Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a densimetric bath sorting machine in particular for sorting fruits, more particularly berries such as grapes.
  • a densimetric bath sorting machine comprising a tray, one of the side walls of which is extended by a dripping arm in the form of a chute housing a transport belt with cleats. This plunges into the tank to take the berries from the bottom of this tank and evacuate them at the end of the arm, passing under a grid of a drip box.
  • a densimetric bath sorting machine comprising a tray into which cleated transport belts penetrate, on opposite sides.
  • One of these transport belts plunges further into the tray to take the berries from the bottom of the latter, while the other transport belt takes the berries which float, also pushed towards this transport belt by means of a bladed wheel.
  • a first objective of the invention is to propose a machine and a process simplified compared to the prior art in order to limit manufacturing and implementation costs.
  • a second objective of the invention is to propose a machine whose maintenance would be facilitated in particular to maintain the efficiency of the machine and increase its lifespan as much as possible.
  • the invention proposes a densimetric bath sorting machine comprising a tray and two dripping arms on either side of the tray each comprising a dripping support and separation means configured to be moved while being partially or totally in the tank, characterized in that the two dripping arms on either side of the tank each include a dripping support at a different level from that of the other arm, the separation means comprising at least one panel driven by a motor means and configured to slide at several heights along the tray, then on the dripping support.
  • the terms “draining” or “drying” can be used alternatively in particular in reference to the support.
  • At least one driven panel is a simplified means for separating fractions of a densimetric bath, in particular berries, in comparison with the conveying means or the suction systems of the prior art.
  • using at least one panel leaves fewer hard-to-reach spaces for cleaning the machine, making maintenance easier.
  • the invention relates to a sorting machine using a density bath 1 in particular for sorting fruits, more particularly berries, for example grapes.
  • the sorting machine comprises a bin 2.

  • said panel 8a slides along the length of the tray 2, then on said drip support 7.
  • said driven panel 8a is a simplified means for separating fractions of a densimetric bath, in particular berries, in comparison with the conveying means or the suction systems of the prior art.
  • said panel 8a allows the flowing fraction to pass unlike conveying systems, which makes it possible to have a more compact machine
  • the separation means 8 comprise a plurality of panels 8a driven by said motor means 12.
  • the motor means 12 is preferably a motor. It can also be a system comprising more than one motor.
  • said panel 8a is a batten.
  • the cleat is in particular a solid panel.
  • a solid panel makes it possible to create a current in the densimetric bath facilitating the movement of the different fractions.
  • a non-solid panel such as a grid, can be considered to retain the elements to be sorted, in particular the bays.
  • the cleat measures for example 40 to 45 cm in length depending on the width of the tray 2 and the arms 10.
  • the cleat preferably includes asperities 14 on its edge in contact with the grid. More particularly, these asperities 14 are present on a lower edge and an upper edge of the batten.
  • the roughness can extend over more than a quarter of the height of the panel and form fingers, for example at the top and bottom.

  • a separation support such as a grid above the bottom of tray 2, may be considered.
  • said panel 8a is configured to slide at two heights of the tank to isolate a floating fraction and a sinking fraction. Each of the fractions is then directed by means of said panel 8a towards a specific side. For example, the flowing fraction is directed towards the right of the figure 2 and the floating fraction is directed to the left.
  • a dripping arm 10 Preferably, on each of said sides is provided a dripping arm 10.
  • the panel 8a bringing back a fraction then slides along the dripping support 7, in particular the grid, from one end to the other in particular until to the corresponding evacuation port 11.
  • the flowing fraction directed towards the right of the figure 2 includes ripe berries and the floating fraction directed towards the left includes unripe berries and debris.
  • the sliding supports 7 are also arranged at two levels corresponding to the sinking and floating fractions, so that the oblique drip support 7 of one arm is at a different level from that of the other arm.

  • the separation means 8 comprise several panels 8a driven by said transmission means 13 which comprises at least one belt or preferably at least one chain 15, more preferably made of plastic.
  • a chain 15 provides a substantially rigid means of transmission.
  • the use of plastic helps limit manufacturing costs.
  • plastic is not subject to oxidation unlike metal chairs. The same goes for a belt.
  • the meshes of the chain 15 make it possible to provide a simple system for fixing the panels hung on the mesh.
  • the chains 15 comprise parallelepiped links 15a, 15b, in particular open towards the top and the bottom.
  • the meshes include a parallelepiped portion divided into two cubic subsections separated more particularly by a central pillar.
