platte (2, 3) zwischen einer aufgefalteten Position und einer zusammengefalteten Position derart verformbar sind, dass, wenn sich die dritte und die vierte Platte (6, 7) in ihrer versenkten Position befinden, die erste und die zweite Platte (2, 3) sich einer x-Richtung senkrecht zu der ersten und der zweiten Platte (2, 3) zueinander verschieben können zwischen einer gespreizten Gebrauchsposition, in der sich die fünfte und sechste Platte (4, 5) in ihrer aufgefalteten Position befinden, und einer angenäherten Aufbewahrungsposition, in der sich die fünfte und sechste Platte (4, 5) in ihrer zusammengefalteten Position befinden,wobei die sechste Platte (4) aus einem starren Material besteht und einen zentralen Abschnitt (17a) und zwei seitliche Abschnitte (17b, 17c) aufweist, die beiderseits des mittleren Abschnitts (17a) entlang x-Richtung angeordnet sind, wobei einer der seitlichen Abschnitte (17b, 17c) an der ersten Platte (2) um eine zur x-Richtung senkrechte geometrische Achse gelenkig montiert ist und der andere der seitlichen Abschnitte an der zweiten Platte (3) um eine zur x-Richtung senkrechte geometrische Achse gelenkig montiert ist, wobei jeder der seitlichen Abschnitte (17b, 17c) relativ zum zentralen Abschnitt (17a) um eine geometrische Achse senkrecht zur x-Richtung drehbeweglich ist, wobei das faltbare Gepäckstück (1) ferner eine Greifvorrichtung (21) aufweist, die am zentralen Abschnitt (17a) der sechsten Platte (4) befestigt ist, wobei das faltbare Gepäckstück mindestens zwei Rollenmechanismen aufweist, die jeweils an der einen und an der anderen der ersten und zweiten Platte (2, 3) beiderseits der dritten Platte (69) befestigt sind.
- Faltbares Gepäckstück (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die fünfte Platte (5) aus einem flexiblen Material hergestellt ist und umfasst:- einen Rahmen (40), der eine Öffnung definiert, die den Zugang zu dem inneren Aufbewahrungsraum ermöglicht;- eine bewegliche Klappe (29), die mit dem Rahmen fest verbunden ist und die die Öffnung des Rahmens in einer geschlossenen Position verschließen kann; und- eine erste Befestigungsvorrichtung (10), die so konfiguriert ist, dass sie die bewegliche Klappe (29), die an dem Rahmen (40) befestigt ist, in ihrer geschlossenen Position hält.
- Faltbares Gepäckstück (1) nach Anspruch 2, wobei die bewegliche Klappe (29) derart ausgebildet ist, dass sie in einer Klemmposition positioniert werden kann, in der die bewegliche Klappe (29) um die erste und zweite Platte (2, 3) herumgewickelt ist, wenn sich die erste und zweite Platte (2, 3) in ihrer einander angenäherten Position befinden, um sie in der einander angenäherten Position zu halten, wobei das faltbare Gepäckstück (1) eine zweite Befestigungsvorrichtung aufweist, die derart konfiguriert ist, dass sie die bewegliche Klappe (2) in ihrer Klemmposition hält.
- Faltbares Gepäckstück (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Greifvorrichtung eine Hülse, die am Mittelteil der sechsten Platte befestigt ist, einen Teleskopstiel, der in der Hülse aufgenommen ist, und einen Griff, der an einem Ende des Teleskopstiels befestigt ist, umfasst.
- Faltbares Gepäck (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei jeder der seitlichen Abschnitte (17a, 17b) mittels eines oder mehrerer Scharniere (20) gelenkig an einer der ersten und zweiten Platten (2, 3) montiert ist.
- Faltbares Gepäck (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei jeder der seitlichen Abschnitte (17b, 17c) mit dem mittleren Abschnitt (17a) durch eine Faltlinie (18, 19) verbunden ist, die den seitlichen Abschnitten (17b, 17c) einen rotativen Freiheitsgrad in Bezug auf den zentralen Abschnitt (17a) verleiht.
- Faltbares Gepäckstück (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, das für jede der dritten und vierten Platten (6, 7) eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung aufweist, die derart angeordnet ist, dass sie in einem aktiven Zustand gewährleistet, dass die dritte oder vierte Platte in ihrer aufgefalteten Position (6, 7) gehalten werden.
- Faltbares Gepäckstück (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei jede Verriegelungsvorrichtung einen Anschlaggriff (32) aufweist, der an einer der ersten und zweiten Platten (2, 3) schwenkbar montiert ist zwischen einer aktiven Position, in der der Anschlaggriff (32) ein distales Ende einer der dritten und vierten Platten (6, 7) gegen eine Kante (30) einer der ersten und zweiten Platten (2, 3) presst, so dass die Bewegung der dritten oder vierten Platte (6, 7) von ihrer ausgeklappten Position Richtung auf ihre versenkte Position verhindert wird, und einer inaktiven Position, in der der Anschlaggriff (32) eine Bewegung der dritten oder vierten Platte (6, 7) zwischen ihrer versenkten und ausgeklappten Position erlaubt.
- Faltbares Gepäckstück (1) nach Anspruch 8, wobei sich jeder Anschlaggriff (32) in seiner aktiven Position in Kontakt mit einem Anschlag (35) befindet, der an dem distalen Ende der dritten oder vierten Platte (6, 7) vorgesehen ist, wobei der Anschlaggriff (32) und der Anschlag (35) derart ausgebildet sind, dass sie ein Reibungswiderstandsmoment ausüben, das der Bewegung des Anschlaggriffs (32) aus seiner aktiven Position in Richtung auf seine inaktive Position entgegenwirkt.
- Faltbares Gepäckstück (1) nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, wobei ein Schaumstoffelement (31) zwischen jeder der dritten und vierten Platten (6, 7) und dem jeweiligen Rand (30) angeordnet ist, wenn sich die dritte und vierte Platte (6, 7) in ihrer aufgeklappten Position befinden.
- Faltbares Gepäckstück (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei das faltbare Gepäckstück ein Koffer (1) ist und wobei die erste, zweite, dritte, vierte, fünfte und sechste Platte (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7) jeweils eine allgemein rechteckige Form aufweisen, die in der aufgeklappten Position einen rechteckigen Quader definieren, wobei die erste und zweite Platte (2, 3) Seitenplatten sind, wobei die dritte und vierte Platte (6, 7) jeweils eine untere und eine obere Platte und die beiden kleinsten Flächen des rechteckigen Quaders bilden und wobei die fünfte und sechste Platte (4, 5) jeweils eine Rück- und eine Frontplatte sind und die beiden größten Flächen des rechteckigen Quaders bilden.
