Definitions
- the invention relates to a cleaning vehicle for tunnels with a drive system, a washing liquid container, and a cleaning unit connected to the washing liquid container via feed lines with cleaning brushes and cleaning nozzles for dispensing the washing liquid against the inner wall of the tunnel, a suction unit being provided for the dirty washing liquid, according to the preamble of claim 1.
- cleaning vehicles which are provided with cleaning brushes and cleaning nozzles, the cleaning nozzles spraying a washing liquid under high pressure against the inner tunnel wall with the aid of high-pressure pumps and the cleaning brushes cleaning the inner tunnel wall.
- cleaning vehicles are designed as rail vehicles for cleaning railway tunnels.
- a generic device was in the JP 2001 064930 A described. This known device also has a treatment unit which comprises a flocculation stage, a return line being provided for the cleaned washing liquid from the treatment unit into the washing liquid container. Further cleaning devices were in the DE 35 38 539 A1 , the DE 10 2005 020018 A1 and the NL 8 001 377 A described.
- washing liquid sometimes causes difficulties in practice.
- large amounts of washing liquid mostly water
- the washing liquid released leads to considerable wetting of the tunnel floor.
- On branch lines of a rail transport network it is possible to wait until the contaminated washing liquid has seeped away.
- the contaminated washing liquid has to be collected and transported away on busy high-speed routes, which is usually done by tanker trucks.
- the wastewater logistics is quite demanding, as large amounts of wastewater have to be collected and transported away in sections of the route that are sometimes difficult to access.
- a tank truck needs several trips to remove the dirty water.
- the cleaning vehicle must be supplied with fresh water.
- Claim 1 relates to a cleaning vehicle for tunnels with a drive, a washing liquid container, and a cleaning unit connected to the washing liquid container via supply lines with cleaning brushes and cleaning nozzles for dispensing the washing liquid against the inner wall of the tunnel, a suction unit for the dirty washing liquid being provided in the case of the invention
- the suction unit is connected to a sedimentation tank for pre-cleaning the dirty washing liquid through the settling of solids that are heavier than water, and the sedimentation tank is connected via a supply line for pumping out the overflow water of the sedimentation tank as pre-cleaned washing liquid with a processing unit for the pre-cleaned one Wash liquid is connected, which comprises a flocculation stage and a downstream sedimentation stage, and a return line for the cleaned Washing liquid is provided from the processing unit in the washing liquid container.
- the cleaning vehicle according to the invention thus not only provides for the collection and processing of the soiled washing liquid, but also its reuse for tunnel cleaning, in that the cleaned washing liquid is returned to the washing liquid container connected to the cleaning unit.
- the reuse of the dirty washing liquid for tunnel cleaning is difficult to accomplish, however, since the dirty water of tunnel cleaning is problematic Contains contaminants such as concrete slurry, bitumen, paint or plastics that are difficult to process and can damage the seals and valves of the high-pressure pumps and nozzles used for the cleaning unit.
- the treatment of such wastewater is difficult even under simple conditions and seems hardly possible, especially under the limited space of a tunnel cleaning vehicle and while the tunnel cleaning vehicle is constantly moving, and the treatment must be of a quality sufficient for reuse with high-pressure pumps and nozzles.
- the dirty washing liquid is reused with the aid of a combination of a sedimentation container and a processing unit with a flocculation stage and a sedimentation stage downstream of the flocculation stage.
- Solids that are heavier than water are deposited in the sedimentation tank.
- the overflow water can be pumped out and represents pre-cleaned washing liquid, which, however, cannot yet be used for the high-pressure pumps and nozzles of the cleaning unit, as the applicant has established.
- a processing unit with a flocculation stage and a sedimentation stage downstream of the flocculation stage is therefore provided, with which colloidal solids can be removed. Only the overflow water of the sedimentation stage downstream of the flocculation stage has the required purity to be able to be pumped into the washing liquid container of the cleaning unit.
- the sedimentation tank is connected to a storage tank via a first supply line for the pre-cleaned washing liquid, and the storage tank is connected to the processing unit via a second supply line.
- the treatment unit can be operated independently of the amount of dirty water that is currently occurring in the sedimentation tank, as a result of which in particular, the operation of the flocculation stage and the dosing of the flocculant is facilitated.
- the processing unit include a filter stage downstream of the sedimentation stage.
- a pressure increasing pump arranged downstream of the sedimentation stage can be provided in order to be able to operate the filter stage optimally. With the filter stage remaining solids in the overflow of the sedimentation stage can be removed.
- the composition of the filter stage can vary, for example sand filters and / or bag filters are preferably used. Sand and bag filters are simple filters that can be used for final filtration at very low solids concentrations. But ion exchangers, activated carbon filters or devices for UV disinfection can also be provided.
- the treatment unit have a cuboid casing, the flocculation stage extending along an inner longitudinal side of the casing within a first cuboid half, and the sedimentation stage extending along an inner broad side of the casing extends.
- the processing unit with its cuboid casing can be placed on a wagon of a rail vehicle, for example.
- the flocculation stage includes, in particular, a flocculation tank and a flocculant supply with appropriate agitators.
- the arrangement of the flocculation stage along an inner longitudinal side of the casing within a first cuboid half of the casing requires the flocculation container to be designed in which the length of the flocculation container is preferably greater than its height and the height is preferably greater than its width. In such an embodiment, the surge of the liquid in the flocculation container caused by the movement of the cleaning vehicle is also reduced.
- the flocculation tank is connected to the storage tank at its inlet and to the sedimentation stage at its outlet.
- the filter stage can be arranged along an inner longitudinal side of the casing within a second cuboid half, so that the cuboid interior of the processing unit is optimally used.
- the treatment unit have a device for pH neutralization of the washing liquid.
- lamellar clarifiers In the bottom area, lamellar clarifiers have several parallel, inclined plates in order to maximize the sedimentation area in relation to the available space, which proves to be very advantageous given the limited space available.
- the suction unit be designed as a suction hood arranged after the cleaning unit as seen in the direction of travel.
- the suction unit connected to the sedimentation container is thus located in the immediate spraying area of the washing liquid and can thus capture a maximum amount of the sprayed washing liquid.
- Fig. 1 Reference which shows a schematic representation of an embodiment of a cleaning vehicle according to the invention with a drive 13, a washing liquid container 8, and a cleaning unit 1 connected to the washing liquid container 8 via feed lines 5 with rotating cleaning brushes 3 and cleaning nozzles 4 arranged on spray bars for dispensing the washing liquid.
- the supply lines 5 are designed as flexible hose lines which run on a carrier for fastening the cleaning unit 1 to the cleaning vehicle.
- the washing liquid is pumped into the Fig. 1 and 2 ) not visible, which can be located on the supply lines 5 or the cleaning unit 1, sprayed under pressure against the inner wall of the tunnel.
- a suction hood 2 arranged downstream of the cleaning unit 1 as seen in the direction of travel is part of a suction unit which is held on a support provided with hose lines 14 and is connected via hose lines 14 to a sedimentation container 6 in which suctioned and contaminated washing liquid is collected.
- the sedimentation container 6 is connected to a storage container 7 via a first supply line 9 for the pre-cleaned washing liquid, and the receiving container 7 is connected to the processing unit 11 via a second supply line 15 tied together.
- the supply lines 9, 15 and the return line 10 are also designed as flexible hose lines.
- a stay container 12 is also provided for the operating crew of the cleaning vehicle.
- the cleaning vehicle is also designed as a rail vehicle in which all the containers and the processing unit 11 are arranged on wagons, as in FIG Fig. 1 is shown schematically.
- the suctioned and contaminated washing liquid is from the suction hood 2 via the Hose lines 14 initially passed into the sedimentation container 6.
- a prefiltration and coarse separation takes place, in that solids settle which are heavier than water.
- the overflow water of the sedimentation container 6 represents pre-cleaned washing liquid which is pumped via a first supply line 9 into a storage container 7 for the subsequent processing unit 11.
- the storage container 7 is connected to the processing unit 11 via a second supply line 15, which comprises a flocculation stage 16 and a sedimentation stage 17 arranged downstream of the flocculation stage 16, as will be shown in the following on the basis of FIG Fig. 2 is explained.
- the Fig. 2 shows a schematic representation of an embodiment of a processing unit 11.
- the flocculation stage 16 is formed by a flocculation container 18 and a flocculant supply 19 with corresponding agitators 20, and serves to remove colloidal solids from the pre-cleaned washing liquid.
- the flocculation tank 18 is connected at its inlet to the storage tank 7 and at its outlet to the sedimentation stage 17 and can be placed in an inlet-side reactor basin 18a, in which the washing liquid to be cleaned is to be thoroughly mixed with the flocculant, and an outlet-side Consolidation basin 18b, in which primarily the formation of settable flakes is to be achieved, are subdivided.
- a broadband flocculant is preferably used as the flocculant, since the exact composition of the impurities in the used washing liquid is usually not known.
- the subsequent sedimentation stage 17 serves to sediment the flakes formed in the flocculation stage 16 and is preferably designed as a lamellar clarifier.
- a sludge discharge pump 21 is arranged in order to remove the settled sludge.
- the cleaned washing liquid from the sedimentation stage 17 is subsequently a Feed basin 30 with a pressure booster pump 31 for a subsequent filter stage 22 is supplied.
- the filter stage 22 is used for the final filtration and comprises in the embodiment shown Fig. 2 a sand filter 23, a bag filter 24, an ion exchanger 25 and an activated carbon filter 26.
- the selection and sequence of the filters of the filter stage 22 can of course vary. In the embodiment of Fig.
- a device for UV disinfection 27 is also shown, as well as a device for pH neutralization 29, since the flocculation stage 16 causes a shift in the pH value, which can affect the subsequent cleaning process and subsequent system parts such as pumps and nozzles.
- a monitoring and control unit 28 is provided in order to be able to display and, if necessary, change operating parameters of the containers, pumps and nozzles, and thus to monitor and control the entire cleaning process.
- the cleaned wax liquid is finally pumped by the device for pH neutralization 29 via the return line 10 into the wash liquid container 8.
- FIG. 2 A structural implementation of the processing unit 11 is shown schematically, in which the processing unit 11 has a cuboid casing, the flocculation stage 16 extending along an inner longitudinal side of the casing within a first cuboid half, and the sedimentation stage 17 extending along an inner broad side of the casing.
- the filter stage 22 is arranged along an inner longitudinal side of the casing within a second cuboid half, so that the cuboid interior of the treatment unit 11 is optimally used and pre-cleaned washing liquid and cleaned washing liquid are fed to or removed from the treatment unit 11 on the same side.
- the cleaning vehicle according to the invention thus not only provides for the collection and processing of the soiled washing liquid, but also its reuse for tunnel cleaning by removing the cleaned washing liquid the processing unit 11 is returned to the washing liquid container 8 connected to the cleaning unit 1.
- the soiled washing liquid is brought about with the help of a combination of a sedimentation container 6 and a processing unit 11 with a flocculation stage 16 and a sedimentation stage 17 downstream of the flocculation stage 16 to remove colloidal solids.
- the overflow water of the sedimentation stage 17 downstream of the flocculation stage 16 has the required purity to be able to be pumped into the washing liquid container 8 of the cleaning unit 1 and to be able to be used with the high pressure pumps and nozzles of the cleaning unit 1.
- After the tunnel cleaning only the settled solids of the sedimentation tank 6 and the discharged sludge of the sedimentation stage 7 have to be pumped out and disposed of, and missing washing liquid has to be added, but this can be done away from the cleaned tunnel and thus under simple operating conditions.
- the transport of contaminated washing liquid via tank trucks and the ongoing provision of fresh washing liquid can be completely dispensed with, which means that the inner walls of the tunnel can be cleaned more quickly and cost-effectively.
- an economical use of the wax liquid is achieved.
