Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif (1) comprenant une toile (21), lequel dispositif comprend également des premiers moyens de commande (3) configurés et adaptés pour positionner la toile dans une première position (A ; A1 ; A2) dans laquelle la toile (21), dans une situation d'utilisation du dispositif, forme un pare-soleil, et une deuxième position (B ; B1 ; B2) dans laquelle la toile, dans une situation d'utilisation du dispositif, forme un brise-vent, le dispositif comprenant un écran (2) qui peut être déployé et replié, l'écran comprenant la toile (21) et une armature (22) configurée et adaptée pour fixer et tendre la toile dessus, le dispositif comprenant également un pied (5) configuré et adapté pour supporter l'écran, caractérisé en ce que les premiers moyens de commande (3) comprennent une tige (31) et des premiers moyens de connexion (32) qui relient de manière pivotante la tige au pied (5) au niveau d'une première extrémité extérieure, et en ce que :
    les premiers moyens de commande (3) comprennent des deuxièmes moyens de connexion (33) qui relient la tige (31) à l'armature (22) de manière pivotante au niveau d'une seconde extrémité extérieure, l'écran (2) étant en forme d'éventail et comprenant une charnière d'où s'étend, se déploie et se replie l'armature (22), les premiers moyens de commande (3) comprenant des troisièmes moyens de connexion (34) qui relient de manière pivotante et coulissante la charnière au pied (5).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend également des seconds moyens de commande (4) configurés et adaptés pour régler la toile en hauteur dans une plage déterminée (C), d'au moins 20 cm, de préférence d'au moins 50 cm, plus préférentiellement d'au moins 100 cm.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que :
    le pied comprend un montant (51), lequel montant comprend une première partie (52) et une deuxième partie (53) ; et
    les seconds moyens de commande comprennent des quatrièmes moyens de connexion (41) configurés et adaptés pour relier de manière télescopique la première partie et la deuxième partie.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend également des premiers moyens de manoeuvre (35) configurés et adaptés pour manoeuvrer les premiers moyens de commande.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend également des seconds moyens de manoeuvre (42) configurés et adaptés pour manoeuvrer les seconds moyens de commande.
  6. Dispositif selon les revendications 4 et 5, caractérisé en ce que les premiers moyens de manoeuvre et les seconds moyens de manoeuvre sont disposés du même côté du dispositif (1).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la tige (31) s'étend au-dessus de l'écran (2) dans la première position (A), et la tige (31) s'étend entre l'écran (2) et le pied (5) dans la deuxième position (B).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'écran (2) adopte une première position horizontale et une seconde position verticale.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les troisièmes moyens de liaison (34) comprennent un manchon qui est monté de manière coulissante autour du pied (5) et la charnière est disposée de manière pivotante sur le manchon.
