Claims (19)

  1. Elektronisches Vorrichtung (10), umfassend:
    - ein Gehäuse (12);
    - eine elektronische Schaltung (14), die in dem Gehäuse (12) angeordnet ist;
    - eine Energiequelle (16) zum Bereitstellen elektrischer Energie für die elektronische Schaltung (14); und
    - eine Manipulationsschutzanordnung (18), umfassend:
    - ein elektrisches Element (30; 35); und
    - ein mechanisches Element (32), das mit dem elektrischen Element (30) und einem Abschnitt (34) des mechanischen Elements (32) gekoppelt ist, der sich von einer Oberfläche (36) des Gehäuses (12) erstreckt, wobei das mechanische Element (32) dazu ausgelegt ist, eine erste Position von einer zweiten Position aus zu erreichen, wenn die Oberfläche (36) des Gehäuses (12) auf einer Benutzungsfläche (24) angebracht ist, und wobei
    - das elektrische Element (30) in der ersten Position auf die elektronische Schaltung (14) wirkt, um eine elektrische Verbindung der elektronischen Schaltung (14) zu schließen, um die Erzeugung eines Alarmsignals zu vermeiden; und
    - das elektrische Element (30) in der zweiten Position nicht auf die elektronische Schaltung (14) wirkt, um die elektrische Verbindung der elektronischen Schaltung (14) zu öffnen, um das Alarmsignal zu erzeugen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mechanische Element (32) eine erste Feder (S1) und eine zweite Feder (S2) sowie eine Platte (33) umfasst und wobei ein erstes Ende der ersten Feder (S1) und der zweiten Feder (S2) fest an der Platte (33) angebracht sind, und wobei ein zweites Ende der ersten Feder (S1) an einer zweiten Hälfte des Gehäuses (22) angebracht ist und wobei die Federkonstante der ersten Feder (S1) kleiner als die Federkonstante der zweiten Feder ist (S2) und wobei die erste Feder (S1) koaxial zur zweiten Feder (S2) angeordnet ist.
  2. Elektronische Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die elektronische Schaltung (14) ein erstes Kontaktfeld (31) und ein zweites Kontaktfeld (33) umfasst und wobei das elektrische Element (30) in der ersten Position das erste Kontaktfeld (31) und das zweite Kontaktfeld (33) verbindet.
  3. Elektronische Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Gehäuse (12) einschließt:
    - eine erste Hälfte (20), die dazu ausgelegt ist, die elektronische Schaltung (14) und die Stromquelle (16) darauf zu tragen, und
    - wobei die zweite Hälfte (22) dazu ausgelegt ist, die Manipulationsschutzanordnung (18) darauf zu tragen, wobei die zweite Hälfte (22) die Oberfläche (36) mit einer Öffnung (38) einschließt, die dazu ausgelegt ist, dem Abschnitt (34) des mechanischen Elements (32) zu ermöglichen, sich durch diese hindurch zu erstrecken.
  4. Elektronische Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 3, wobei die zweite Hälfte (22) ferner mindestens ein Loch (40) einschließt, das dazu ausgelegt ist, mindestens eine Schraube zum Anbringen des Gehäuses (12) auf der Benutzungsfläche (24) aufzunehmen.
  5. Elektronische Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 3, ferner umfassend ein Klebeelement, das auf der Oberfläche (36) des Gehäuses (12) angeordnet ist, um das Anbringen des Gehäuses (12) auf der Benutzungsfläche (24) zu ermöglichen.
  6. Elektronische Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das elektrische Element (30) eine leitfähige Carbonpille ist.
  7. Elektronische Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das elektrische Element ein Mikroschalter (35) ist.
  8. Elektronische Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das mechanische Element (32) einschließt:
    - eine Welle (42) mit einem ersten Endabschnitt (44), der mit dem elektrischen Element gekoppelt ist, und einem zweiten Endabschnitt (34) gegenüber dem ersten Endabschnitt (44), der so ausgelegt ist, dass er sich von der Oberfläche (36) des Gehäuses (12) erstreckt, und
    - einen elastischen seitlichen Flansch (46), der sich vom ersten Endabschnitt (44) der Welle (42) erstreckt.
  9. Elektronische Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Welle (42) dazu ausgelegt ist, mit Hilfe des seitlichen Flansches (46) wirksam zu werden, um dem mechanischen Element (32) zu ermöglichen, mit dem Anbringen bzw. dem Entfernen des Gehäuses (12) die erste Position bzw. die zweite Position zu erreichen.
  10. Elektronische Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das mechanische Element (32) aus Silizium gefertigt ist.
  11. Manipulationsschutzanordnung (18) für eine elektronische Vorrichtung (10), wobei die Manipulationsschutzanordnung (18) die Merkmale der Manipulationsschutzanordnung (18) nach Anspruch 1 umfasst.
  12. Manipulationsschutzanordnung (18) nach Anspruch 11, wobei das elektrische Element (32) eine leitfähige Carbonpille ist.
  13. Manipulationsschutzanordnung (18) nach Anspruch 11, wobei das elektrische Element ein Mikroschalter (35) ist.
  14. Manipulationsschutzanordnung (18) nach den Ansprüchen 11, 12 oder 13, wobei das mechanische Element (32) beinhaltet:
    - eine Welle (42) mit einem ersten Endabschnitt (44), der mit dem elektrischen Element (30; 35) gekoppelt ist, und einem zweiten Endabschnitt (34) gegenüber dem ersten Endabschnitt (44), der so ausgelegt ist, dass er sich von der Oberfläche (36) des Gehäuses (12) erstreckt,
    - einen seitlichen Flansch (46), der sich vom ersten Endabschnitt (44) der Welle (42) erstreckt,
    - einen Längsflansch (48), der mit dem seitlichen Flansch (46) gekoppelt ist und sich entlang der Welle (42) erstreckt; und
    - ein Paar Verbindungsstücke (50), die mit dem Längsflansch (48) gekoppelt sind, wobei das Paar von Verbindungsstücken (50) dazu ausgelegt ist, mit Verbindungslaschen (52) in Eingriff zu treten, die innerhalb des Gehäuses (12) konfiguriert sind.
  15. Manipulationsschutzvorrichtung (18) nach Anspruch 14, wobei die Welle (42) dazu ausgelegt ist, mit Hilfe des seitlichen Flansches (46) wirksam zu werden, um dem mechanischen Element (32) zu ermöglichen, mit dem Anbringen bzw. dem Entfernen des Gehäuses (12) die erste Position bzw. die zweite Position zu erreichen.
  16. Manipulationsschutzanordnung (18) nach den Ansprüchen 11 bis 15, wobei das mechanische Element (32) aus Silizium zusammengesetzt ist/gefertigt ist.
  17. Elektronische Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die elektronische Vorrichtung ein Alarmperipheriegerät ist, die ein Manipulationsfeststellungselement und ein Gehäuse umfasst, das so angeordnet ist, dass es auf einer Oberfläche angebracht ist, wobei das Manipulationsfeststellungselement in Richtung einer ersten Position vorgespannt und so angeordnet ist, dass es von der ersten Position weg versetzt wird, wenn das Gehäuse auf der Oberfläche angebracht ist, wobei das Alarmperipheriegerät so angeordnet ist, dass es als Reaktion auf die Feststellung der Bewegung des Elements in Richtung der ersten Position ein Alarmsignal erzeugt, wenn das Peripheriegerät von der Oberfläche entfernt wird.
  18. Elektronische Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 17, wobei die erste Feder (S1) in zwei Federn unterteilt ist, die an gegenüberliegenden Seiten der zweiten Feder (S2) angeordnet sind.
  19. Elektronische Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, wobei die Gesamtfederkonstante der beiden Federn größer ist als die Federkonstante der zweiten Feder (S2).
