Claims (7)
- Dispositif de connexion pour céramiques piézoélectriques d'un transducteur à ultrasons (5), comprenant:une structure de vis avec une pluralité de céramiques piézoélectriques (3) et une pluralité de tôles métalliques (4) qui sont montées sur une circonférence extérieure de la vis et disposées à intervalles;un écrou (1); etune rondelle (2) qui a un trou traversant à travers lequel passe la vis et qui est située entre l'écrou (1) et les céramiques piézoélectriques (3),caractérisé en ce queune extrémité de l'écrou (1) en contact avec la rondelle (2) est d'une structure à segment sphérique, un axe de la structure à segment sphérique coïncide avec un axe de l'écrou (1), et l'autre extrémité de l'écrou (1) est une surface plane;la rondelle (2) a une forme extérieure cylindrique, une extrémité de la rondelle (2) en contact avec l'écrou (1) a une surface incurvée concave conforme à la structure à segment sphérique de l'écrou (1), un axe de la surface incurvée concave coïncide avec l'axe de la rondelle (2), et l'autre extrémité de la rondelle (2) est une surface plane;une hauteur de la structure à segment sphérique de l'écrou (1) est supérieure à une hauteur de la surface incurvée concave de la rondelle (2) qui y est conforme; etl'écrou (1) est pourvu de faces de serrage (6) pour serrer l'écrou (1) sur une surface latérale de l'écrou (1) à proximité de l'autre extrémité plane de celui-ci, et l'écrou (1) a un segment cylindrique prévu entre les faces de serrage (6) et la structure à segment sphérique dans la direction axiale de l'écrou (1).
- Dispositif de connexion pour céramiques piézoélectriques du transducteur à ultrasons (5) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel
un diamètre d'une circonférence supérieure de la surface incurvée concave de la rondelle (2) est inférieur à un diamètre extérieur de la rondelle (2). - Dispositif de connexion pour céramiques piézoélectriques du transducteur à ultrasons (5) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel
la pluralité de céramiques piézoélectriques (3) et la pluralité de tôles métalliques (4) ont des diamètres extérieurs identiques à un diamètre extérieur de la rondelle (2). - Dispositif de connexion pour céramiques piézoélectriques du transducteur à ultrasons (5) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel
le nombre des faces de serrage (6) est un nombre pair et les faces de serrage (6) sont disposées symétriquement par paires. - Dispositif de connexion pour céramiques piézoélectriques du transducteur à ultrasons (5) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel
un diamètre du trou traversant formé dans la rondelle (2) n'est pas inférieur à un diamètre extérieur d'un filetage extérieur de la vis. - Dispositif de connexion pour céramiques piézoélectriques du transducteur à ultrasons (5) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel
la vis s'étend radialement vers l'extérieur à une extrémité de celle-ci pour former une surface étagée pour supporter une tôle métallique (4) en contact avec le transducteur à ultrasons (5). - Dispositif de connexion pour céramiques piézoélectriques du transducteur à ultrasons (5) selon la revendication 6, dans lequel
un diamètre extérieur de la surface étagée est identique à un diamètre extérieur de la tôle (4).
