本发明公开了一种LED荧光粉喷涂装置,包括E型支架,所述的E型支架的开口侧连接设有混胶筒,所述的混胶筒的顶部连接设有密封盖,所述的密封盖的上方连接设有电机,所述的电机的输出端连接设有搅拌轴,所述的搅拌轴的另一端连接设有混料球,所述的搅拌轴上垂直于搅拌轴连接设有搅拌杆,所述的搅拌杆远离搅拌轴的一端转动连接搅拌扇叶,所述的混胶筒的底部设有点胶头,所述的混胶筒的上方设有漏斗状添料筒,所述的E型支架上连接设有气泵,所述的气泵上连接设有气管,所述的气管的另一端穿过密封盖与混胶筒内连通,所述的E型支架的底部对应点胶头设有环形限位柱。本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:可以充分混胶,并有效控制出料,保证点胶成型。

一种LED荧光粉喷涂装置
技术领域
本发明涉及LED封装技术领域,具体是指一种LED荧光粉喷涂装置。
背景技术
LED获得白光的工艺采用蓝光激发的荧光粉,但粉层的厚度严重影响荧光粉的发光效率和产品的最终产品的光效,荧光粉厚度的均一性对产品的一致性和良品率也有很大的影响,所以荧光粉的涂覆技术对LED的生产具有重大的影响。目前,传统的点胶工艺是将粉胶混合脱泡之后点在表面,经过烘烤之后,LED芯片表面会形成一个中间厚两边薄的弧形结构,造成大量的荧光粉激发效率低、出光不均匀。
另外,现有LED喷涂补粉的方法在添加溶剂稀释后,极易导致荧光粉沉降,使得料筒底部的荧光粉含量较上层高;混料后原材料各组分变化较大,材料用量不可控,导致生产的重复性变差,样品的均匀度下降。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服以上技术缺陷,提供一种混料均匀,易于补充添料,保证点胶成型的一种LED荧光粉喷涂装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种LED荧光粉喷涂装置,包括E型支架,所述的E型支架的开口侧连接设有混胶筒,所述的混胶筒的顶部连接设有密封盖,所述的密封盖的上方连接设有电机,所述的电机的输出端连接设有搅拌轴,所述的搅拌轴的另一端穿过密封盖设置于混胶筒内,并连接设有混料球,所述的搅拌轴上垂直于搅拌轴连接设有搅拌杆,所述的搅拌杆远离搅拌轴的一端转动连接搅拌扇叶,所述的混胶筒的底部设有点胶头,所述的混胶筒的上方设有漏斗状添料筒,所述的添料筒的底部穿过密封盖设置于混胶筒内,所述的添料筒内设有助推器,所述的E型支架上连接设有气泵,所述的气泵上连接设有气管,所述的气管的另一端穿过密封盖与混胶筒内连通,所述的E型支架的底部对应点胶头设有环形限位柱。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:通过环形限位柱框柱LED芯片配合点胶头有效保证点胶成型,使得荧光粉激发效率均匀,从而保证出光均匀,另外混胶筒内的混料球可以保证粉胶充分均匀,搅拌扇叶可以促进补充添加的原料与混胶筒内粉胶快速融合,气泵的设置可以通过调控混胶筒内顶部气压进而控制点胶头出料程度,且通过回吸的方式,利用大气压可以及时停止点胶头出料,操作方便。
作为改进,所述的混料球上窄下宽,由不锈钢丝纵向排布编织成型,可以对混胶筒底部进行充分搅拌,防止静置沉淀。
作为改进,所述的搅拌扇叶呈S形,所述的搅拌扇叶转动套接搅拌轴,搅拌杆随搅拌轴转动,搅拌扇叶在搅拌杆的带动在受混胶筒内液体阻力进行转动,同时反作用于混胶筒内液体,有利于促进混胶筒内上下混料,更快捷的将补充添加的原料与原混胶筒内粉胶进行充分混合。
作为改进,所述的助推器包括活塞、顶杆和推柄,所述的活塞设置于添料筒内,所述的活塞顶部连接顶杆,所述的顶杆的另一端连接推柄,所述的推柄设置于添料筒上方,可以方便的进行补充添料。
作为改进,所述的环形限位柱与点胶头位于同一轴线向,环形限位柱可以对LED芯片进行防护,从而促进点胶成型。

结合图1所示,一种LED荧光粉喷涂装置,包括E型支架1,所述的E型支架1的开口侧连接设有混胶筒2,所述的混胶筒2的顶部连接设有密封盖3,所述的密封盖3的上方连接设有电机4,所述的电机4的输出端连接设有搅拌轴5,所述的搅拌轴5的另一端穿过密封盖3设置于混胶筒2内,并连接设有混料球6,所述的搅拌轴5上垂直于搅拌轴5连接设有搅拌杆7,所述的搅拌杆7远离搅拌轴5的一端转动连接搅拌扇叶8,所述的混胶筒2的底部设有点胶头9,所述的混胶筒2的上方设有漏斗状添料筒10,所述的添料筒10的底部穿过密封盖3设置于混胶筒2内,所述的添料筒10内设有助推器11,所述的E型支架1上连接设有气泵12,所述的气泵12上连接设有气管13,所述的气管13的另一端穿过密封盖3与混胶筒2内连通,所述的E型支架1的底部对应点胶头9设有环形限位柱14。
所述的混料球6上窄下宽,由不锈钢丝纵向排布编织成型,所述的搅拌扇叶8呈S形,所述的搅拌扇叶8转动套接搅拌轴5,所述的助推器11包括活塞15、顶杆16和推柄17,所述的活塞15设置于添料筒10内,所述的活塞15顶部连接顶杆16,所述的顶杆16的另一端连接推柄17,所述的推柄17设置于添料筒10上方,所述的环形限位柱14与点胶头9位于同一轴线向。
本发明在具体实施时,在喷涂过程中采用环形限位柱14框住LED芯片,保证点胶的成型,电机4驱动搅拌轴5转动,搅拌轴5带动混料球6转动从而保证混胶筒2底部粉胶混合均匀,搅拌扇叶8在搅拌杆7的带动在受混胶筒2内液体阻力进行转动,同时反作用于混胶筒2内液体,有利于促进混胶筒2内上下混料,更快捷的将通过添料筒10补充添加的原料与原混胶筒2内粉胶进行充分混合,气泵12通过气管13可以控制混胶筒2内顶部气压状况,从而可以调控点胶头9出料情况。

1.一种LED荧光粉喷涂装置,其特征在于:包括E型支架(1),所述的E型支架(1)的开口侧连接设有混胶筒(2),所述的混胶筒(2)的顶部连接设有密封盖(3),所述的密封盖(3)的上方连接设有电机(4),所述的电机(4)的输出端连接设有搅拌轴(5),所述的搅拌轴(5)的另一端穿过密封盖(3)设置于混胶筒(2)内,并连接设有混料球(6),所述的搅拌轴(5)上垂直于搅拌轴(5)连接设有搅拌杆(7),所述的搅拌杆(7)远离搅拌轴(5)的一端转动连接搅拌扇叶(8),所述的混胶筒(2)的底部设有点胶头(9),所述的混胶筒(2)的上方设有漏斗状添料筒(10),所述的添料筒(10)的底部穿过密封盖(3)设置于混胶筒(2)内,所述的添料筒(10)内设有助推器(11),所述的E型支架(1)上连接设有气泵(12),所述的气泵(12)上连接设有气管(13),所述的气管(13)的另一端穿过密封盖(3)与混胶筒(2)内连通,所述的E型支架(1)的底部对应点胶头(9)设有环形限位柱(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED荧光粉喷涂装置,其特征在于:所述的混料球(6)上窄下宽,由不锈钢丝纵向排布编织成型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED荧光粉喷涂装置,其特征在于:所述的搅拌扇叶(8)呈S形,所述的搅拌扇叶(8)转动套接搅拌轴(5)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED荧光粉喷涂装置,其特征在于:所述的助推器(11)包括活塞(15)、顶杆(16)和推柄(17),所述的活塞(15)设置于添料筒(10)内,所述的活塞(15)顶部连接顶杆(16),所述的顶杆(16)的另一端连接推柄(17),所述的推柄(17)设置于添料筒(10)上方。
