Claims (9)

  1. Vorrichtung (1), die ein Tuch (21) umfasst, wobei die Vorrichtung auch erste Steuermittel (3) umfasst, die so konfiguriert und geeignet sind, dass sie das Tuch in einer ersten Position (A; A1; A2), in der das Tuch (21) in einer Gebrauchssituation der Vorrichtung einen Sonnenschutz bildet, und in einer zweiten Position (B; B1; B2), in der das Tuch in einer Gebrauchssituation der Vorrichtung einen Windschutz bildet, wobei die Vorrichtung einen aus- und einklappbaren Schirm (2) umfasst, wobei der Schirm das Tuch (21) und ein Gestell (22) umfasst, das zum Befestigen und Spannen des Tuchs darauf konfiguriert und geeignet ist, wobei die Vorrichtung auch einen Ständer (5) umfasst, der zum Tragen des Schirms konfiguriert und geeignet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Steuermittel (3) eine Stange (31) und erste Verbindungsmittel (32) umfassen, die die Stange an einem ersten äußeren Ende schwenkbar mit dem Ständer (5) verbinden,
    und dadurch, dass:
    die ersten Steuermittel (3) zweite Verbindungsmittel (33) umfassen, die die Stange (31) an einem zweiten äußeren Ende schwenkbar mit dem Gestell (22) verbinden, der Schirm (2) fächerförmig ist und ein Scharnier umfasst, von dem aus sich das Gestell (22) erstreckt und (ent)faltet, die ersten Steuermittel (3) dritte Verbindungsmittel (34) umfassen, die das Scharnier schwenkbar und verschiebbar mit dem Ständer (5) verbinden.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung auch zweite Steuermittel (4) umfasst, die so konfiguriert und geeignet sind, dass sie das Tuch in der Höhe innerhalb eines bestimmten Bereichs (C), mindestens 20 cm, vorzugsweise mindestens 50 cm, noch bevorzugter mindestens 100 cm, einstellen.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    der Ständer einen Pfosten (51) umfasst, wobei der Pfosten einen ersten Teil (52) und einen zweiten Teil (53) umfasst; und
    die zweiten Steuermittel vierte Verbindungsmittel (41) umfassen, die so konfiguriert und geeignet sind, dass sie den ersten Teil und den zweiten Teil teleskopisch verbinden.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung auch ein erstes Betätigungsmittel (35) umfasst, das zum Betätigen des ersten Steuermittels konfiguriert und geeignet ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung auch ein zweites Betätigungsmittel (42) umfasst, das zum Betätigen des zweiten Steuermittels konfiguriert und geeignet ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Betätigungsmittel und das zweite Betätigungsmittel auf derselben Seite der Vorrichtung (1) angeordnet sind.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Stange (31) in der ersten Position (A) über den Schirm (2) erstreckt und in der zweiten Position (B) zwischen dem Schirm (2) und dem Ständer (5) verläuft.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schirm (2) eine horizontale erste Position und eine vertikale zweite Position einnimmt.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dritten Verbindungsmittel (34) eine Hülse umfassen, die verschiebbar um den Ständer (5) herum angebracht ist, und dass das Scharnier schwenkbar an der Hülse angeordnet ist.
