Description

The invention relates to a vacuum cleaner floor nozzle, in particular a static vacuum cleaner floor nozzle with a housing and a sliding base arranged on the underside of the housing. A suction mouth is arranged in the sliding sole, which extends in a transverse direction and which is delimited by a border. The sliding sole has a flat area in front of and / or behind the suction mouth in a working direction perpendicular to the transverse direction.

Vacuum cleaner floor nozzles are designed for use with vacuum cleaners. The cleaning principle is based on the fact that a fan generates a suction air flow in the vacuum cleaner with which dirt particles are drawn off from surfaces to be cleaned, in particular floor surfaces. The vacuum cleaner has a dirt collecting device in which the dirt particles are separated from the suction air flow and collected. In particular, filter bag arrangements and cyclone separators are common.

To control the suction air flow by a user, a suction air duct is provided which guides the suction air flow into the dirt collecting space. For guiding the suction air flow on floor surfaces to be cleaned, vacuum cleaner floor nozzles with the generic features are known. The sliding sole on the underside faces a floor surface to be cleaned during the cleaning operation. The sliding sole can rest directly on the floor surface during operation on permeable floor coverings such as carpets. For air-impermeable floor surfaces, it is usually provided that the sliding sole is provided with suspension means, for example bristle strips, Support rollers and the like is held at a small distance from the floor surface. This creates a small gap between the vacuum cleaner floor nozzle and the floor surface, through which the suction air flow passes before it is fed to the suction air duct via the suction mouth. In order to avoid collisions between the sliding sole and the floor covering, the minimum distance between the sliding sole and the floor surface to be cleaned in smooth floor operation is usually at least 2 mm.

In order to optimize the cleaning properties of a vacuum cleaner floor nozzle, the geometries of the sliding soles are continuously developed. A balance must always be sought between the goals of good cleaning performance, protection of the floor covering to be cleaned and manageability. This is made more difficult by the fact that in the course of the EU Ecodesign Directive, the electrical power of household vacuum cleaners (and thus the physically achievable suction power) are limited to 900 watts.

In order to achieve higher flow velocities in the area of the suction mouth, for example, is off FR 2 871 046 A1 known to let the front and the rear suction mouth edge protrude from the sliding sole. The suction plateaus disclosed in this document, however, tend to "suck up" when there is contact between the sliding sole and the floor covering to be cleaned, so that the suction air flow and thus the cleaning effect are interrupted. Damage cannot be ruled out due to the intensive contact between the sliding sole and the floor covering.

In contrast, in CN 104367268 B A "sealing rib" of small width is provided on the sliding sole, which protrudes perpendicularly on the sliding sole. Such a rib can easily get caught on uneven floors and thus complicate the handling of the vacuum cleaner floor nozzle. Furthermore, it is possible that larger grains of dirt are pushed over the floor covering with the rib, so that it can be scratched.

Out EP 3 181 029 A1 a vacuum cleaner floor nozzle with the features of the preamble from claim 1 is known.

Against this background, the invention is based on the object of specifying a vacuum cleaner floor nozzle with favorable cleaning properties, in which at the same time protection of the floor covering to be cleaned is achieved and which is easy to handle.

The subject of the invention and the solution to this problem is a vacuum cleaner floor nozzle according to claim 1. Preferred embodiments are given in the subclaims.

Based on the generic vacuum cleaner floor nozzle, the invention provides that the sliding sole between the flat area and the suction mouth has a cant continuously adjoining the flat area, which protrudes downward beyond the extension of the flat area. Due to the continuous transition, the sliding sole can easily slide over uneven floors and obstacles onto the floor to be cleaned, in particular coarse dirt particles. The cant forms an integral part of the sliding sole and is seamlessly integrated into it.

Zweckmäßigerweise beträgt die Höhe der Überhöhung zumindest 0,5 mm, insbesondere zumindest 1 mm.In a preferred embodiment, the elevation has a height of less than 2 mm, in particular less than 1.5 mm. Such a slight surge is sufficient to generate a flow acceleration effective for cleaning in the area of the suction mouth edge adjacent to the elevation. At the same time, the overhang is small enough to allow safe sliding in connection with obstacles. The height of the elevation is expediently at least 0.5 mm, in particular at least 1 mm.

It is preferably provided that the elevation has a width of less than 3 mm, in particular less than 2 mm. Larger peaks form too large a contact area, which provides an additional seal in the case of suction. The width of the elevation is to be determined using the half-width of the profile.

A transition area of the elevation between the flat area and half the maximum height of the elevation preferably has a width of less than 10 mm. The transition area is very particularly preferably narrower than 5 mm. The minimum width for the transition area is at least 1 mm, preferably at least 3 mm. In the specified parameter ranges, a sufficiently smooth transition from the flat area to the camber is possible without taking up too much space.

In a preferred embodiment, the flat area is designed as a suction plateau. A suction platform is in the working position, especially when the vacuum cleaner floor nozzle is in contact with the floor surface to be cleaned and is aligned parallel to this floor surface. The suction plateau has a preferred width between 3 mm and 15 mm and is used in particular to support the vacuum cleaner floor nozzle on air-permeable floor coverings, such as carpeting. The sealing plateau creates a certain sealing effect between the underside of the vacuum cleaner floor nozzle and the floor material, so that a considerable proportion of the suction air flow is passed through the floor material. As a result, dirt particles can be picked up.

In this configuration, the elevation according to the invention protrudes into the air-permeable and elastic floor material. Thus, when the vacuum cleaner floor nozzle is moved over the floor material, a variable compression is generated, so that the floor material is loosened and the loosening of the dirt is simplified. At the same time, the incoming suction air flow experiences a strong deflection at the sharp bend, which also creates positive turbulence for the dirt pick-up.

In an alternative embodiment, the flat area is designed as a sliding slope. This can in particular be a slide-on bevel in front of the front suction mouth edge or a slide-off bevel behind the rear suction mouth edge. A slide-on slope preferably has a width between 5 mm and 20 mm, and a slide-on slope has a preferred width between 15 mm and 40 mm. The sliding slope is opposite in each case the horizontal or with respect to the floor surface to be cleaned - inclined by an angle between 3 ° and 20 °, in particular by 5 ° to 10 °.

With the elevation according to the invention, both suction plateaus and sliding bevels have improved cleaning properties.

The flat area is preferably designed as a recess in the sliding sole. In this case, protruding sections of the sliding sole run in the transverse direction next to the flat area, which protrude further downwards than the flat area itself. In particular, the elevation at its highest point can reach the same level as the laterally protruding area.

The transition between the flat area and the elevation is particularly preferably smooth. This means that the contour of the elevation follows a continuously differentiable curve, preferably a 2-fold continuously differentiable curve. Curves of this configuration form a particularly smooth transition, which leads to low sliding resistance when hitting obstacles.

The contour of the elevation can also be linear, at least in sections. Particularly preferably, the contour of the elevation does not fall below a radius of curvature of 1 mm. Large radii of curvature in the transition areas also contribute to a particularly smooth transition.

According to the invention it is provided that the maximum height of the elevation is a distance from the edge of the suction mouth of is less than 1 mm. The elevation is particularly preferably arranged immediately adjacent to the edge of the suction mouth.

In an alternative embodiment, not according to the invention, an inner plateau with a width between 1 mm and 3 mm is arranged between the suction mouth and the elevation immediately adjacent to the edge of the suction mouth. The inner plateau does not protrude from the flat surface. It is preferably oriented horizontally in the working position. The transition between the elevation and the inner plateau is also expediently continuous. The inner plateau ends with the suction mouth edge, which at the same time provides the edge of the suction mouth. Due to the elevation and the edge of the suction mouth, two flow resistances are connected one behind the other at a short distance, which leads to a turbulence which is favorable in terms of cleaning technology.

The area of elevation between the first point of the level area, at which half the maximum height is reached, to the last point before the edge of the suction mouth at which half the maximum height is reached, is also referred to as the "crest" of the elevation. The section between the crest and the flat area forms the transition between the flat area and the superelevation.

The gradient of the contour of the transition in the direction of the suction mouth edge preferably increases monotonically, in particular strictly monotonically, and decreases monotonically, in particular strictly monotonically, in the region of the crest of the elevation. In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the summit of the elevation is designed in the form of a circular arc segment, in particular a semicircle.

In a further preferred embodiment, the summit of the elevation has a plateau. The plateau expediently has a width between 0.3 mm and 1 mm.

The representation according to Figure 2C , 2F and 3 are not within the scope of the invention, but are shown for better understanding.

In the Fig. 1 shows the underside of a vacuum cleaner floor nozzle according to the invention according to a first embodiment. The vacuum cleaner floor nozzle has a housing 1 on which a sliding sole 2 is arranged on the underside. A suction mouth 3 is provided within the sliding sole 2, which is connected to a suction air duct for receiving a suction air stream. The suction air duct comprises a connection flange 4 connected to the rear end of the housing in a working direction x for connection to a vacuum cleaner. Also at the rear end of the housing 1 are two rollers 5 for supporting the housing. In the exemplary embodiment, the suction mouth 3 extends essentially in a transverse direction y that is transverse to the working direction x. In the illustrated bottom view, the border 6 of the suction mouth, which delimits the suction mouth 3, can be seen. On the sides in the transverse direction y, the suction mouth is designed to be open for edge suction.

The profiling of the sliding sole 2 according to the invention is shown in various exemplary embodiments in FIGS Figures 2A to 2F shown using the example of the rear suction mouth edge 6. Without limiting the invention, the front edge of the suction mouth can alternatively or additionally also have one Figures 2A to 2F have a similar course mirrored in the working direction x.

This in Figure 2A The profile of the sliding sole of a first embodiment shown is shown only in part in the area immediately rearward adjoining the suction mouth 3. The suction mouth is only indicated in the form of the rear suction mouth wall 7, which is inclined inward in the exemplary embodiment. The rear suction mouth wall 7 can without restriction of Invention also run vertically or inclined outwardly adjacent to the suction mouth.

In the exemplary embodiment, a flat area 8 in the form of a horizontally extending suction plateau 9 is arranged behind the suction mouth 3. At the rear, the plateau 9 is followed by a sliding slope 10 with an angle of inclination α relative to the horizontal of approximately 7 °.

According to the invention, an elevation 11 is arranged between the flat area 8, 9 and the suction mouth 3, which protrudes downward from an extension 12 of the flat area 8, 9 by a maximum height h of less than 2 mm. For the sake of clarity, the elevation 11 is not shown to scale, but is greatly exaggerated. The half-width b of the elevation 11 is less than 3 mm, while the transition area between the elevation 11 and the flat area 8, 9 has a width c of less than 10 mm.

Another, alternative embodiment is in Figure 2B shown. There the flat area 9 without a suction plateau is designed directly as a sliding slope 10. The structure is otherwise essentially with the design according to Figure 2A identical.

In the variant not according to the invention according to Figure 2C is compared to Figure 2A In addition, an inner plateau 13 is formed between the elevation 11 and the suction mouth 3 with a width a. This runs parallel to the horizontal, starting from the rear edge 6 of the suction mouth.

In the variant according to Figure 2D the elevation 11 is additionally formed with a plateau 14. This has a width d of a maximum of 0.5 mm.

In the embodiment according to Figure 2E the summit of the elevation 11 between the two half-value points is designed as a circular arc segment, specifically as a semicircular arc.

Der höchste Punkt der Überhöhung 11 erreicht dasselbe Niveau wie die seitlich überstehenden Bereiche 15.Another variant not according to the invention is shown in Figure 2F shown. The cross section of the elevation 11 essentially corresponds to the illustration from FIG Figure 2C with an inner plateau 13 and a flat area 8 designed as a suction plateau 9. The special feature here is that the suction plateau 9 is formed as part of a recess 14 in the sliding sole 2. The recess is - as one can compare with the Fig. 3 removes - formed in such a way that laterally protruding sections 15 are arranged next to the flat area 8, 9, which are at least partially in alignment with the sliding bevel 10. The highest point of the elevation 11 reaches the same level as the laterally protruding areas 15.
