Abstract
Bir somun, bir cıvata yapısına sahip olan ve somun ile kullanılan bir ultrasonik transdüser, ultrasonik transdüserin cıvatasının bir dış çevresine yerleştirilmiş ve aralıklarla düzenlenmiş olan çoklu sayıdaki piezoseramik ile çoklu sayıdaki metal levha içeren, bir ultrasonik transdüserin piezoseramiklerine yönelik bir bağlantı aracı açıklanmaktadır. Ultrasonik transdüserin piezoseramiklerine yönelik bağlantı aracı ayrıca, somun ile piezoseramikler arasında yer alan bir rondela içermekte ve rondela, içinden cıvatanın geçtiği bir açık delik ile donatılmaktadır. Bağlantı aracı; yüksek bağlantı hassasiyetine, güçlü çalışma stabilitesine ve yüksek çalışma güvenilirliğine sahiptir.
