More in detail, the process involves the use of a scoring laser to partially cut the wrapping material by removing part of the material from the surface of the container 1. More specifically, it shows the layout of the lines of weakness 8, 13 for preferentially folding the side walls 3, 4 and the bottom wall 6. Still more specifically, each side wall 3, 4 in the preferred embodiment illustrated, preferably has three lines of weakness 8a, 8b, 8c, whilst the bottom wall 6 has only the line of weakness 13.

Claims (9)

  1. Behälter (1) für gießbare Lebensmittelprodukte, hergestellt durch Versiegeln und Knicken eines Umhüllungsmaterials;
    wobei der Behälter (1) Folgendes umfasst: eine Frontwand (2), zwei dreiecksförmige Seitenwände (3, 4), eine Rückwand (5), eine trapezförmige Bodenwand (6) und mindestens ein Siegel (7), wobei die Seitenwände (3, 4) und die Bodenwand (6) jeweils mindestens eine Schwächungslinie (8, 13) aufweisen, um den Behälter (1) vorzugsweise zu knicken, sodass die Bodenwand (6) näher an die Frontwand (2) bewegt werden kann, wodurch der Behälter (1) abgeflacht wird, wobei das Abflachen des Behälters (1) dazu führt, dass das Lebensmittelprodukt im Behälter (1) durch eine Öffnung (A) ausgegossen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Frontwand mit einer Öffnung (A) versehen ist
    und dass der Behälter (1) eine Struktur in Form einer Pyramide mit trapezförmiger Basis aufweist.
  2. Behälter (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei sich ein erster Abschnitt (9) des Siegels (7) entlang der Rückwand (5) erstreckt und ein zweiter Abschnitt (10) des Siegels (7) über die kürzere Basis (11) der Bodenwand (6) geknickt ist und diese rechtwinkelig überlappt.
  3. Behälter (1) nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Schwächungslinie (13) der Bodenwand (6) in der Nähe der und parallel zur kürzeren Basis (11) der Bodenwand (6) befindlich ist.
  4. Behälter (1) nach Anspruch 2, wobei sich die Schwächungslinie (13) der Bodenwand (6) teilweise entlang beider Seitenwände (3, 4) erstreckt.
  5. Behälter (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei eine jede Schwächungslinie (8) einer jeden Seitenwand (3, 4) einen Ausgangspunkt (O) aufweist, der sich auf der jeweiligen Seitenwand (3, 4) befindet und sich eine jede Schwächungslinie (8) vom Ausgangspunkt (O) zu einem Scheitel der Seitenwände (3, 4) erstreckt.
  6. Behälter (1) nach Anspruch 5, wobei sich die Schwächungslinie (13) der Bodenwand (6) entlang beider Seitenwände (3, 4) erstreckt, bis sie auf den Ausgangspunkt (O) einer jeden Seitenwand (3, 4) trifft.
  7. Behälter (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Schwächungslinien (8, 13) so ausgeformt sind, dass die Bodenwand (6) näher an die Frontwand (2) gebracht werden kann, indem an der durch das Knicken des zweiten Abschnitts (10) des Siegels (7) der kürzeren Basis (11) der Bodenwand (6) geformten Ecke Druck ausgeübt wird.
  8. Behälter (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die Schwächungslinien (8, 13) durch Rillung hergestellt sind.
  9. Behälter (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die Schwächungslinien (8, 13) durch Laserritzen hergestellt sind.
