Claims (5)

  1. Connecteur (10) pour un raccordement intermédiaire à un câble électrique (20), comprenant un corps de matériau métallique conducteur ayant une partie de raccordement (11) configurée pour être raccordée à un dispositif utilisateur, et une partie de support (13) configurée pour recevoir une portion intermédiaire (21) du câble électrique (20) soudée à la partie de support (13), dans lequel une gaine isolante (23) du câble électrique (20) a été retirée dans la portion intermédiaire (21),
    dans lequel ledit connecteur comprend, sur chacune d'extrémités longitudinalement opposées de la partie de support (13), une paire de languettes de sertissage (15a, 15b ; 16a, 16b) s'étendant à partir de côtés transversalement opposés de la partie de support (13) et susceptibles d'être serrées par déformation autour d'une gaine isolante (23) du câble électrique (20) adjacente à la portion intermédiaire (21) du câble électrique (20), dans lequel chaque paire de languettes (15a, 15b ; 16a, 16b) comprend au moins une nervure (17, 18) conçue pour venir en prise avec la gaine isolante (23) du câble électrique (20) et s'étendant transversalement entre les extrémités libres opposées (15a', 15b' ; 16a', 16b') de la paire de languettes (15a, 15b ; 16a, 16b'),

Procédé pour former un raccordement intermédiaire à un câble électrique (20) au moyen d'un connecteur (10), le connecteur comprenant un corps de matériau métallique conducteur ayant une partie de raccordement (11) configurée pour être raccordée à un dispositif utilisateur, et une partie de support (13) ayant, sur chacune d'extrémités longitudinalement opposées, une paire de languettes de sertissage (15a, 15b ; 16a, 16b) s'étendant à partir de côtés transversalement opposés de la partie de support (13), dans lequel chaque paire de languettes (15a, 15b ; 16a, 16b) comprend au moins une nervure (17, 18) s'étendant transversalement entre les extrémités libres opposées (15a', 15b' ; 16a', 16b') de la paire de languettes (15a, 15b ; 16a, 16b), les extrémités libres opposées (15a', 15b' ; 16a', 16b') de chaque paire de languettes (15a, 15b ; 16a, 16b) ayant des profils complémentaires,
    dans lequel le procédé comprend les étapes de :
    retrait de la gaine isolante (23) du câble électrique (20) au niveau d'une portion intermédiaire (21) de ce dernier,
    placement de ladite portion intermédiaire (21) du câble électrique (20) en contact avec la partie de support (13) du connecteur (10),
    soudage de la portion intermédiaire (21) du câble électrique (20) à la partie de support (13) du connecteur (10), et
    serrage de chaque paire de languettes de sertissage (15a, 15b ; 16a, 16b) autour de la gaine isolante (23) du câble électrique (20) à proximité de la portion intermédiaire (21) du câble électrique (20), d'une manière telle que les nervures respectives (17, 18) déforment la gaine isolante (23) et d'une manière telle que les profils complémentaires des extrémités libres opposées (15a', 15b' ; 16a', 16b') de chaque paire de languettes (15a, 15b ; 16a, 16b) s'entrelacent.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, comprenant en outre
    l'application d'un revêtement d'étanchéité (30) autour du connecteur (10) afin de recouvrir la partie de support (13) du connecteur (10) conjointement avec la portion intermédiaire (21) du câble électrique (20) et chaque paire de languettes de sertissage (15a, 15b ; 16a, 16b).
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 2 ou 3, dans lequel le câble électrique (20) est un câble conducteur en aluminium.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, dans lequel la portion intermédiaire (21) du câble électrique (20) est soudée par ultrasons à la partie de support (13) du connecteur (10).
