Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a rail system for a sliding door system according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the rail system according to the invention is defined by the features of claim 1.
  • the sliding door system according to the invention is defined by the features of claim 13.
  • the rail system according to the invention for a sliding door system with at least one first and second door leaf has a plurality of profile rails, the door leaves each being able to be guided on at least one of the profile rails, the profile rails being arranged on a first rail element extending in the longitudinal direction of the rail system and extending in the longitudinal direction of the rail system extend parallel to one another, the first rail element being connected to a second rail element extending in the longitudinal direction of the rail system, the first rail element having a first main body from which the profile rails protrude, and the second rail element having a second main body.
  • first main body of the first rail element is arranged horizontally in a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction of the rail system
  • the second main body of the second rail element has a surface facing the first main body, which is arranged at least partially inclined in a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction of the rail system, wherein a plurality of fastening elements are arranged between the first and the second rail element, wherein the first rail element rests with the first main body on the fastening elements and the fastening elements rest on the surface of the second main body of the second rail element.
  • the first and/or the second main body can be plate-shaped.
  • the profile rails By arranging the first main body, on which the profile rails for the door leaves are arranged, in a horizontal position transverse to the longitudinal direction of the rail system, the profile rails can be designed with a low height, so that the free spaces created between the profile rails can be kept small. As a result, the tendency of the rail system to become soiled is low. Due to the inclined position of the surface of the second rail element, water that collects in the rail system can advantageously flow towards the longitudinal side of the rail system and thus to the side flow away, since a continuous space or multiple continuous spaces is or are formed in a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction of the rail system. By providing fastening elements, the first and second rail elements can be connected to one another in an advantageous manner and simple assembly of the first and second rail elements is possible.
  • the provision of a fastening element between the first and second rail element makes it possible for the dem first rail element facing, at least partially inclined surface of the main body of the second rail element can be designed almost continuously, ie without or only with a few steps, so that water such as rainwater or cleaning water can drain off in an advantageous manner.
  • the second rail element can thus have a relatively simple cross-sectional profile, so that the production of the second rail element requires little effort.
  • the configuration of the first rail element in such a way that it can be arranged horizontally with the first main body in a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction of the rail system also advantageously enables the first rail element to be used independently of the second rail element as "normal", i.e. e.g. flat, horizontal, floor rail can be used, e.g. in indoor applications where no water drainage is necessary.
  • the fastening elements are arranged at a distance from one another in the longitudinal direction of the rail system, preferably at the same distance from one another. In this way, a flexible arrangement of the first and second rail element is possible. Furthermore, sufficient space is created between the fasteners for water to drain away.
  • the profile rails can have a T-shape, for example. Such a shape is of particular advantage since a large bearing surface can be created on which the door leaves can be guided.
  • the T-shape also offers the option of the door leaves embracing the profile rails, for example by means of a floor guide, so that a safety device can be created.
  • the profile rails preferably form running surfaces on which, for example, rollers of the door guide can roll.
  • the Running rails can have a curvature transverse to the longitudinal direction of the rail system.
  • the fastening elements are preferably made to have a cuneiform cross-section.
  • Such a cross section of the fastening elements has the advantage that two mutually inclined contact surfaces are formed, so that the fastening elements can be advantageously arranged between the horizontally arranged first main body of the first rail element and the inclined second main body of the second rail element.
  • the profile rails preferably have the same height.
  • the height of the profile rails is the highest point of a running surface of the profile rail, on which, for example, a carriage of a door leaf can roll, and the base of the profile rail, which is connected to the main body.
  • the height of the profile rail is the distance between the highest point of the profile rail and the first main body in the vertical direction.
  • the second rail element has a leg that protrudes from the second main body and extends vertically, the first rail element resting with a side element on the vertically extending leg of the second rail element.
  • the second rail element has an approximately L-shaped cross section.
  • Water for example as rainwater or cleaning water at first, can be discharged via the drainage openings Main body passes, drain in an advantageous manner to the second rail element and be derived from this laterally. This advantageously prevents water from standing between the profile rails for a longer period of time and causing contamination by limescale or the like when it evaporates.
  • the fastening elements each have at least one groove extending in the longitudinal direction of the rail system.
  • the groove extending in the longitudinal direction of the rail system can be used, for example, to guide the first or second rail element.
  • the first rail element is fastened to the fastening elements via a plurality of first fastening means, preferably screws, with the first fastening means engaging in the at least one groove in the fastening elements.
  • the first rail element is fastened by screws being screwed into the grooves of the fastening elements, which grooves extend in the longitudinal direction of the rail system.
  • the fastening elements can be displaced relatively flexibly in the longitudinal direction of the rail system, and an advantageous fastening of the first rail element is nevertheless possible.
  • the first fastening means can be manufactured in a simple manner. Furthermore, no high level of accuracy is required for the attachment of the first rail element during assembly, since the first attachment means can engage in the attachment elements in almost any position in the longitudinal direction of the rail system. This simplifies assembly.
  • the second rail element and the fastening elements can be fastened to the floor using a plurality of second fastening means, preferably screws, with each second fastening means penetrating one of the fastening elements and the second rail element through a through hole.
  • the fastening elements and the second rail element are thus fastened to the floor together.
  • the fact that the fasteners can be arranged flexibly in the longitudinal direction of the rail system, the through holes in the Fasteners already prefabricated. When assembling the rail system on site, these can then be aligned with through-holes in the second rail element.
  • the through-holes in the second rail element can also only be made during assembly and then the fastening elements can be flexibly adapted to the position of the through-hole in the second rail element and placed on the second rail element.
  • the second rail element is preferably made to have a plurality of ribs extending in the longitudinal direction of the rail system on the side facing away from the first rail element.
  • the ribs serve on the one hand as stability for the second rail element and can also serve as a support for the second rail element on the floor.
  • the rail system according to the invention with through holes in the second rail element and ribs on the second rail element that extend in the longitudinal direction of the rail system, it can be provided that two ribs that extend in the longitudinal direction of the rail system are arranged in a fastening area of the second rail element, with the through holes of the second rail element are arranged between the two longitudinally extending ribs of the rail system.
  • the two ribs that extend in the longitudinal direction of the rail system are arranged to the right and left of the through-holes.
  • a horizontally arranged contact surface between the fastening element and the surface of the second rail element is assigned to a vertically arranged fastening means.
  • transverse forces on the fastening means and the second rail element are advantageously avoided.
  • the fastening elements can have a shape that is adapted to the shape of the fastening area.
  • a seal sealing the through hole of the corresponding fastening element is arranged on the fastening elements on the side facing the first rail element and the second rail element.
  • the seal arranged on the side facing the second rail element is pressed sealingly against the second rail element by the corresponding fastening element via the compressive forces of the second fastening means.
  • the seal arranged on the side of the corresponding fastening element facing the first rail element can, for example, surround a head of the second fastening means and seal against the first rail element via tensile forces of the first fastening means.
  • the seals can be sealing rings, for example.
  • the seal arranged on the side of the corresponding fastening element that faces the first rail element can also be designed in the form of a plate, for example, and can be arranged to cover the second fastening means.
  • the guide projection or projections During assembly of the rail system, the fastening elements and thus the first and second rail elements can be guided to one another in an advantageous manner, so that they assume the correct position.
  • the first rail element has a plurality of ribs extending in the longitudinal direction of the rail system on the side facing the second rail element. This allows the first rail element to be used advantageously independently of the second rail element, for example for indoor applications, with the ribs extending in the longitudinal direction of the rail system forming a support for the first rail element on the floor.
  • the invention also provides a sliding door system with a rail system according to the invention with at least one first and one second door leaf, with each door leaf being guided via a floor guide on one of the profile rails, with each floor guide having a detachment safety device that partially encompasses the respective profile rail.
  • the sliding door system according to the invention thus provides in an advantageous manner that the door leaves are secured against being unhooked on the rail system according to the invention arranged on the floor. It can be provided that each floor guide encompasses a head of the profile rail that is assigned to it.
  • the sliding door system can be a telescopic sliding door system, for example, in which the first door leaf drives the second door leaf to perform a movement in the same direction.
  • the floor guide to have at least one carriage, with the anti-detachment device being arranged on the at least one carriage.
  • a floor guide can be created in an advantageous manner, which allows the carriage to roll over rollers on a running surface of the profile rails, thus providing advantageous support for the door leaf and effective protection against detaching.
  • the anti-detachment device can have a sliding insert that can be inserted into the floor guide and has a contour that is adapted to the respective profile rail and partially encompasses the respective profile rail.
  • the sliding insert is therefore the part of the safety catch that partially encompasses the profile rail.
  • the sliding insert also enables advantageous sliding on the surface of the profile rail.
  • the anti-detachment device can thus be arranged with the slide insert directly above the running surface of the profile rail or touching the surface of the profile rail, so that the slide insert can surround the profile rail or the head of the profile rail very closely, which can provide an advantageous safeguard against detachment.
  • the sliding insert By configuring the sliding insert in a form that can be inserted into the floor guide, the sliding insert can be advantageously replaced, for example, if it shows signs of wear as a result of sliding over the profile rail.
  • the sliding insert can be made of a different material than the floor guide, for example plastic.
  • the sliding insert can also be formed from an elastic material, the sliding insert being first placed on the profile rail outside the floor guide, as a result of which the sliding insert is elastically bent and spread open. The sliding insert can then snap under the head of the profile rail to grip around the profile rail.
  • the sliding insert can then be inserted into the floor guide, the floor guide then preventing renewed elastic bending and spreading of the sliding insert when attempting to unhinge the door leaf.
  • the anti-detachment device can also have a one-part or multi-part plate device which has a contour adapted to the respective profile rail and partially encompasses the respective profile rail, the plate device being fastenable to the floor guide.
  • the plate device can be made of metal, for example.
  • the plate device can form an additional emergency or overload protection against detachment provided for the sliding insert.
  • the disk device can also form the detachment protection itself.
  • the floor guide may, for example, have a recess in which the disk device is inserted.
  • the panel device can be arranged in a particularly advantageous manner so as to encompass the profile rail.
  • the frame element can, for example, also be fastened to the profile rail by encompassing the profile rail, preferably the head of the profile rail.
  • the frame element can have a recess adapted to the profile rail.
  • the frame element is only placed on the profile rail and is fastened in an upper area or on a wall, so that the profile rail merely forms a guide so that the frame element can be arranged in the correct position.
  • the safety device described above also has independent inventive significance and can also be realized independently of the special design of the rail system or sliding door system.
  • the invention thus also relates to a sliding door system with a rail system with at least one profile rail on which at least one door leaf is guided.
  • the at least one door leaf has a floor guide, via which the door leaf is guided on the profile rail, the floor guide having an anti-detachment device that partially encompasses the profile rail.

Description

The present invention relates to a rail system for a sliding door system according to the preamble of claim 1.

In sliding door systems with several door leaves, for example in telescopic sliding door systems for outdoor use, it is known that several profile rails are provided, on each of which a door leaf is guided on the bottom side. Outside, however, it is necessary for water that collects on the rail system to be able to drain off to the side. Rail systems are therefore known in which the profile rails protrude from a base plate which is arranged at an angle. The profile rails thus have different heights, so that the heads of the profile rails are on one level and the door leaves are guided exactly next to one another and at the same height. In the case of the highest profile rails in terms of height, however, due to the inclination of the base plate, larger free spaces are formed in which dirt can collect, so that there is an increased cleaning effort in the previously known rail systems. Out of US 2013/0047515 A1 is a rail system with a number of individually designed profile rails for guiding one or more door leaves, with the profile rails being fastened to a number of carrier parts spaced apart from one another and arranged transversely to the longitudinal direction of the rail system, as a result of which the profile rails run above a base body with an inclined surface so that liquid can flow from the Profile rails can flow to the inclined body.

It is therefore the object of the present invention to create a rail system for sliding doors in which the tendency to get dirty is lower. It is also the object of the present invention to create a sliding door system with such a rail system.

The rail system according to the invention is defined by the features of claim 1.

The sliding door system according to the invention is defined by the features of claim 13.

The rail system according to the invention for a sliding door system with at least one first and second door leaf has a plurality of profile rails, the door leaves each being able to be guided on at least one of the profile rails, the profile rails being arranged on a first rail element extending in the longitudinal direction of the rail system and extending in the longitudinal direction of the rail system extend parallel to one another, the first rail element being connected to a second rail element extending in the longitudinal direction of the rail system, the first rail element having a first main body from which the profile rails protrude, and the second rail element having a second main body.

Furthermore, the first main body of the first rail element is arranged horizontally in a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction of the rail system, and the second main body of the second rail element has a surface facing the first main body, which is arranged at least partially inclined in a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction of the rail system, wherein a plurality of fastening elements are arranged between the first and the second rail element, wherein the first rail element rests with the first main body on the fastening elements and the fastening elements rest on the surface of the second main body of the second rail element. The first and/or the second main body can be plate-shaped.

By arranging the first main body, on which the profile rails for the door leaves are arranged, in a horizontal position transverse to the longitudinal direction of the rail system, the profile rails can be designed with a low height, so that the free spaces created between the profile rails can be kept small. In addition, the provision of a fastening element between the first and second rail element makes it possible for the dem first rail element facing, at least partially inclined surface of the main body of the second rail element can be designed almost continuously, ie without or only with a few steps, so that water such as rainwater or cleaning water can drain off in an advantageous manner. The second rail element can thus have a relatively simple cross-sectional profile, so that the production of the second rail element requires little effort. By providing several fastening elements, a connection that is flexibly adapted to the circumstances can also be created, so that the number of fastening elements can be increased or reduced depending on the load situation.

The configuration of the first rail element in such a way that it can be arranged horizontally with the first main body in a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction of the rail system also advantageously enables the first rail element to be used independently of the second rail element as "normal", i.e. e.g. flat, horizontal, floor rail can be used, e.g. in indoor applications where no water drainage is necessary.

Provision is preferably made for the fastening elements to be arranged at a distance from one another in the longitudinal direction of the rail system, preferably at the same distance from one another. In this way, a flexible arrangement of the first and second rail element is possible. Furthermore, sufficient space is created between the fasteners for water to drain away.

The profile rails can have a T-shape, for example. Such a shape is of particular advantage since a large bearing surface can be created on which the door leaves can be guided. The T-shape also offers the option of the door leaves embracing the profile rails, for example by means of a floor guide, so that a safety device can be created. The profile rails preferably form running surfaces on which, for example, rollers of the door guide can roll. The Running rails can have a curvature transverse to the longitudinal direction of the rail system.

Provision is preferably made for the fastening elements to have a cuneiform cross-section. Such a cross section of the fastening elements has the advantage that two mutually inclined contact surfaces are formed, so that the fastening elements can be advantageously arranged between the horizontally arranged first main body of the first rail element and the inclined second main body of the second rail element.

The profile rails preferably have the same height. In the context of the invention, the height of the profile rails is the highest point of a running surface of the profile rail, on which, for example, a carriage of a door leaf can roll, and the base of the profile rail, which is connected to the main body. In other words: the height of the profile rail is the distance between the highest point of the profile rail and the first main body in the vertical direction.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the second rail element has a leg that protrudes from the second main body and extends vertically, the first rail element resting with a side element on the vertically extending leg of the second rail element. In other words: the second rail element has an approximately L-shaped cross section. Such an arrangement has proven to be particularly advantageous since the protruding leg forms a contact surface for the side element of the first rail element, so that the first rail element can be guided through this during assembly.

Provision is preferably made for the first rail element to have a plurality of drainage openings in the first main body, which open into an area between the fastening elements when the first rail element is in the fastened state. Water, for example as rainwater or cleaning water at first, can be discharged via the drainage openings Main body passes, drain in an advantageous manner to the second rail element and be derived from this laterally. This advantageously prevents water from standing between the profile rails for a longer period of time and causing contamination by limescale or the like when it evaporates.

It is preferably provided that the fastening elements each have at least one groove extending in the longitudinal direction of the rail system. The groove extending in the longitudinal direction of the rail system can be used, for example, to guide the first or second rail element. In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the first rail element is fastened to the fastening elements via a plurality of first fastening means, preferably screws, with the first fastening means engaging in the at least one groove in the fastening elements. In other words: the first rail element is fastened by screws being screwed into the grooves of the fastening elements, which grooves extend in the longitudinal direction of the rail system. This has the particular advantage that the fastening elements can be displaced relatively flexibly in the longitudinal direction of the rail system, and an advantageous fastening of the first rail element is nevertheless possible. In addition, the first fastening means can be manufactured in a simple manner. Furthermore, no high level of accuracy is required for the attachment of the first rail element during assembly, since the first attachment means can engage in the attachment elements in almost any position in the longitudinal direction of the rail system. This simplifies assembly.

It is preferably provided that the second rail element and the fastening elements can be fastened to the floor using a plurality of second fastening means, preferably screws, with each second fastening means penetrating one of the fastening elements and the second rail element through a through hole. The fastening elements and the second rail element are thus fastened to the floor together. The fact that the fasteners can be arranged flexibly in the longitudinal direction of the rail system, the through holes in the Fasteners already prefabricated. When assembling the rail system on site, these can then be aligned with through-holes in the second rail element. The through-holes in the second rail element can also only be made during assembly and then the fastening elements can be flexibly adapted to the position of the through-hole in the second rail element and placed on the second rail element.

Provision is preferably made for the second rail element to have a plurality of ribs extending in the longitudinal direction of the rail system on the side facing away from the first rail element. The ribs serve on the one hand as stability for the second rail element and can also serve as a support for the second rail element on the floor.

In the configuration of the rail system according to the invention with through holes in the second rail element and ribs on the second rail element that extend in the longitudinal direction of the rail system, it can be provided that two ribs that extend in the longitudinal direction of the rail system are arranged in a fastening area of the second rail element, with the through holes of the second rail element are arranged between the two longitudinally extending ribs of the rail system. In other words, the two ribs that extend in the longitudinal direction of the rail system are arranged to the right and left of the through-holes. This has the advantage that the two ribs extending in the longitudinal direction of the rail system create greater stability for the second main body of the second rail element, so that pressure from one of the second fastening means, which is exerted on the second main body, advantageously on the Ground is transmitted and moreover a deflection of the second main body due to the force acting through the second fastening means is prevented.

Provision can also be made for the surface of the second main body of the second rail element facing the first rail element to extend horizontally in the fastening area, so that the inclination of the Surface is given only in the areas that are arranged laterally of the attachment area. As a result, a horizontally arranged contact surface between the fastening element and the surface of the second rail element is assigned to a vertically arranged fastening means. As a result, transverse forces on the fastening means and the second rail element are advantageously avoided. On the side facing the second rail element, the fastening elements can have a shape that is adapted to the shape of the fastening area.

It is preferably provided that a seal sealing the through hole of the corresponding fastening element is arranged on the fastening elements on the side facing the first rail element and the second rail element. The seal arranged on the side facing the second rail element is pressed sealingly against the second rail element by the corresponding fastening element via the compressive forces of the second fastening means. The seal arranged on the side of the corresponding fastening element facing the first rail element can, for example, surround a head of the second fastening means and seal against the first rail element via tensile forces of the first fastening means. The seals can be sealing rings, for example. The seal arranged on the side of the corresponding fastening element that faces the first rail element can also be designed in the form of a plate, for example, and can be arranged to cover the second fastening means.

Provision is preferably made for at least one guide projection for the fastening elements, which extends in the longitudinal direction of the rail system, to be arranged on the first main body of the first rail element on the side facing the second main body of the second rail element and/or on the second main body of the second rail element on the side facing the first Main body of the first rail element side facing at least one in the longitudinal direction of the rail system extending guide projection for the fasteners is arranged. About the guide projection or projections During assembly of the rail system, the fastening elements and thus the first and second rail elements can be guided to one another in an advantageous manner, so that they assume the correct position.

In principle, it can also be provided that the first rail element has a plurality of ribs extending in the longitudinal direction of the rail system on the side facing the second rail element. This allows the first rail element to be used advantageously independently of the second rail element, for example for indoor applications, with the ribs extending in the longitudinal direction of the rail system forming a support for the first rail element on the floor.

The invention also provides a sliding door system with a rail system according to the invention with at least one first and one second door leaf, with each door leaf being guided via a floor guide on one of the profile rails, with each floor guide having a detachment safety device that partially encompasses the respective profile rail. The sliding door system according to the invention thus provides in an advantageous manner that the door leaves are secured against being unhooked on the rail system according to the invention arranged on the floor. It can be provided that each floor guide encompasses a head of the profile rail that is assigned to it. The sliding door system can be a telescopic sliding door system, for example, in which the first door leaf drives the second door leaf to perform a movement in the same direction.

Provision is preferably made for the floor guide to have at least one carriage, with the anti-detachment device being arranged on the at least one carriage. As a result, a floor guide can be created in an advantageous manner, which allows the carriage to roll over rollers on a running surface of the profile rails, thus providing advantageous support for the door leaf and effective protection against detaching.

The anti-detachment device can have a sliding insert that can be inserted into the floor guide and has a contour that is adapted to the respective profile rail and partially encompasses the respective profile rail. The sliding insert is therefore the part of the safety catch that partially encompasses the profile rail. The sliding insert also enables advantageous sliding on the surface of the profile rail. The anti-detachment device can thus be arranged with the slide insert directly above the running surface of the profile rail or touching the surface of the profile rail, so that the slide insert can surround the profile rail or the head of the profile rail very closely, which can provide an advantageous safeguard against detachment. By configuring the sliding insert in a form that can be inserted into the floor guide, the sliding insert can be advantageously replaced, for example, if it shows signs of wear as a result of sliding over the profile rail. Furthermore, the sliding insert can be made of a different material than the floor guide, for example plastic. As a result, for example, the noise generated by sliding over the profile rail can be kept low and a material can be selected that has only a low tendency to wear. The sliding insert can also be formed from an elastic material, the sliding insert being first placed on the profile rail outside the floor guide, as a result of which the sliding insert is elastically bent and spread open. The sliding insert can then snap under the head of the profile rail to grip around the profile rail. The sliding insert can then be inserted into the floor guide, the floor guide then preventing renewed elastic bending and spreading of the sliding insert when attempting to unhinge the door leaf.

In addition and as an alternative to the sliding insert, the anti-detachment device can also have a one-part or multi-part plate device which has a contour adapted to the respective profile rail and partially encompasses the respective profile rail, the plate device being fastenable to the floor guide. The plate device can be made of metal, for example. The plate device can form an additional emergency or overload protection against detachment provided for the sliding insert. Alternatively, the disk device can also form the detachment protection itself. The floor guide may, for example, have a recess in which the disk device is inserted. In the case of an embodiment as a multi-part panel device, the panel device can be arranged in a particularly advantageous manner so as to encompass the profile rail.

Provision is preferably made for the door leaf or leaves to be glass door leaves.

Provision can also be made for a frame element of the sliding door system to be placed on one of the profile rails in the sliding door system according to the invention. The frame element can, for example, also be fastened to the profile rail by encompassing the profile rail, preferably the head of the profile rail.

The frame element can have a recess adapted to the profile rail.

In principle it is possible that the frame element is only placed on the profile rail and is fastened in an upper area or on a wall, so that the profile rail merely forms a guide so that the frame element can be arranged in the correct position.

The safety device described above also has independent inventive significance and can also be realized independently of the special design of the rail system or sliding door system.

The invention thus also relates to a sliding door system with a rail system with at least one profile rail on which at least one door leaf is guided. The at least one door leaf has a floor guide, via which the door leaf is guided on the profile rail, the floor guide having an anti-detachment device that partially encompasses the profile rail. In the configuration of this sliding door system with several door leaves and several profile rails, it is preferably provided that each door leaf is guided on a profile rail. In principle, however, it is also possible for several door leaves to be guided on a profile rail. The anti-detachment device preferably encompasses a head of the profile rail. It is preferably provided that the floor guide has at least one carriage, the detachment safety device being arranged on the at least one carriage. Provision can also be made for the anti-detachment device to have a sliding insert which can be inserted into the floor guide and which has a contour adapted to the profile rail and partially encompasses the profile rail. The anti-detachment device can have a one-part or multi-part plate device, which has a contour adapted to the profile rail and partially encompasses the profile rail, the plate device being able to be fastened to the floor guide.

The anti-detachment device can thus have the same features as the detachment device of the sliding door system according to the invention described above. The corresponding advantages are also available.

In 1 a sliding door system 1 according to the invention is shown in a schematic overall view.

The sliding door system 1 has a sliding door consisting of five door leaves 3, for example glass door leaves. The door leaves 3 are guided by means of a floor guide 5 on a rail system 7 on the floor. A guide rail 9 , which guides the upper area of the door leaf 3 , is arranged on the upper area of the door leaf 3 . The guide rail 9 is connected to the rail system 7 via frame elements 11 .

In Fign. In Figs. 2 and 3 is the rail system 7 according to the invention schematically in a perspective view ( 2 ) and a sectional view ( 3 ) shown.

The rail system 7 has several profile rails 13 on which the door leaves 3 are guided. The profile rails 13 are arranged on a first rail element 15 and extend in the longitudinal direction (arrow in 2 ) of the first rail element 15 - and thus in the longitudinal direction of the rail system 7 - and are arranged parallel to one another. The first rail member 15 has a first main body 17 arranged horizontally, with the profile rails 13 extending vertically from the main body 17 .

The profile rails 13 have the same height, i. H. Running surfaces 13a formed on the profile rails 13 extend at the same distance from the first main body 17. Due to the horizontal arrangement of the first main body 17, the profile rails 13 can be designed with a relatively small height, so that the gaps formed between the profile rails 13 are relatively small , so that the rail system 7 according to the invention has only a low tendency to become soiled.

The rail system 7 according to the invention also has a second rail element 21 . The second rail element 21 has a second main body 23, the surface 24 of the second main body 23 facing the first rail element 15 being inclined in a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction of the rail system. The tilt direction is in 3 also indicated by an arrow. The first Main body 17 and second main body 23 are each formed in a plate shape.

A plurality of fastening elements 25 are arranged between the first rail element 15 and the second rail element 21 . The plurality of fastening elements 25 are arranged at a distance from one another in the longitudinal direction of the rail system. The fastening elements 25 rest on the surface 24 of the second main body 23 of the second rail element 21 . The first rail element 15 rests with its first main body 17 on the fastening elements 25 . The fastening elements 25 have grooves 27 which extend in the longitudinal direction of the rail system. First fastening means 29, for example screws, fasten the first rail element 15 to the fastening elements 25 by engaging in the grooves 27 of the fastening elements 25.

The rail system 7 also has second fastening means 31 in the form of screws, via which the second rail element 21 can be fastened to the floor. The fastening means 31 penetrate the fastening elements 25 and the second rail element 21 through through-holes 33. The fastening elements 25 and the second rail element 21 are thus fastened together to the floor. Seals 35 that seal the through bore 33 of the respective fastening element 25 are arranged on the fastening elements 25 on the side facing the first rail element 15 and the second rail element 21 . The seals 35 ensure that water that gets between the first rail element 15 and the second rail element 21 cannot penetrate through the through bores 33 in the second rail element 21 into the ground.

The arrangement of the first rail element 15 and the second rail element 21 according to the invention has the advantage that water that collects between the profile rails 13 can get between the first rail element 15 and the second rail element 21 through drainage openings 37, for example, and due to the inclination of the surface 24 of the second main body 23 can run off the second rail element 21 laterally. The drainage openings 37 are preferably located in one area between fastening elements 25. This arrangement can ensure that the first rail element 15 can be arranged horizontally, as a result of which the advantageous configuration of the profile rails 13 with small gaps 19 can be made possible.

From the second main body 23 of the second rail member 21, a leg 39 extends in the vertical direction. The first rail element 15 rests with a side element 41 on the leg 39 of the second rail element 15 . This enables guidance during the assembly of the first rail element 15 on the second rail element 21 .

Also arranged in the surface 24 of the second main body 23 of the second rail element 21 is a guide projection 43 which extends in the longitudinal direction of the rail system and protrudes in the direction of the first rail element 15 . The guide projection 43 forms a guide for the fastening elements 25, so that they can be arranged in an advantageous manner during assembly. The second main body 23 of the second rail element 21 has a fastening area 45 . The through hole 33 of the second rail element 21 is arranged in the fastening area 45 . Further, the surface 24 of the main body 23 in the attachment portion 45 forms a horizontally disposed portion, thus having no inclination. This section, to which the shape of the fastening elements 25 is adapted, ensures that no transverse forces are exerted on the second rail element 21 by the fastening means 31 . Furthermore, the fastening area 45 has ribs 49 which extend in the longitudinal direction of the rail system and protrude on the side of the second rail element 21 which is remote from the first rail element 15 . These ribs 49 ensure increased stability of the second rail element 21 and also provide a support for the second rail element 21 on the floor. The ribs 49 are at the in 3 shown view arranged to the right and left of the through holes 33 and thus surround them laterally. As a result, increased stability is provided, particularly in the area in which pressure is exerted on the second rail element 21 by the fastening means 31, so that the rail element 21 cannot sag.

The first rail element 15 also has, on the side facing the second rail element 21 , a plurality of ribs 50 which extend in the longitudinal direction of the rail system and protrude in the direction of the second rail element 21 . These ribs are used for a second purpose of use of the first rail element 15, in which the first rail element 15 can be fastened to the floor, for example indoors, without the second rail element 21. On the side facing away from the first main body 17, the profile rails 13 each have a head 13b, which forms the running surface 13a. The running surface is curved transversely to the longitudinal direction of the rail system. The door leaves 3 each have a floor guide 5, which can consist of carriages 51, for example. The floor guide 5 can have two carriages 51 per door leaf 3, for example. The carriage 51 is in 4 shown schematically.

The carriage 51 has two rollers 53 which roll on the running surface 13a of the rail 13 . The rollers 53 have a concave rolling surface, which is adapted to the curved running surface 13a. The carriage 51 also has an anti-detachment device 55 which encompasses a head 13b of a profile rail 13 . The safety device 55 has a sliding insert 57 made of plastic, for example. The sliding insert 57 has a contour adapted to the profile rail 13 and partially encompasses the profile rail 13 . The slide insert 57 is arranged at a small distance from the profile rail 13 . Due to the design of the sliding insert 57 made of plastic, the sliding insert can slide on the running surface 13a of the corresponding profile rail 13 without excessive noise being generated. Gripping around the profile rail 13 ensures that it cannot be unhinged. The slide insert 57 is inserted into the floor guide 5 and in particular into the carriage 51 . Furthermore, due to the design of the sliding insert 57 made of plastic, it can advantageously be placed on the profile rails 13 by being slightly elastically deformed when placed from above by the head 13b of the profile rail 13 and snapping in gripping the head 13b.

The anti-detachment device 55 also has a two-part plate device 59 made of a material that is harder and less elastic than the slide insert 57 , with the plate device 59 also encompassing the profile rail 13 . The plate device 59 is inserted into the carriage 51 and screwed to it. The carriage 51 has a recess for this. Due to the two-part design of the plate device 59, this can be arranged in an advantageous manner surrounding the profile rail 13. In principle, the plate device 59 can also be designed in one piece, in which case the plate device 59 must be pushed onto the profile rail 13 from one end of the rail system 7 . The plate device 59 is an additional safeguard against lifting, so that in the event of a failure of the sliding insert 57 there is a further safeguard.

How best from the Figs. 2 and 3 As can be seen, the frame element 11 is placed on one of the profile rails 13 . For this purpose, the frame element 11 has a recess 61 adapted to the profile rail 13 at its lower end. As a result, the frame element 11 is guided during assembly, so that it is ensured that the frame element 11 is arranged in a correct position. The frame element 11 can be used, for example, to ensure that a door leaf 3, as shown in 2 shown, can enter a space formed by the frame element 11 . The recess 61 ensures that the frame element 11 is arranged flush with the corresponding door leaf 3 .

The rail system 7 according to the invention has the particular advantages that the first and second rail elements 15, 21 are of simple construction and inexpensive to manufacture and even when the first rail element 15 is arranged with a horizontally arranged main body 17, water such as rainwater or cleaning water can drain off , can be done in a reliable manner by passing from the first rail member 15 to the second rail member 21 and being able to drain laterally due to the inclined arrangement of the surface 24 of the second main body 23 of the second rail member 21 . Due to the attachment of the first rail member 15 to the fasteners 25 and the attachment of Fastening elements 25 together with the second rail element 21 on the floor can also advantageously be sealed so that no water can get from the second rail element 21 through the through hole 33 into the floor.
