Abstract
Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein elektronisches Haushaltsgerät. insbesondere ein elektronisches Haushaltsgerät mit einem Behandlungsraum zum Behandeln von Waren.
- Elektronische Haushaltsgeräte mit einem Behandlungsraum zum Behandeln von Waren, wie zum Beispiele Öfen und Mikrowellenöfen mit einem Garraum, Dunstabzugshauben mit einem Dunstabzugsraum, Kühl- und/oder Gefrierschränke mit einem Kühl- bzw. Gefrierraum, Spülmaschinen mit einem Spülraum, Wäschebehandlungsgeräte mit einem Wasch- oder Trockenraum, sind bei ihrer Benutzung üblicherweise einer Verschmutzung ausgesetzt und benötigen daher regelmäßig eine Reinigung des Behandlungsraums, um die Effizienz der Behandlung der Waren im Behandlungsraum auf Dauer gewährleisten zu können. Standardgemäß wird dem Benutzer des Haushaltsgeräts empfohlen, den Behandlungsraum in regelmäßigen Zeitabständen von beispielsweise drei Monaten zu reinigen. Alternativ ist es auch bekannt, den Verschmutzungsgrad des Behandlungsraums anhand der Anzahl und der Art der tatsächlich durchgeführten Behandlungsvorgänge abzuschätzen und auf dieser Basis einen Zeitpunkt für die nächste Reinigung des Behandlungsraums zu ermitteln (vgl. z.B.
DE 10 2014 217 636 A1 ). Die Reinigung des Behandlungsraums kann dann manuell vom Benutzer oder durch eine Selbstreinigungsvorrichtung des Haushaltsgeräts (vgl. z.B.DE 10 2008 025 294 B4 ) erfolgen. - In diesem Zusammenhang ist ferner aus der
DE 699 12 507 T2 eine Vorrichtung zur Beurteilung des Schmutzzustandes von Backofenräumen bekannt, welche eine Crack-Zelle verwendet, in der die Fette oder Verschmutzungen aus dem Backvorgang im Lauf einer exothermen Reaktion gecrackt werden. Die bei dieser Reaktion freigesetzte Crackenergie wird gemessen, um daraus auf die Menge von gecrackten Schmutzstoffen aus dem Backvorgang sowie die Menge von an den Wänden abgesetzten Schmutzstoffen zu schließen. - Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein elektronisches Haushaltsgerät mit einem Behandlungsraum zum Behandeln von Waren zu schaffen, bei dem eine verbesserte Reinigung des Behandlungsraums möglich ist.
- Diese Aufgabe wird gelöst durch ein elektronisches Haushaltsgerät mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1. Besonders bevorzugte Ausgestaltungen und Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der abhängigen Ansprüche.
- Das elektronische Haushaltsgerät der Erfindung weist einen Behandlungsraum zum Behandeln von Waren, welcher durch wenigstens eine Wand zumindest teilweise begrenzt ist, und eine optische Sensorik zum Erfassen eines tatsächlichen Verschmutzungsgrades des Behandlungsraums, die an der wenigstens einen Wand des Behandlungsraums vorgesehen ist, auf.
- Erfindungsgemäß wird vorgeschlagen, mit Hilfe einer optischen Sensorik an einer Wand des Behandlungsraums den tatsächlichen Verschmutzungsgrad des Behandlungsraums zu erfassen. Durch die Erfassung des tatsächlichen Verschmutzungsgrades können - im Gegensatz zum Beispiel zu Abschätzungen des Verschmutzungsgrades anhand des bisherigen Betriebs des Haushaltsgeräts oder zu vorgegebenen Zeitabständen - noch nicht erforderliche und zu spät durchgeführte Reinigungsvorgänge vermieden werden. Die Lebensdauer des Haushaltsgeräts kann auf diese Weise verlängert werden. Der Komfort für den Benutzer wird verbessert, da dieser nicht selbst den Verschmutzungsgrad prüfen oder sich an vorgegebene Zeitperioden erinnern muss. Die Verwendung einer optischen Sensorik an einer Wand des Behandlungsraums ermöglicht einen einfachen, kompakten und kostengünstigen Aufbau der Erfassungsvorrichtung und dauerhaft eine zuverlässige und genaue Erfassung des Verschmutzungsgrades. Die erfindungsgemäße Konstruktion kann auch in bestehende Haushaltsgeräte einfach nachgerüstet werden.
- Bei dem elektronischen Haushaltsgerät handelt es sich insbesondere um einen (Back-) Ofen, einen Mikrowellenofen, eine Dunstabzugshaube, einen Kühl- und/oder Gefrierschrank, eine Spülmaschine, ein Wäschebehandlungsgerät (Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, etc.) oder dergleichen. Dementsprechend handelt es sich bei dem Behandlungsraum des elektronischen Haushaltsgeräts insbesondere um einen Garraum, einen offenen Raum unterhalb der Dunstabzugshaube, einen Kühl- bzw. Gefrierraum, einen Spülraum, einen Wasch- oder Trockenraum oder dergleichen. Der Behandlungsraum ist durch wenigstens eine Wand, d.h. durch eine oder mehrere Wände begrenzt. Der Behandlungsraum ist dabei zumindest teilweise durch die wenigstens eine Wand begrenzt, d.h. es handelt sich zum Beispiel um einen vollständig geschlossenen bzw. schließbaren Raum oder einen ein- oder mehrseitig offenen Raum.
- Gemäß der Erfindung soll die optische Sensorik an der wenigstens einen Wand des Behandlungsraums vorgesehen sein. In diesem Zusammenhang soll hierunter verstanden werden, dass zumindest eine Komponente der optischen Sensorik im Bereich einer Wand (d.h. insbesondere eingebaut in die Wand oder auf der dem Behandlungsraum abgewandten Seite der Wand) angeordnet ist. Es können auch mehrere Komponenten der optischen Sensorik an einer Wand oder an verschiedenen Wänden des Behandlungsraums angeordnet sein.
- In einer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung weist das elektronische Haushaltsgerät ferner eine Ausgabevorrichtung zum (optischen oder akustischen) Ausgeben einer Information betreffend einen Reinigungsbedarf des Behandlungsraums basierend auf dem von der optischen Sensorik erfassten Verschmutzungsgrad an einen Benutzer des elektronischen Haushaltsgeräts auf. Die Ausgabevorrichtung kann insbesondere in einer Bedienblende des Haushaltsgeräts integriert sein.
- In einer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist das elektronische Haushaltsgerät ferner mit einer Selbstreinigungsvorrichtung zum selbsttätigen Reinigen des Behandlungsraums ausgestattet. Die Selbstreinigungsvorrichtung ist vorzugsweise mit einer Pyrolyse-Funktion ausgestattet.
- Bei dieser Ausgestaltung weist das elektronische Haushaltsgerät vorzugsweise ferner eine Steuerung zum Ansteuern der Selbstreinigungsvorrichtung auf. Diese Ansteuerung erfolgt bevorzugt automatisch in Abhängigkeit von dem von der optischen Sensorik erfassten Verschmutzungsgrad und/oder über eine manuelle Aktivierung durch einen Benutzer des elektronischen Haushaltsgeräts über einen mittels einer Bedienvorrichtung eingegebenen Reinigungsbefehl. Vorzugsweise wird die Selbstreinigungsvorrichtung von der Steuerung automatisch zu einem geeigneten Zeitpunkt nach einer Benutzung des Behandlungsraums aktiviert, nachdem die optische Sensorik einen eine Reinigung erfordernden Verschmutzungsgrad des Behandlungsraums festgestellt hat, oder manuell durch einen Benutzer aktiviert, nachdem dieser mittels der Ausgabevorrichtung über einen Reinigungsbedarf des Behandlungsraums informiert worden ist.
- In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung weist die optische Sensorik wenigstens eine Strahlungsquelle zum Emittieren elektromagnetischer Strahlung und wenigstens einen Strahlungsdetektor zum Detektieren elektromagnetischer Strahlung auf und weist die wenigstens eine Wand des Behandlungsraums wenigstens eine für die von der optischen Sensorik verwendete elektromagnetische Strahlung zumindest teilweise strahlungsdurchlässige Platte auf, die bei einer Benutzung des elektronischen Haushaltsgeräts zumindest teilweise einer Verschmutzung ausgesetzt ist. Die Grundform der strahlungsdurchlässigen Platte ist grundsätzlich beliebig, sie kann insbesondere plan oder ganz oder teilweise gekrümmt sein, sie kann insbesondere im Wesentlichen rechteckig oder kreisförmig sein. Ebenso ist die Grundgestaltung der Platte grundsätzlich beliebig, sie kann insbesondere als starres oder flexibles Plattenelement oder als Folienelement ausgestaltet sein.
- In einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist die wenigstens eine strahlungsdurchlässige Platte ein Fenster in einer Wand des Behandlungsraums. In einer anderen Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist die wenigstens strahlungsdurchlässige Platte eine Leuchtenabdeckung einer Beleuchtung des Behandlungsraums. Falls die optische Sensorik mehrere strahlungsdurchlässige Platten aufweist, können diese nach einer dieser Ausführungsformen oder in unterschiedlichen Ausführungsformen ausgestaltet sein. Die Ausführungsform mit der Leuchtenabdeckung als strahlungsdurchlässige Platte bietet den Vorteil, dass eine ohnehin im Haushaltsgerät vorhandene Komponente, die auf die Nutzung des jeweiligen Haushaltsgeräts abgestimmt ist, für die optische Sensorik genutzt werden kann.
- In einer Ausführungsvariante der Erfindung sind die Strahlungsquelle und der Strahlungsdetektor auf der gleichen Seite einer strahlungsdurchlässigen Platte angeordnet. In diesem Fall detektiert der Strahlungsdetektor bevorzugt eine von der Strahlungsquelle emittierte und an der strahlungsdurchlässigen Platte und/oder einem Strahlungsreflektor im/am Behandlungsraum reflektierte elektromagnetische Strahlung. Der Reflexionsgrad der strahlungsdurchlässigen Platte wird durch den Verschmutzungsgrad der Platte beeinflusst, sodass aus der detektierten reflektierten Strahlung auf den tatsächlichen Verschmutzungsgrad des Behandlungsraums geschlossen werden kann.
- In einer anderen Ausführungsvariante der Erfindung sind die Strahlungsquelle und der Strahlungsdetektor auf verschiedenen Seiten einer strahlungsdurchlässigen Platte angeordnet. In diesem Fall detektiert der Strahlungsdetektor bevorzugt eine von der Strahlungsquelle emittierte und durch die strahlungsdurchlässige Platte transmittierte elektromagnetische Strahlung. Vorzugsweise können die Strahlungsquelle hinter einer ersten strahlungsdurchlässigen Platte und der Strahlungsdetektor hinter einer zweiten strahlungsdurchlässigen Platte angeordnet sein, sodass der Strahlungsdetektor bevorzugt eine von der Strahlungsquelle emittierte und durch die beiden strahlungsdurchlässigen Platten transmittierte elektromagnetische Strahlung detektiert. Der Transmissionsgrad der strahlungsdurchlässigen Platten wird durch den Verschmutzungsgrad der Platten beeinflusst, sodass aus der detektierten transmittierten Strahlung auf den tatsächlichen Verschmutzungsgrad des Behandlungsraums geschlossen werden kann.
- Der Strahlungsdetektor ist vorzugsweise ausgestaltet, um eine Intensität, eine Wellenlänge, ein Wellenlängenspektrum, einen Erfassungsort und/oder eine Erfassungsortverteilung der elektromagnetischen Strahlung zu detektieren.
- Die Strahlungsquelle ist vorzugsweise ausgestaltet, um sichtbares Licht, Laserlicht, Infrarotstrahlung oder UV-Strahlung einer Wellenlänge oder mehrerer Wellenlängen zu emittieren.
- In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung weist das elektronische Haushaltsgerät ferner eine Bedienvorrichtung auf, über welche ein Benutzer des elektronischen Haushaltsgeräts die optische Sensorik wahlweise aktivieren oder deaktivieren kann. Diese Bedienvorrichtung ist vorzugsweise in eine Bedienblende des Haushaltsgeräts integriert. Die Bedienvorrichtung enthält vorzugsweise weitere Eingabemöglichkeiten zum Ansteuern des Haushaltsgeräts.
- In einer noch weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist die optische Sensorik ausgestaltet oder ansteuerbar, um den tatsächlichen Verschmutzungsgrad des Behandlungsraums in regelmäßigen Zeitabständen, nach jeder Benutzung des Behandlungsraums und/oder bei einer Aktivierung durch einen Benutzer des elektronischen Haushaltsgeräts zu erfassen.
- In einer noch weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist die optische Sensorik ausgestaltet, um den tatsächlichen Verschmutzungsgrad des Behandlungsraums an mehreren Stellen des Behandlungsraums zu erfassen. Hierdurch können die Genauigkeit und die Zuverlässigkeit der Erfassung des tatsächlichen Verschmutzungsgrades durch die optische Sensorik weiter verbessert werden. Vorzugsweise enthält die optische Sensorik zu diesem Zweck mehrere Strahlungsquellen und/oder mehrere Strahlungsdetektoren und/oder mehrere strahlungsdurchlässige Platten an verschiedenen Stellen am Behandlungsraum des elektronischen Haushaltsgeräts. Vorzugsweise wird der Verschmutzungsgrad in drei bis fünf verschiedenen Bereichen des Behandlungsraums überwacht.
- Obige sowie weitere Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung werden aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung bevorzugter, nicht-einschränkender Ausführungsbeispiele anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnung besser verständlich. Darin zeigen, größtenteils schematisch:

Fig. 1 wird zunächst der Grundaufbau eines elektronischen Haushaltsgeräts gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung am Beispiel eines Backofens mit einem Garraum erläutert. - Das als Backofen ausgestaltete elektronische Haushaltsgerät 10 hat einen Garraum als Behandlungsraum 12 zum Garen von Speisen. Dieser Garraum 12 ist von einer Gerätewand 14, einer Zwischenwand 16 zum Trennen elektronischer Komponenten vom Garraum, und einer Gerätetür 18 zum Verschließen einer Zugangsöffnung zum Garraum, sowie einem (nicht dargestellten) Boden und einer (nicht dargestellten) Decke begrenzt.
- Im Garraum 12 ist ein zum Beispiel als Heizgerät oder Grill ausgestaltetes Aggregat 20 zum Garen der Speisen im Garraum 12 vorgesehen. Dieses Aggregat 20 wird von einer Steuerung 22 angesteuert.
- Die Steuerung 22 ist mit einer Bedienblende verbunden, die für den Benutzer einsehbar und zugänglich an einer Gerätewand 14 angeordnet ist. Die Bedienblende weist insbesondere eine Bedienvorrichtung 24 mit Eingabeelementen und Anzeigeelementen auf. Außerdem ist in der Bedienblende eine Ausgabevorrichtung 26 zum optischen und/oder akustischen Ausgeben von Informationen betreffend den Reinigungsbedarf des Garraums 12 vorgesehen.
- Wie in
Fig. 1 dargestellt, ist die Steuerung 22 ferner mit einer optischen Sensorik 30 verbunden, die hinter einer strahlungsdurchlässigen Platte 28 in der Zwischenwand 16 angeordnet ist. Diese optische Sensorik 30 ist ausgebildet, um den tatsächlichen Verschmutzungsgrad des Garraums 12 zu erfassen. Die Steuerung 22 gibt dann in Abhängigkeit von dem Erfassungsergebnis der optischen Sensorik 30 über die Ausgabevorrichtung 26 entsprechende Informationen betreffend den Reinigungsbedarf des Garraums 12 an den Benutzer aus. - Die optische Sensorik 30 kann den Verschmutzungsgrad des Garraums 12 an einer Stelle oder vorzugsweise an mehreren Stellen im/am Garraum 12 erfassen. Die Erfassung des Verschmutzungsgrades durch die optische Sensorik 30 erfolgt beispielsweise in regelmäßigen Zeitabständen, nach Abschluss eines Garvorgangs im Garraum 12 und/oder bei einer individuellen Aktivierung durch den Benutzer. Optional kann die optische Sensorik 30 durch den Benutzer mittels der Bedienvorrichtung 24 auch vollständig deaktiviert werden.
- Wird dem Benutzer über die Ausgabevorrichtung 26 ein bestehender Reinigungsbedarf angezeigt, so kann er den Garraum 12 manuell reinigen. Da der Reinigungsbedarf mittels der optischen Sensorik 30 anhand des tatsächlichen Verschmutzungsgrades des Garraums 12 bestimmt wird, können unnötige oder zu spät erfolgende Reinigungen des Garraums 12 vermieden werden.
- In der in
Fig. 1 dargestellten Ausführungsvariante des Backofens 10 ist im Garraum 12 zusätzlich eine Selbstreinigungsvorrichtung 32 vorgesehen, mit welcher der Garraum 12 selbsttätig gereinigt werden kann. Diese Selbstreinigungsvorrichtung 32 kann von der Steuerung 22 automatisch aktiviert werden, falls die optische Sensorik 30 einen Reinigungsbedarf des Garraums 12 festgestellt hat. Alternativ kann die Selbstreinigungsvorrichtung 32 vom Benutzer manuell über die Bedienvorrichtung 24 aktiviert werden, insbesondere falls dieser über die Ausgabevorrichtung 26 über einen Reinigungsbedarf des Garraums 12 informiert worden ist. - Anhand der
Fig. 2 bis 7 werden nun beispielhaft verschiedene Ausführungsformen einer optischen Sensorik 30 für einen solchen Backofen 10 erläutert. - Im Ausführungsbeispiel von
Fig. 2 weist die optische Sensorik 30 eine erste strahlungsdurchlässige Platte 28a, die als Fenster in einer ersten Zwischenwand 16a des Backofens 10 vorgesehen ist, und eine zweite strahlungsdurchlässige Platte 28b, die als Fenster in einer zweiten Zwischenwand 16b des Backofens 10 vorgesehen ist. Die beiden Zwischenwände 16a, 16b und dementsprechend auch die beiden strahlungsdurchlässigen Platten 28a, 28b befinden sich an gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Garraums 12. - Hinter der ersten strahlungsdurchlässigen Platte 28a, d.h. auf ihrer dem Garraum 12 abgewandten Seite, weist die optische Sensorik 30 eine Strahlungsquelle 34 auf. Die Strahlungsquelle 34 ist zum Beispiel als Leuchtdioden(gruppe) oder Weißlicht-LED ausgebildet und emittiert Licht im sichtbaren Wellenlängenbereich oder Infrarotlicht. Hinter der zweiten strahlungsdurchlässigen Platte 28b, d.h. auf ihrer dem Garraum 12 abgewandten Seite, weist die optische Sensorik 30 einen Strahlungsdetektor 36 auf. Der Strahlungsdetektor 36 ist zum Beispiel als Photodiode, Photoresistor oder CCD-Chip ausgebildet und kann elektromagnetische Strahlung im Wellenlängenbereich der von der Strahlungsquelle 34 emittierten Strahlung erfassen.
- Bei dieser Konstellation detektiert der Strahlungsdetektor 36 die von der Strahlungsquelle 34 emittierte und durch die erste strahlungsdurchlässige Platte 28a in der ersten Zwischenwand 16a transmittierte und dann durch den Garraum 12 hindurch gelaufene und schließlich durch die zweite strahlungsdurchlässige Platte 28b in der zweiten Zwischenwand 28b transmittierte Strahlung. Dabei wird insbesondere die Strahlungsintensität der detektierten Strahlung ausgewertet. Je nach Verschmutzungsgrad des Garraums 12 sind auch die Zwischenwände 16a, 16b und die darin vorgesehenen Platten 28a, 28b unterschiedlich stark verschmutzt, was den Transmissionsgrad der beiden Platten 28a, 28b und die Streuung an den beiden Platten 28a, 28b beeinflusst. Je stärker der Garraum 12 und die beiden Platten 28a, 28b verschmutzt sind, umso weniger Strahlung gelangt von der Strahlungsquelle 34 zum Strahlungsdetektor 36.
- Im Ausführungsbeispiel von
Fig. 3 weist die optische Sensorik 30 eine strahlungsdurchlässige Platte 28 auf, die als Fenster in der Zwischenwand 16 des Backofens 10 vorgesehen ist. Hinter dieser strahlungsdurchlässigen Platte 28, d.h. auf ihrer dem Garraum 12 abgewandten Seite, weist die optische Sensorik 30 eine Strahlungsquelle 34 und einen Strahlungsdetektor 36 auf. Die Strahlungsquelle 34 ist zum Beispiel als Leuchtdioden(gruppe) ausgebildet und emittiert Licht im sichtbaren Wellenlängenbereich oder Infrarotlicht. Der Strahlungsdetektor 36 ist zum Beispiel als Photodiode oder CCD-Chip ausgebildet und kann elektromagnetische Strahlung im Wellenlängenbereich der von der Strahlungsquelle 34 emittierten Strahlung erfassen. - Bei dieser Konstellation detektiert der Strahlungsdetektor 36 die von der Strahlungsquelle 34 emittierte und an der strahlungsdurchlässigen Platte 28 in der Zwischenwand 16, insbesondere an ihrer dem Garraum 12 zugewandten Seite reflektierte Strahlung. Dabei können insbesondere die Strahlungsintensität und/oder der Erfassungsort der detektierten Strahlung ausgewertet werden. Je nach Verschmutzungsgrad des Garraums 12 sind auch die Zwischenwand 16 und die darin vorgesehene Platte 28 unterschiedlich stark verschmutzt, was den Reflexionsgrad an der Platte 28 beeinflusst. Je stärker der Garraum 12 und die Platte 28 verschmutzt sind, umso mehr Strahlung wird von der verschmutzten Seite der Platte 28 in Richtung zum Strahlungsdetektor 36 zurück reflektiert.
- Im Ausführungsbeispiel von
Fig. 4 weist die optische Sensorik 30 eine strahlungsdurchlässige Platte 28, die als Fenster in der Zwischenwand 16 des Backofens 10 vorgesehen ist, und einen Strahlungsreflektor 38, der an einer Gerätewand 14 gegenüber der Zwischenwand 16 bzw. der Platte 28 vorgesehen ist, auf. Hinter der strahlungsdurchlässigen Platte 28, d.h. auf ihrer dem Garraum 12 abgewandten Seite, weist die optische Sensorik 30 eine Strahlungsquelle 34 und einen Strahlungsdetektor 36 auf. Die Strahlungsquelle 34 ist zum Beispiel als Leuchtdioden(gruppe) ausgebildet und emittiert Licht im sichtbaren Wellenlängenbereich oder Infrarotlicht. Der Strahlungsdetektor 36 ist zum Beispiel als Photodiode oder CCD-Chip ausgebildet und kann elektromagnetische Strahlung im Wellenlängenbereich der von der Strahlungsquelle 34 emittierten Strahlung erfassen. - Bei dieser Konstellation detektiert der Strahlungsdetektor 36 die von der Strahlungsquelle 34 emittierte, durch die strahlungsdurchlässige Platte 28 in der Zwischenwand 16 transmittierte und durch den Garraum 12 hindurch gelaufene, dann am Strahlungsreflektor 38 an der Gerätewand 14 reflektierte und durch den Garraum 12 zurück gelaufene, und schließlich wieder durch die strahlungsdurchlässige Platte 28 in der Zwischenwand 28 transmittierte Strahlung. Dabei wird insbesondere die Strahlungsintensität der detektierten Strahlung ausgewertet. Je nach Verschmutzungsgrad des Garraums 12 sind auch die Wände 14, 16 sowie die Platte 28 und der Strahlungsreflektor 38 unterschiedlich stark verschmutzt, was den Transmissionsgrad der Platte 28 bzw. den Reflexionsgrad des Strahlungsreflektors 38 beeinflusst. Je stärker der Garraum 12, die Platte 28 und der Strahlungsreflektor verschmutzt sind, umso weniger Strahlung wird vom verschmutzten Strahlungsreflektor 38 durch die Platte 28 zum Strahlungsdetektor 36 zurück reflektiert.
- Das Ausführungsbeispiel von
Fig. 5 unterscheidet sich von dem inFig. 2 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel insbesondere dadurch, dass anstelle der strahlungsdurchlässigen Platte 28 in der ersten Zwischenwand 16a eine Leuchtenabdeckung 29 einer ohnehin im Haushaltsgerät vorhandenen Beleuchtung des Garraums 12 vorgesehen ist und die Lichtquelle 40 dieser Beleuchtung als Strahlungsquelle dient. Die Leuchtenabdeckung 29 ist grundsätzlich ausreichend temperaturfest und dicht, sodass für die optische Sensorik 30 diesbezüglich keine Anpassungen vorgenommen werden müssen. Im Übrigen entsprechen die optische Sensorik 30 und deren Funktionsweise dem Ausführungsbeispiel vonFig. 2 . - Das Ausführungsbeispiel von
Fig. 6 unterscheidet sich von dem inFig. 3 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel insbesondere dadurch, dass anstelle der strahlungsdurchlässigen Platte 28 in der Zwischenwand 16 eine Leuchtenabdeckung 29 einer ohnehin im Haushaltsgerät vorhandenen Beleuchtung des Garraums 12 vorgesehen ist. Die Leuchtenabdeckung 29 ist grundsätzlich ausreichend temperaturfest und dicht, sodass für die optische Sensorik 30 diesbezüglich keine Anpassungen vorgenommen werden müssen. Die Strahlungsquelle 34 und der Strahlungsdetektor 36 sind neben der Lichtquelle 42 der Beleuchtung hinter dieser Leuchtenabdeckung 29 angeordnet. Im Übrigen entsprechen die optische Sensorik 30 und deren Funktionsweise dem Ausführungsbeispiel vonFig. 3 . - Das Ausführungsbeispiel von
Fig. 7 unterscheidet sich von dem inFig. 5 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel insbesondere dadurch, dass die Lichtquelle 42 der Beleuchtung nicht als Strahlungsquelle der optischen Sensorik dient, sondern dass die Strahlungsquelle 34 (z.B. eine Laserdiode) der optischen Sensorik 30 neben dieser Beleuchtung hinter der Leuchtenabdeckung 29 angeordnet ist. Im Übrigen entsprechen die optische Sensorik 30 und deren Funktionsweise dem Ausführungsbeispiel vonFig. 5 . - Der Fachmann wird basierend auf diesen Ausführungsbeispielen der
Fig. 2 bis 7 weitere Ausführungsbeispiele gemäß der Erfindung erkennen, die auf Kombinationen und/oder Modifikationen der obigen Ausführungsbeispiele beruhen. - Anstelle der Erfassung der Lichtintensität und/oder des Erfassungsortes kann durch den Strahlungsdetektor 36 (z.B. linearer CCD-Sensor oder exakt positionierter Farbsensor) - gegebenenfalls zusammen mit einem zusätzlich vorgesehenen Prisma - beispielsweise auch ein Wellenlängenspektrum erfasst werden, da eine Verschmutzung verschiedene Wellenlängen unterschiedlich absorbiert oder reflektiert, sodass das Fehlen einer bestimmten Wellenlänge in der erfassten Strahlung ein Indiz für eine Verschmutzung sein kann.
- Neben den oben genannten Strahlungsquellen kann auch eine UV-Lampe als Strahlungsquelle eingesetzt werden, um mittels eines entsprechenden Strahlungsdetektors zum Beispiel lumineszierende Bakterien beispielsweise in einem Kühlschrank zu erfassen.

Claims (15)
- Elektronisches Haushaltsgerät (10), aufweisend:einen Behandlungsraum (12) zum Behandeln von Waren, wobei der Behandlungsraum (12) durch wenigstens eine Wand (14, 16, 16a, 16b) zumindest teilweise begrenzt ist; undeine optische Sensorik (30) zum Erfassen eines tatsächlichen Verschmutzungsgrades des Behandlungsraums (12), die an der wenigstens einen Wand (14, 16, 16a, 16b) des Behandlungsraums (12) vorgesehen ist.
- Elektronisches Haushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 1,
ferner mit einer Ausgabevorrichtung (26) zum Ausgeben einer Information betreffend einen Reinigungsbedarf des Behandlungsraums (12) basierend auf dem von der optischen Sensorik (30) erfassten Verschmutzungsgrad an einen Benutzer des elektronischen Haushaltsgeräts (10). - Elektronisches Haushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,

ferner mit einer Steuerung (22) zum Ansteuern der Selbstreinigungsvorrichtung (32) in Abhängigkeit von dem von der optischen Sensorik (30) erfassten Verschmutzungsgrad und/oder einem von dem Benutzer des elektronischen Haushaltsgeräts (10) über eine Bedienvorrichtung (24) eingegebenen Reinigungsbefehl. - Elektronisches Haushaltsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
wobei die optische Sensorik (30) wenigstens eine Strahlungsquelle (34, 40) zum Emittieren elektromagnetischer Strahlung und wenigstens einen Strahlungsdetektor (36) zum Detektieren elektromagnetischer Strahlung aufweist, und
wobei die wenigstens eine Wand (14, 16, 16a, 16b) des Behandlungsraums (12) wenigstens eine für die von der optischen Sensorik (30) verwendete elektromagnetische Strahlung zumindest teilweise strahlungsdurchlässige Platte (28, 28a, 28b, 29) aufweist, die bei einer Benutzung des elektronischen Haushaltsgeräts (10) zumindest teilweise einer Verschmutzung ausgesetzt ist. - Elektronisches Haushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 5,
wobei die wenigstens eine strahlungsdurchlässige Platte (28, 28a, 28b) ein Fenster in einer Wand (14, 16, 16a, 16b) des Behandlungsraums (12) ist. - Elektronisches Haushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
wobei die wenigstens strahlungsdurchlässige Platte (29) eine Leuchtenabdeckung einer Beleuchtung des Behandlungsraums (12) ist. - Elektronisches Haushaltsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7,
wobei die Strahlungsquelle (34, 40) und der Strahlungsdetektor (36) auf der gleichen Seite einer strahlungsdurchlässigen Platte (28, 29) angeordnet sind, und wobei der Strahlungsdetektor (36) eine von der Strahlungsquelle (34, 40) emittierte und an der strahlungsdurchlässigen Platte (28, 29) und/oder einem Strahlungsreflektor (38) im/am Behandlungsraum (12) reflektierte elektromagnetische Strahlung detektiert. - Elektronisches Haushaltsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7,
wobei die Strahlungsquelle (34, 40) und der Strahlungsdetektor (36) auf verschiedenen Seiten einer strahlungsdurchlässigen Platte (28a, 29) angeordnet sind, und wobei der Strahlungsdetektor (36) eine von der Strahlungsquelle (34, 40) emittierte und durch die strahlungsdurchlässige Platte (28a) transmittierte elektromagnetische Strahlung detektiert. - Elektronisches Haushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 9,
wobei die Strahlungsquelle (34, 40) hinter einer ersten strahlungsdurchlässigen Platte (28a, 29) angeordnet ist und der Strahlungsdetektor (36) hinter einer zweiten strahlungsdurchlässigen Platte (28, 28b) angeordnet ist, und
wobei der Strahlungsdetektor (36) eine von der Strahlungsquelle (34, 40) emittierte und durch die erste strahlungsdurchlässige Platte (28a, 29) und die zweite strahlungsdurchlässige Platte (28, 28b) transmittierte elektromagnetische Strahlung detektiert. - Elektronisches Haushaltsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 10,
wobei der Strahlungsdetektor (36) ausgestaltet ist, um eine Intensität, eine Wellenlänge, ein Wellenlängenspektrum, einen Erfassungsort und/oder eine Erfassungsortverteilung der elektromagnetischen Strahlung zu detektieren. - Elektronisches Haushaltsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 11,
wobei die Strahlungsquelle (34, 40) ausgestaltet ist, um sichtbares Licht, Laserlicht, Infrarotstrahlung oder UV-Strahlung einer Wellenlänge oder mehrerer Wellenlängen zu emittieren. - Elektronisches Haushaltsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
ferner mit einer Bedienvorrichtung (24), über welche ein Benutzer des elektronischen Haushaltsgeräts (10) die optische Sensorik (30) wahlweise aktivieren oder deaktivieren kann. - Elektronisches Haushaltsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
wobei die optische Sensorik (30) ausgestaltet ist oder ansteuerbar ist, um den tatsächlichen Verschmutzungsgrad des Behandlungsraums (12) in regelmäßigen Zeitabständen, nach jeder Benutzung des Behandlungsraums (12) und/oder bei einer Aktivierung durch einen Benutzer des elektronischen Haushaltsgeräts (10) zu erfassen. - Elektronisches Haushaltsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
wobei die optische Sensorik (30) ausgestaltet ist, um den tatsächlichen Verschmutzungsgrad des Behandlungsraums (12) an mehreren Stellen des Behandlungsraums (12) zu erfassen.
