Claims (9)
- Verpackung bestehend aus einer Umwicklung (2) aus flexiblem Material, die durch allgemein dreieckige Wände (4, 6, 8, 10) begrenzt ist, um ein im Wesentlichen tetraedrisches Inhaltsvolumen zu definieren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie gegenseitige Eingriffsmittel (14a, 14b) aufweist, die mit den gemeinsamen Seiten (12) eines ersten Paars benachbarter Wände (4, 10) verbunden sind und so gestaltet sind, dass sie diese Wände lösbar miteinander verbinden, um ein Öffnen und Schließen des Inhaltsvolumens zu erlauben, und dass die gemeinsamen Seiten (24) des anderen Paars benachbarter Wände (6, 8) durch einen Bereich (26) miteinander verbunden sind, wo überlappende Endkanten (27, 29) der Wände des anderen Paars miteinander verschweißt sind, wobei
benachbart zu den gegenseitigen Eingriffsmitteln (14a 14b) ein Bereich (16) vorgesehen ist, wo die überlappenden Endkanten (17, 19) der Wände des ersten Paars (4, 10) miteinander verschweißt sind,
Aufreißeinladungsmittel (18a, 18b) in dem Bereich der Umwicklung, der zwischen den gegenseitigen Eingriffsmitteln (14a, 14b) und den Endkanten (20) der Wände (4, 10) des ersten Paars enthalten ist, vorgesehen sind,
wobei die Aufreißeinladungsmittel (18a, 18b) in einer Zwischenzone des Bereichs (16) ausgebildet sind, wo ein Schweißen zwischen den überlappenden Kanten (17, 19) der Wände (4, 10) des ersten Paars Wände durchgeführt wird, um eine durchgehende Schweißzone zwischen den Aufreißeinladungsmitteln und den gegenseitigen Eingreifmitteln aufrechtzuerhalten, um die Dichtigkeit der Verpackung auch nach dem Aufreißen sicherzustellen, und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Schweißbereich (16), wo die überlappenden Kanten (17, 19) der Wände des ersten Paars miteinander verschweißt sind, eine Mehrzahl von Schweißlinien aufweist, die voneinander über nicht geschweißte Zwischenräume beabstandet sind, und wobei die Aufreißeinladungsmittel (18a, 18b) in einem der Zwischenräume ausgebildet sind. - Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf den Wänden des anderen Paars (6, 8) eine entsprechende Schweißlinie (34, 36) besteht, welche Abschnitte des Bahnmaterials, das die Verpackung formt, verbindet.
- Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gegenseitigen Eingreifmittel Druckschlussmittel (14a, 14b) des Formschluss- oder Schnappverbindungstyps umfassen.
- Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus einem flexiblen Bahnmaterial aufgebaut ist, das zum Heißversiegeln geeignet ist.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Verpackung, die aus einer Umwicklung aus flexiblem Material besteht, begrenzt durch im Wesentlichen dreieckige Wände (4, 6, 8, 10), um ein im Wesentlichen tetraedrisches Inhaltsvolumen zu definieren, nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Schritte umfasst:- Präparieren einer flachgedrückten Umwicklung aus flexiblem Material, die durch zwei überlappende flache Wände (64, 66) ausgebildet ist, die entlang der perimetrischen Kanten (46, 48, 50) verbunden sind und eine offene Mündung (42, 44) aufweisen, die in der Umgebung der perimetrischen Seite (50) gegenüber der Mündungsseite (42, 44) mit gegenseitigen Eingreifmitteln (14a, 14b) versehen ist, die mit den inneren Oberflächen der Umwicklung verbunden und dazu gestaltet sind, die Wände lösbar miteinander zu verbinden;- Einführen durch die offene Mündung von einem oder mehreren zu verpackenden Gegenständen;- Positionieren der Endkanten (27, 29) der Wände (64, 66) in einer überlappenden Beziehung neben der Mündung, in einer Ebene im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der Ebene, in der die überlappenden Wände (64, 66) in der flachgedrückten Konfiguration der Umwicklung liegen; und- Durchführen von Schweißen (26) der überlappenden Kanten (27, 29), wodurch eine geschlossene Umwicklung definiert wird, die das im Wesentlichen tetraedrische Inhaltsvolumen aufweist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die flache Umwicklung durch die folgenden Schritte erhalten wird:- Präparieren einer Bahn (40), die in ihrem zentralen Bereich mit gegenseitigen Eingriffsmitteln (14a, 14b) versehen ist, die beabstandet und parallel zueinander sind;- Falten der Bahn um eine Zwischenfaltlinie (50) zwischen den gegenseitigen Eingriffsmitteln auf sich selbst, um die gegenseitigen Eingriffsmittel in eine Eingriffsposition zu bringen, und- Schweißen der auf sich selbst gefalteten Bahn (40) entlang der perimetrischen Seiten (48, 46), um eine flachgedrückte Umwicklung mit der Mündung zu bilden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es auch die Schritte des Durchführens von Schweißen (16) der Wände in dem Wicklungsbereich, der zwischen den gegenseitigen Eingriffsmitteln (14a, 14b) und der Seite (50) gegenüber der Mündung (42, 44) enthalten ist, umfasst, wobei dieser Schritt vor oder nach der Einführung der Artikel/des Artikels durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es den Schritt des Bereitstellens von Aufreißeinladungsmitteln (18a, 18b) in dem Bereich der Umwicklung, der zwischen den Eingriffsmitteln (14a, 14b) und der Seite (50) gegenüber der Mündung (42, 44) enthalten ist, umfasst, die dazu gestaltet sind, ein Öffnen der Verpackung zu ermöglichen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufreißeinladungsmittel (18a, 18b) in einer Zwischenzone des Bereichs (16) ausgebildet sind, wo die überlappenden Kanten (17, 19) der Wände (4, 10) des ersten Paars zusammengeschweißt sind, um eine durchgehende Schweißzone zwischen den Aufreißeinladungsmitteln (18a, 18b) und den gegenseitigen Eingriffsmitteln (14a, 14b) aufrechtzuerhalten und die Dichtigkeit der Verpackung auch nach dem Aufreißen sicherzustellen.
