Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Regalbox nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 sowie ein Regalboxensystem mit einer entsprechenden Regalbox.
  • Aus dem Stand der Technik sind Regal-Boxen-Systeme bekannt, welche sich beispielsweise für Materiallager, jedoch auch für den Einsatz in Service-Fahrzeugen eignen, und welche ein Regal mit herausnehmbaren Boxen aufweisen, welche in das Regal eingeschoben und dort arretiert werden können. Ein derartiges Regalboxensystem ist Gegenstand der DE 10 2004 005 362 B4 . Die dort beschriebene Regalbox kann in zwei verschiedenen Positionen gesichert werden, wobei Arretieranschläge an der Box mit entsprechenden Arretiernasen an einer regalfesten Schiene zusammenwirken.
  • Ein Regal-Behältersystem ist auch Gegenstand der DE 10 2014 104 117 A1 . Hierbei weist der Behälter an seiner Unterseite eine Nut auf, welche eine sich quer zur Schubrichtung erstreckende Breite hat, wodurch die zugeordnete Führungsschiene auf dem Regalboden in die Nut einsetzbar ist. Auf diese Weise können Boxen in Fahrzeugen gegen Verrutschen oder Herunterfallen gesichert werden.
  • Die GB 933 918 zeigt ein Regalboxensystem, bestehend aus einzelnen Boxen mit oberen und unteren Führungsschienen 14, welche mit Hilfe von U-förmigen Verriegelungsstäben zu einer Gesamtanordnung zusammengefasst werden können. Eine besondere Eignung für den mobilen Bereich hat dieses System nicht, insbesondere keine Sicherung gegen Herausrutschen der Boxen aus dem Regal.
  • Die DE 198 48 711 A1 hat eine Regalbox mit zwei an einer Seitenwand angeordneten Arretieranschlägen zum Gegenstand, welche im oberen Drittel der Seitenwand angeordnet sind.
  • Ausgehend von dieser Druckschrift stellt sich die Aufgabe, eine Regalbox bzw. ein Regalboxensystem bereit zu stellen, welches, insbesondere bei kleinen Boxen und geringen Beladungsmengen universeller einsetzbar ist.
  • Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe mit den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen der Ansprüche 1 bzw. 5. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind den jeweiligen Unteransprüchen entnehmbar.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird im Folgenden anhand der begleitenden Zeichnungen näher erläutert.

  • Die in den Figuren 1 bis 3 schematisch dargestellte Regalbox 1 besteht vorzugsweise aus einem Kunststoff, z. B. Polypropylen, Polycarbonat oder einem anderen Kunststoff oder einem beliebigen Gemisch von Kunststoffen. Es kann sich um eine Box ohne Deckel oder um eine Box mit daran angelenktem oder einfach abnehmbarem Deckel handeln. Die Regalbox 1 weist in an sich bekannter Weise einen Boden und vier Seitenwände auf und kann ansonsten beliebig gestaltet sein. Ihre Form entspricht im Wesentlichen der eines Quaders. Wie aus Figur 2 ersichtlich ist kann die Regalbox 1 in Führungsschienen 14 eingehängt werden, welche etwa Doppel-T-Querschnitt aufweisen und an Ihrer Oberseite mit der Unterseite eines Regalbodens verbunden sind. Die Verbindung kann durch Kleben, Verschweißen, Verschrauben oder auf andere Weise erfolgen. An der Unterseite der Doppel-T-förmigen Struktur der Führungsschienen 14 befindet sich der Laufsteg 10 für die zwischen zwei gleichartige Führungsschienen 14 einzuhängende Regalbox 1. Jede dieser benachbarten Führungsschienen 14 weist einen Laufsteg auf, auf welchem die Regalbox wie nachfolgend dargestellt eingehängt werden und verschoben werden kann. Wie in Figur 2 dargestellt sind die Doppel-T-förmigen Führungsschienen 14 insoweit symmetrisch ausgebildet als links und rechts neben der dargestellten Regalbox im Zusammenhang mit weiteren Führungsschienen 14 weitere gleichartige Regalboxen eingebracht und verschoben werden können.
  • Die Regalbox 1 weist im oberen Drittel 5 ihrer Seitenwand 2 zwei an der Seitenwand 2 Regalbox 1 angeordnete Arretieranschläge 3 bzw. 4 auf. Hierbei handelt es sich um einstückig zusammen mit der im Spritzgussverfahren hergestellten Regalbox 1 hergestellte Hervorstehungen, welche in dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel die Form eines abgeflachten Rechtecks aufweisen und hier an der Unterseite einer Laufschiene 6 angeordnet sind. Die Laufschiene 6 hat jedoch keine besondere Bedeutung. Die Arretieranschläge 4 und 3 können auch lediglich an der Seitenwand 2 der Regalbox 1 angeordnet sein, ohne dass es einer Laufschiene 6 bedürfte.
  • Wie aus Figur 4 zu entnehmen ist liegt die Regalbox ausschließlich über die Arretieranschläge 3 und 4, welche sich im oberen Drittel 5 der Seitenwand 2 der Regalbox 1 befinden auf dem Laufsteg 10 der Führungsschienen 14. Hierbei ist in Figur 4 die vollständig in das Regal eingeschobene Regalbox 1 dargestellt. In dieser Position befindet sich der vordere Arretieranschlag 3 der Regalbox 1 - in Auszugsrichtung der Regalbox 1 - hinter der Arretiernase 11 des Laufstegs 10 der Führungsschiene 14. In dieser Position ist ein unbeabsichtigtes Herausfallen der Regalbox 1 nicht möglich, auch nicht, wenn diese sich in einem Service-Fahrzeug befindet, welches über einen unebenen Untergrund fährt, da der Anschlag des vorderen Arretieranschlags 3 an der Arretiernase 11 dies verhindert.
  • Um an den Inhalt der oben offenen Regalbox 1 heranzukommen, hebt man diese an ihrer Vorderseite zunächst nach oben an, wodurch die in Figur 5 dargestellte Position eingenommen wird. In dieser Position befindet sich der vordere Arretieranschlag 3 oberhalb der Arretiernase 11 und die Regalbox 1 kann weiter herausgezogen werden, bis sich, wie in Figur 6 dargestellt, der vordere Arretieranschlag 3 über der Arretiernase 11 befindet. Bei noch weiterem Herausziehen der Regalbox 1 schlägt der hintere Arretieranschlag 4 der Regalbox 1 an der Arretiernase 11 an, so wie es in Figur 7 dargestellt ist. In dieser Stellung kann die Regalbox 1 losgelassen werden und kippt dann aufgrund ihres eigenen Gewichts nach vorn, bis ihre rückwärtige obere Kante 13 an der Unterseite des darüberliegenden Regalbodens 12 zum Anschlag kommt, während gleichzeitig der hintere Arretieranschlag 4 noch im Anschlag mit der Arretiernase 11 ist. Dieses Verkanten der Regalbox 1 ist in Figur 8 dargestellt. In dieser Position lässt sich der Inhalt der Regalbox 1 ohne weiteres von oben entnehmen, ohne dass diese gleichzeitig mit der Hand gesichert werden müsste. Der Benutzer kann also mit beiden Händen in die Regalbox 1 eingreifen, weil sich diese durch das Verkanten in der in Fig. 8 dargestellte Positionen selbst sichert.
  • Um die Regalbox 1 ganz aus dem Regal herausnehmen zu können, muss sie auch hinten angehoben werden, wodurch der hintere Arretieranschlag 4, wie es in Figur 9 dargestellt ist, über die Arretiernase 11 gezogen werden kann und schließlich über die in Figur 10 dargestellte Zwischenposition die in Figur 11 dargestellte Endposition erreicht wird, bei der die Regalbox 1 vollständig von dem Regal getrennt ist und mitgenommen werden kann.
  • Das Einfügen der Regalbox 1 in das Regal erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge, also beginnend mit der in Figur 11 gezeigten Position und endend mit der Position gem. Figur 4.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Regalbox weist neben den beiden im oberen Drittel 5 der Regalbox 1 angeordneten Arretieranschlägen 3 und 4 zwei weitere, im unteren Drittel 9 der Regalbox 1 angeordnete zweite Arretieranschläge 7 und 8 auf, und zwar sowohl an der dargestellten Seitenwand 2 als auch an der gegenüberliegenden Seitenwand. Diese zweiten Arretieranschläge 7 und 8 haben im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel keine besondere Bedeutung. Sie werden jedoch benötigt, wenn die erfindungsgemäße Regalbox nicht an der Unterseite eines Regalbodens eingehängt wird, wie es die Figuren 1 bis 3 zeigen, sondern auf einer Führungsschiene geführt werden soll, die sich auf der Oberseite eines Regalbodens befindet. Die mit oberen und unteren Arretieranschlägen ausgestattete Regalbox 1 kann somit nicht nur hängend verwendet werden, wie es das Ausführungsbeispiel zeigt, sondern auch stehend, unmittelbar auf einem Regalboden aufgesetzt, ähnlich der in der DE 10 2004 005 362 B2 beschriebenen Anordnung. Die Funktion entspricht im Übrigen der in den Figuren gezeigten Funktion.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Regalbox bzw. das bereitgestellte Regalboxensystem haben den Vorteil einer sicheren Lagerung von Waren innerhalb eines Fahrzeugs, insbesondere wenn diese nur geringeres Gewicht besitzen und somit ohne weiteres an der Unterseite eines Regalbodens befestigt werden können. Die Erfindung bietet auch den Vorteil, dass bei genügend Abstand zwischen benachbarten Regalböden sowohl hängende Boxen als auch stehende Boxen zwischen diesen benachbarten Regalböden angeordnet werden können, wobei sich die Boxen sowohl für den hängenden als auch für den stehenden Einbau eignen.

Claims (5)

  1. Regalbox (1) mit mindestens zwei an einer Seitenwand (2) der Regalbox (1) angeordneten ersten Arretieranschlägen (3, 4), dass wobei die ersten Arretieranschläge (3, 4) im oberen Drittel (5) der Seitenwand (2) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie an jeder ihrer Seitenwände (2) zusätzliche mindestens zwei zweite Arretieranschläge (7, 8) aufweist, welche im unteren Drittel (9) der Seitenwand (2) angeordnet sind.
  2. Regalbox nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auch an der gegenüberliegenden Seitenwand gleichartig erste Arretieranschläge angeordnet ist.
  3. Regalbox nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens eine die ersten Arretieranschläge (3, 4) verbindende Laufschiene (6) aufweist.
  4. Regalboxensystem mit einer Regalbox (1) nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch einen Laufsteg (10), auf welchem die Regalbox (1) mit den Arretieranschlägen (3, 4) aufliegt, und eine Arretiernase (11), gegen welche vordere Arretieranschläge (3) in einer ersten Position und hintere Arretieranschläge (4) in einer zweiten Position der Regalbox (1) auf dem Laufsteg (10) anliegen.
  5. Regalboxensystem nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe des an der Unterseite eines Regalbodens (12) befestigten Laufstegs (10) so bemessen ist, dass die Regalbox (1) zwischen den beiden Positionen beim Verkippen mit einer rückwärtigen oberen Kante (13) an der Unterseite des Regalbodens (12) anliegt und verkantet.
