Claims (5)
- Ein Anschluß (10) für die Zwischenverbindung mit einem elektrischen Kabel (20), der einen Körper aus leitfähigem Metallmaterial mit einem Verbindungsabschnitt (11), der dazu ausgebildet ist, mit einem Benutzergerät verbunden zu werden, und einem Stützabschnitt (13), der dazu ausgebildet ist, einen Zwischenbereich (21) des elektrischen Kabels (20), das mit dem Stützabschnitt (13) verschweißt ist, aufzunehmen, bei dem eine Isolierhülse (23) des elektrischen Kabels (20) in dem Zwischenbereich (21) entfernt wurde, aufweist,
bei dem der Anschluß an jedem der in Längsrichtung gegenüberliegenden Enden des Stützabschnitts (13) ein Paar Crimplaschen (15a, 15b; 16a, 16b), die sich von in Querrichtung gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Stützabschnitts (13) erstrecken und durch Verformung um eine Isolierhülse (23) des elektrischen Kabels (20), die zu dem Zwischenbereich (21) des elektrischen Kabels (20) benachbart ist, klemmbar sind, aufweist, bei dem jedes Laschenpaar (15a, 15b; 16a, 16b) mindestens eine Rippe (17, 18), die dazu angepasst ist, mit der Isolierhülse (23) des elektrischen Kabels (20) in Eingriff zu sein, und sich in Querrichtung zwischen den gegenüberliegenden freien Enden (15a', 15b'; 16a', 16b') des Laschenpaares (15a, 15b; 16a, 16b') erstreckt, aufweist,
bei dem die gegenüberliegenden freien Enden (15a', 15b'; 16a', 16b') jedes Laschenpaares (15a, 15b; 16a, 16b) komplementäre Profile aufweisen, die fingerartig ineinander greifen, wenn das Laschenpaar (15a, 15b; 16a, 16b) um die Isolierhülse (23) des elektrischen Kabels (20) geklemmt wird. - Ein Verfahren für das Bilden einer Zwischenverbindung mit einem elektrischen Kabel (20) mittels eines Anschlußes (10), welcher Anschluß einen Körper aus leitfähigem Metallmaterial mit einem Verbindungsabschnitt (11), der dazu ausgebildet ist, mit einem Benutzergerät verbunden zu werden, und einem Stützabschnitt (13) mit einem Paar Crimplaschen (15a, 15b; 16a, 16b), die sich von in Querrichtung gegenüberliegende Seiten des Stützabschnitts (13) erstrecken, an jedem der in Längsrichtung gegenüberliegenden Ende aufweist, bei der jedes Laschenpaar (15a, 15b; 16a, 16b) mindestens eine Rippe (17, 18) aufweist, die sich in Querrichtung zwischen den gegenüberliegenden freien Enden (15a', 15b'; 16a', 16b') des Laschenpaares (15a, 15b; 16a, 16b) erstreckt, welche gegenüberliegenden freien Enden (15a', 15b'; 16a', 16b') jedes Laschenpaares (15a, 15b; 16a, 16b) komplementäre Profile aufweisen,
bei dem das Verfahren die Schritte aufweist:Entfernen der Isolierhülse (23) von dem elektrischen Kabel (20) an einem Zwischenbereich (21) von letzterem,in Kontakt Bringen des Zwischenbereichs (21) des elektrischen Kabels (20) mit dem Stützabschnitt (13) des Anschlußes (10),Schweißen des Zwischenbereichs (21) des elektrischen Kabels (20) an den Stützabschnitt (13) des Anschlußes (10), undKlemmen jedes Paares von Crimplaschen (15a, 15b; 16a, 16b) um die Isolierhülse (23) des elektrischen Kabels (20) nahe dem Zwischenbereich (21) des elektrischen Kabels (20) derart, dass die jeweiligen Rippen (17, 18) die Isolierhülse (23) deformieren und dass die komplementären Profile der gegenüberliegenden freien Enden (15a', 15b'; 16a', 16b') jedes Laschenpaares (15a, 15b; 16a, 16b) fingerartig ineinandergreifen. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, das ferner
ein Anbringen einer dichtenden Abdeckung (30) um den Anschluß (10) herum, um den Stützabschnitt (13) des Anschlußes (10) zusammen mit dem Zwischenbereich (21) des elektrischen Kabels (20) und jedem Paar von Crimplaschen (15a, 15b; 16a, 16b) abzudecken, aufweist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, bei dem das elektrische Kabel (20) ein Aluminium-Leiterkabel ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, bei dem der Zwischenbereich (21) des elektrischen Kabels (20) durch Ultraschall an den Stützabschnitt (13) des Anschlußes (10) geschweißt ist.
