  • the defect database can be associated with a position occupied by the reel in an automated warehouse (for example an automated warehouse with one or more conveyors-elevators possibly served by LGV trolleys) so as to form a univocal association between the position of the reel in the warehouse and the defects of forming the database of defects of the reels classified as previously mentioned, or a univocal association between that database and the trolley in use. It is understood that in any case the methods of association of the single reel defect database may vary according to the specific characteristics of the plant.

Abstract

L'invention concerne une installation pour la production de bûches de papier, comprenant une pluralité d'unités de fonctionnement (A, B, C) conçues pour produire des bûches de matériau de papier à partir d'une bande (W) de matériau de papier déroulée d'une ou plusieurs bobines correspondantes (1) et asservie à une unité de commande (2) qui, à son tour, est conçue pour entraîner les unités de fonctionnement (A, B, C) de sorte que chacune d'elles ait une vitesse de production prédéfinie. Ladite unité de commande (2) est programmée pour traiter des données contenues dans une base de données (5D) individuellement associées à chaque bobine (1) et représentatives de défauts (10-21) classés selon une classification prédictive (I, II, III, IV) sur la base des effets des défauts dans la production des bûches et représentatives en outre de l'emplacement des défauts sur la bande déroulée de la bobine. L'unité de commande (2) reçoit des données de position relatives au diamètre instantané de la bobine grâce à des moyens de détection correspondants (3 ; 4). L'unité de commande (2) est programmée pour modifier ladite vitesse de production en fonction de la position instantanée et de la classe (I, II, III, IV) de chacun desdits défauts (10-21).
