[0001 ] La présente invention concerne de manière générale une pièce de fixation agencée pour être montée dans un véhicule. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne une pièce de fixation agencée pour être montée dans une ouverture d'une paroi d'une armature de siège de véhicule et faisant partie d'un carter masquant un crochet de fixation de siège enfant.
[0002] Il est connu dans l'art antérieur des pièces de fixation pour assembler des éléments à des parois fines telles que des tôles de véhicule. Le document KR101616976 décrit ainsi une pièce de fixation comprenant une portion cylindrique destinée à accueillir un élément de siège et une partie clippable destinée à être accueillie dans une armature de siège.
[0003] En contrepartie, ce dispositif présente notamment l'inconvénient d'avoir une surface de contact extrêmement réduite avec l'armature de siège, ce qui peut résulter en des efforts importants appliqués à l'armature de siège et donc en une détérioration de cette armature, constituée en général d'une tôle de faible épaisseur. En outre, ce type de dispositif présente une résistance à l'arrachement limitée et ne convient donc pas pour des éléments d'habitacle soumis à des contraintes d'utilisation tout au long de la vie du véhicule. [0004] Un but de la présente invention est de répondre aux inconvénients du document de l'art antérieur mentionnés ci-dessus et en particulier de proposer une pièce de fixation adaptée pour être montée sur une paroi fine et bénéficiant d'une résistance à l'arrachement importante.
[0005] Pour cela, un premier aspect de l'invention concerne une pièce de fixation agencée pour être montée dans une ouverture d'une paroi d'une armature de siège de véhicule, ladite pièce de fixation comprenant : - un corps agencé pour recevoir un élément de verrouillage et - des moyens de maintien pour maintenir le corps sur la paroi, les moyens de maintien comprenant au moins une portion articulée, caractérisé en ce que ladite au moins une portion articulée est agencée de telle sorte que, lorsque pièce de fixation est montée dans l'ouverture de la paroi et l'élément de verrouillage est reçu dans ledit corps, ladite au moins une portion articulée est verrouillée par ledit élément de verrouillage dans une position en appui sur ladite paroi.
[0006] Une telle pièce de fixation ne comprend pas de moyens de clippage et peut donc être facilement montée sur une paroi fine sans risque de déformer celle-ci. En outre, la surface de contact entre la pièce de fixation et la paroi fine est élevée, ce qui permet d'obtenir une force d'arrachement importante tout en présentant de faibles pressions de contact. Toute concentration de contrainte est ainsi évitée.
[0007] Avantageusement, ladite portion articulée comprend une face de verrouillage agencée de telle sorte que, lorsque la pièce de fixation est montée dans l'ouverture de la paroi et l'élément de verrouillage est reçu dans ledit corps, l'élément de verrouillage est en appui contre la face de verrouillage. Une telle position est stable et permet un verrouillage optimal de la portion articulée sur la paroi de l'armature de siège.
[0008] Avantageusement, ladite au moins une portion articulée et ledit corps sont en matériaux polymères et ladite au moins une portion articulée est articulée par un segment de matière polymère de faible épaisseur, telle qu'un film. Ceci permet de fabriquer la pièce de fixation d'une seule pièce pour un faible coût, par exemple par moulage.
[0009] De manière spécialement avantageuse, ledit corps est agencé pour prendre appui sur une première face de la paroi et ladite portion articulée est agencée pour prendre appui sur une deuxième face de la paroi opposée à ladite première face. Ainsi, la paroi est prise en sandwich entre le corps et la portion articulée, ce qui garantit une fixation solide de la pièce de fixation à ladite paroi. [0010] Avantageusement, ledit corps fait partie d'un carter agencé pour encadrer une cavité dans ladite paroi. Ledit corps constitue alors un élément d'habitacle apte à procurer une sensation de confort et de sécurité aux occupants.

La cavité peut être un espace de rangement ou encore abriter un élément de sécurité. La pièce de fixation permet ainsi de masquer la cavité à la vue des occupants du véhicule, accentuant ainsi la sensation de confort et de sécurité.
[0012] Un second aspect de l'invention est un module de fixation comprenant une pièce de fixation selon le premier aspect de l'invention, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un élément de verrouillage choisi parmi un crochet, un bouton-pression ou un aimant. Ainsi, l'élément de verrouillage sert à la fois à verrouiller la portion articulée sur la paroi, mais peut aussi servir à fixer ou attacher un autre élément au corps de la pièce de fixation et donc à la paroi de l'armature de siège.
[0013] Avantageusement, l'élément de verrouillage est un aimant et ledit module de fixation est pourvu d'un capot articulé comprenant une surface métallique agencée de telle sorte à être placée en regard dudit élément de verrouillage quand ledit capot est dans une position de fermeture. L'élément de verrouillage sert alors également à verrouiller temporairement le capot au corps de façon à éviter toute vibration ou ouverture intempestive.
[0014] Un troisième aspect de l'invention est un siège de véhicule comprenant une paroi pourvue d'une ouverture ainsi qu'un module de fixation selon le deuxième aspect de l'invention, caractérisé en ce que ladite paroi comprend une cavité pourvue d'un crochet agencé pour attacher un siège bébé.
[0015] Un dernier aspect de l'invention est un véhicule comportant au moins une pièce de fixation, un module de fixation ou un siège selon l'un des aspects précédents de l'invention. [0016] D'autres caractéristiques et avantages de la présente invention apparaîtront plus clairement à la lecture de la description détaillée qui suit d'un mode de réalisation de l'invention donné à titre d'exemple nullement limitatif et illustré par les dessins annexés, dans lesquels :

les figures 2A à 2C représentent les différentes étapes du verrouillage d'une pièce de fixation selon la figure 1 à une paroi d'une armature de siège de véhicule.
[0017] La présente invention concerne de façon générale une pièce de fixation adaptée pour être montée dans une ouverture d'une armature de siège. Cette pièce de fixation peut ainsi servir à fixer des éléments de siège ou tout autre élément à une telle armature. En outre, la pièce de fixation peut être intégrée à un élément d'habitacle tel qu'un carter pour crochet de sécurité, comme décrit ci-après.
[0018] Ainsi, la figure 1 représente une paroi 10 d'une armature de siège comprenant une première face 10a orientée vers l'habitacle du véhicule et une deuxième face 10b orientée vers l'intérieur du siège. La paroi 10 forme en outre une cavité 1 1 dans laquelle est pourvu un crochet 20 de sécurité. Ce crochet 20 de sécurité sert par exemple de troisième point d'ancrage pour attacher un siège bébé sur un siège de véhicule, par exemple en plus des fixations de type ISOFIX ou LATCH. Ce crochet peut en outre servir de point d'ancrage pour l'accroche de bagages ou d'une charge encombrante dans l'habitacle d'un véhicule.
[0019] Pour des raisons esthétiques, mais aussi de sécurité, la cavité 1 1 et le crochet 20 sont masqués à la vue des occupants du véhicule par un carter 30 comprenant un corps 31 et un capot 32 articulé par une charnière 33. Une portion du corps 31 , encerclée sur la figure 1 , fait office de pièce de fixation et est accueillie dans une ouverture 12 de la paroi 10 de telle sorte à maintenir le carter 30 fixé sur la première face 10a de la paroi 10. Cette pièce de fixation comprend des moyens de maintien et accueille un élément de verrouillage 40 tel que détaillé ci-après en référence aux figures 2A à 2C. Le crochet 20 est passé au travers de la paroi de fond de cavité du corps 31 qui est ajourée dans ce but. Il est entendu que le carter 30 est également fixé par d'autres points sur la paroi 10 (non représentés sur les figures).

Sur la figure 2A, le corps 31 est disposé sur la première face 10a de la paroi 10 de telle sorte à ce qu'un bord de la paroi 10 soit accueilli dans la gorge 35a qui applique une légère force de pincement à la paroi 10. Le carter 30 est ainsi maintenu sur la paroi 10 sans y être encore verrouillé et la portion articulée 34 est alors accueillie partiellement dans l'ouverture 12 de la paroi 10.
[0022] Ainsi, l'embase 35 peut facilement loger un bord de la paroi 10 sans risque de déformation de la paroi 10 de faible épaisseur, puisque la gorge 35a n'applique qu'une force de pincement limitée sans appliquer de force déformante sur le bord de la paroi. En effet, le seul élément en vis-à-vis est la portion articulée 34 qui ne contacte pas encore la face opposée de la paroi et seul un effort minime est appliqué sur la paroi 10 au moment de la mise en place du carter 30. [0023] Dans une deuxième étape, représentée sur la figure 2B, l'élément de verrouillage 40 est introduit dans l'ouverture 37 à partir de la première face 10a, comme représenté par la flèche verticale de la figure 2B. Cet élément de verrouillage 40, qui comprend une collerette 40a, vient alors en contact avec une face de verrouillage 34a de la portion articulée 34 qui est alors animée d'un mouvement de rotation autour du segment 36 qui fait office de charnière, tel que représenté par une flèche semi-circulaire sur la figure 2B. La portion articulée se rapproche donc progressivement par rotation de la deuxième face 10b de la paroi 10. [0024] À la fin de l'insertion de l'élément de verrouillage 40 dans l'ouverture 37, comme représenté sur la figure 2C, l'élément de verrouillage 40 est complètement introduit dans l'ouverture 37 et la collerette 40a vient alors en contact avec l'épaulement 37a. De plus, l'élément de verrouillage 40 est alors complètement en contact ou en appui avec la face de verrouillage 34a de la portion articulée 34 qui est ainsi verrouillée dans une position en appui contre la deuxième face 10b de la paroi 10. La paroi 10 est alors prise en sandwich entre le corps 31 sur la première face 10a et la portion articulée 34 sur la deuxième face 10b. En outre, l'élément de verrouillage 40 est également en appui contre l'embase 35 et la paroi 10 ne peut pas s'échapper de la gorge 35a. De ce fait, le carter 30 est verrouillé à la paroi 10 et la cavité 1 1 est encadrée par le corps 31 et fermée par le capot 32 (voir figure 1 ). De plus, la surface de contact entre la paroi 10 et les moyens de maintien comprenant la portion articulée 34 et la gorge 35a est élevée et la fixation du carter 30 par les moyens de maintien présente une résistance importante à l'arrachement. [0025] De plus, de nouveau en référence à la figure 1 , l'élément de verrouillage 40 est formé d'un aimant de telle sorte à pouvoir coopérer avec une portion métallique 32a du capot 32. Ainsi, l'élément de verrouillage 40 sert à la fois à verrouiller les moyens de maintien comprenant la portion articulée 34 et la gorge 35a sur la deuxième face 10b de la paroi 10, mais aussi à réaliser un verrouillage réversible du capot 32 dans une position de fermeture de la cavité 1 1 et du carter 30. De cette façon, le capot 32 n'est pas soumis à des vibrations ou des ouvertures intempestives lorsque le véhicule est en mouvement. Enfin, l'élément de verrouillage est pourvu de moyens d'emboîtement ou de clippage (non représentés) de telle sorte à rester verrouillé dans l'ouverture 37 et à ne pas être entraîné par le capot 32 lors du passage à une position d'ouverture.
[0026] On comprendra que diverses modifications et/ou améliorations évidentes pour l'homme du métier peuvent être apportées aux différents modes de réalisation de l'invention décrits dans la présente description sans sortir du cadre de l'invention défini par les revendications annexées. En particulier, il est fait référence au corps 31 qui n'est pas limité à un élément de carter, mais peut adopter toute forme nécessaire. Par exemple, le corps 31 peut inclure des éléments d'attache de telle sorte à fixer un élément de siège à la paroi 10. En outre, l'élément de verrouillage 40 n'est pas limité à un aimant, mais peut consister en une simple pièce en matériau rigide et/ou comprendre une surface supérieure, accessible du côté de la première face de la paroi, pourvue d'un crochet ou d'un bouton-pression de façon à verrouiller temporairement le capot 32 sur le corps 31 et alternativement à servir de point d'accroché supplémentaire dans l'habitacle du véhicule. Enfin, l'ouverture 37 et l'élément de verrouillage 40 peuvent adopter toute géométrie correspondante souhaitée.

Claims

R EVE N D I CATI ON S
1 . Pièce de fixation agencée pour être montée dans une ouverture (12) d'une paroi (10) d'une armature de siège de véhicule, ladite pièce de fixation comprenant :
- un corps (31 ) agencé pour recevoir un élément de verrouillage (40) et
- des moyens de maintien (34, 35a) pour maintenir le corps (31 ) sur la paroi (10), les moyens de maintien (34, 35a) comprenant au moins une portion articulée (34),
caractérisé en ce que ladite au moins une portion articulée (34) est agencée de telle sorte que, lorsque la pièce de fixation est montée dans l'ouverture (12) de la paroi (10) et l'élément de verrouillage (40) est reçu dans ledit corps (31 ), ladite au moins une portion articulée (34) est verrouillée par ledit élément de verrouillage (40) dans une position en appui sur ladite paroi (10).
2. Pièce de fixation selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que ladite portion articulée (34) comprend une face de verrouillage (34a) agencée de telle sorte que, lorsque la pièce de fixation est montée dans l'ouverture (12) de la paroi (10) et l'élément de verrouillage (40) est reçu dans ledit corps (31 ), l'élément de verrouillage (40) est en appui contre la face de verrouillage (34a).

Pièce de fixation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite au moins une portion articulée (34) et ledit corps (31 ) sont en matériaux polymères et en ce que ladite au moins une portion articulée (34) est articulée par un segment (36) de matière polymère de faible épaisseur, telle qu'un film.

Pièce de fixation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit corps (31 ) est agencé pour prendre appui sur une première face (10a) de la paroi (10) et en ce que ladite portion articulée (34) est agencée pour prendre appui sur une deuxième face (1 Ob) de la paroi (10) opposée à ladite première face (10a).
5. Pièce de fixation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit corps (31 ) fait partie d'un carter (30) agencé pour encadrer une cavité (1 1 ) dans ladite paroi (10).
6. Pièce de fixation selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que ledit carter (30) comprend en outre un capot (32) articulé apte à fermer l'accès à ladite cavité (1 1 ).
7. Module de fixation comprenant une pièce de fixation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un élément de verrouillage (40) choisi parmi un crochet, un bouton-pression ou un aimant.
8. Module de fixation selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de verrouillage (40) est un aimant et en ce que ledit module de fixation est pourvu d'un capot (32) articulé comprenant une surface métallique (32a) agencée de telle sorte à être placée en regard dudit élément de verrouillage (40) quand ledit capot (32) est dans une position de fermeture.
9. Siège de véhicule comprenant une paroi (10) pourvue d'une ouverture (12) ainsi qu'un module de fixation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 8, caractérisé en ce que ladite paroi (10) comprend une cavité (1 1 ) pourvue d'un crochet (20) agencé pour attacher un siège bébé.
10. Véhicule comportant au moins une pièce de fixation, un module de fixation ou un siège selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
