Claims (6)
- Mélangeur permettant de mélanger et/ou d'homogénéiser des produits fluides, comprenant un réservoir et un arbre rotatif pouvant être entraîné par électro motorisation et au moyen duquel au moins deux organes de mélange connectés de manière fixe en rotation à l'arbre rotatif sont déplacés sur une piste circulaire, les organes de mélange étant insérés dans le réservoir dans un produit fluide de manière à être entourés par le produit en raison de leur mouvement, chaque organe de mélange (1) étant réalisé à la manière d'une boule sous forme d'un corps rond et présentant une surface extérieure fermée, caractérisé en ce que chaque organe de mélange (1) est connecté par un bras porteur (3) s'étendant radialement à un moyeu (2) pour connexion à l'arbre rotatif pouvant être entraîné, le bras porteur s'étendant radialement (3) étant disposé dans un plan radial commun.
- Mélangeur selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que les organes de mélange (1) sont disposés symétriquement à même distance de l'arbre rotatif. - Mélangeur selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce que les organes de mélange (1) sont de même taille et ont la même forme. - Mélangeur selon une de revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisé en ce que la surface extérieure de chaque organe de mélange (1) ne présente pas d'arêtes ou de pointes. - Mélangeur selon la revendication 4,
caractérisé en ce que chaque organe de mélange (1) présente un rayon maximal et un rayon minimal dont le rapport est de préférence inférieur à 5, très préférentiellement inférieur à 2, ou que l'organe de mélange (1) est de forme sphérique. - Mélangeur selon une des revendications 4 ou 5,
caractérisé en ce que l'organe de mélange (1) est un corps creux, composé de préférence de métal ou de matière plastique.
