Claims (18)
- Maschine zur Herstellung von stabförmigen Rauchartikeln (1), umfassend:- Abrollmittel (2) zum Abrollen von mindestens einer Rolle (2a) einer Bahn (100) aus Material für die Tabakindustrie, wobei die Bahn (100) dazu bestimmt ist, um entlang einer Längszuführungsrichtung (X) abgerollt zu werden;- erste Schneidemittel (3) zum Schneiden der Bahn (100), die stromabwärts der Abrollmittel (2) befindlich und ausgelegt sind, um die Bahn (100) zu empfangen und in durchgehende Streifen (101) zu schneiden, sodass eine Vielzahl von Längsstreifen (101) entlang der Längszuführungsrichtung (X) geschaffen wird, wobei die ersten Schneidemittel (3) mindestens eine erste Walze (4) und eine zweite Walze (5) umfassen, die in Verknüpfung miteinander wirken und ausgelegt sind, um die Vielzahl von Längsstreifen (101) auf der Bahn (100), die zwischen den Walzen (4, 5) gleitet, zu schaffen;- Sammel- und Fördermittel (10), die ausgelegt sind, um die Längsstreifen (101) von den ersten Schneidemitteln (3) zu sammeln und zu fördern, um mindestens einen durchgehenden Strom (100') zu schaffen;- einen Formungsbalken (12), der ausgelegt ist, um mindestens einen durchgehenden Strom (100') zu empfangen und diesen stufenweise in eine Papierbahn (13) einzuwickeln, um mindestens einen durchgehenden Stab (100") herzustellen, wobei der mindestens eine durchgehende Stab (100") eine Vielzahl von Längsstreifen (101) umfasst;- zweite Schneidemittel (14), um den mindestens einen durchgehenden Stab (100") zu schneiden, die nach dem Formungsbalken (12) angeordnet und ausgelegt sind, um den mindestens einen durchgehenden Stab (100") in eine Vielzahl von stabförmigen Rauchartikeln zu schneiden, wobei die Maschine (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die ersten Schneidemittel (3) ausgelegt sind, um eine Vielzahl von gebrochenen Längsschneidelinien (102) herzustellen, sodass zwei Längsstreifen (101), die quer jeweils relativ zur Längszuführungsrichtung (X) aneinandergrenzen, durch mindestens einen Zusammenfügungsabschnitt (103) miteinander verbunden bleiben.
- Maschine (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei mindestens entweder die erste Walze (4) und/oder die zweite Walze (5) eine Vielzahl von Schneidescheiben (6) umfassen, die vorzugsweise rotierend sind, wobei die ersten Schneidemittel (3) so ausgelegt sind, dass sie den Abstand zwischen dem Schneideprofil einer jeden Schneidescheibe (6) und der Bahn (100) während der Drehung der Schneidescheiben (6) variieren, sodass eine Unterbrechung hergestellt wird, die den mindestens einen Zusammenfügungsabschnitt (103) in der Schneidelinie definiert.
- Maschine (1) nach Anspruch 2, wobei die ersten Schneidemittel (3) ausgelegt sind, um die Schneidescheiben (6) zwischen einer distalen Position, in der die Schneidescheiben (6) nicht mit der Bahn (100) in Kontakt sind, und einer Schneideposition, in der die Schneidescheiben (6) mit der Bahn (100) in Kontakt sind, zu bewegen, wodurch Längsschnittsegmente (102') geschaffen werden, die mit dem mindestens einen Zusammenfügungsabschnitt (103) abgewechselt sind.
- Maschine (1) nach Anspruch 2, wobei eine jede Schneidescheibe (6) ein Schneideprofil aufweist, das entlang seiner Umfangsausdehnung mindestens ein winkeliges Teilstück mit einem erhöhten Durchmesser aufweist, sodass die Bahn (100) geschnitten wird, wenn sich die Schneidescheibe (6) dreht, wodurch ein Längsschnittsegment (102') hergestellt wird, und mindestens ein winkeliges Teilstück mit einem reduzierten Durchmesser, sodass die Bahn (100) nicht geschnitten wird, wenn sich die Schneidescheibe (6) dreht, sodass die Bahn (100) den mindestens einen Zusammenfügungsabschnitt (103) definiert.
- Maschine (1) nach Anspruch 4, wobei die winkeligen Teilstücke mit reduziertem Durchmesser winkelig voneinander versetzt sind.
- Maschine (1) nach Anspruch 5, wobei die winkeligen Teilstücke mit reduziertem Durchmesser winkelig so voneinander versetzt sind, dass der mindestens eine Zusammenfügungsabschnitt (103) in jeder Quersektion der Bahn (100) definiert wird, wenn sich die Schneidescheiben (6) drehen.
- Maschine (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, wobei eine jede Schneidscheibe (6) ausgelegt ist, um Längsstreifen (101) herzustellen, deren Kanten durch gerade oder wellige oder zickzackförmige Segmente (102') definiert sind, die mit mindestens einen Zusammenfügungsabschnitt (103) abgewechselt sind.
- Maschine (1) nach Anspruch 7, wobei eine jede Schneidscheibe (6) ein gerades oder welliges oder zickzackförmiges Schneideprofil aufweist.
- Maschine (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Maschine (1) Mittel (7) zum Herstellen einer Vielzahl von längsseitig leicht umzubiegenden Zonen (104) umfasst, sodass ein jeder Längsstreifen (101) mindestens eine leicht umzubiegende Zone (104) aufweist.
- Maschine (1) nach Anspruch 9, wobei die Mittel (7) zum Herstellen einer Vielzahl von längsseitig leicht umzubiegenden Zonen (104) auf mindestens entweder der ersten Walze (4) und/oder der zweiten Walze (5) befindlich sind und mindestens entweder Folgendes umfassen:- eine Vielzahl von Crimpscheiben (8), die ausgelegt sind, um die Bahn (100) zu komprimieren, sodass eine jede leicht umzubiegende Zone (104) mindestens eine Längscrimpverbindung aufweist, und/oder- eine Vielzahl von Rillscheiben mit reduziertem Durchmesser (9), die ausgelegt sind, um die Dicke der Bahn (100) teilweise zu schneiden, sodass eine jede leicht umzubiegende Zone (104) mindestens eine Längsrillung aufweist.
- Maschine (1) nach den Ansprüchen 2 und 9, wobei die Schneidescheiben (6) mit den Crimpscheiben (8) und/oder den Rillscheiben mit reduziertem Durchmesser (9) abgewechselt sind, sodass ein jeder Längsstreifen (101) mindestens eine Crimplinie oder eine Rillung umfasst.
- Maschine (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Sammel- und Fördermittel (10) mindestens ein schachtförmiges Element (11) aufweisen, das einen Einführungsquerschnitt (11a) aufweist, der geeignet ist, um die Längsstreifen (101) aufzunehmen, und einen Ausführungsquerschnitt (11b), der geeignet ist, um den durchgehenden Strom (100'), der geformt wird, wenn die Längsstreifen (101) durch das schachtförmige Element (11) geführt werden, auszustoßen, wobei die Sammel- und Fördermittel (10) vorzugsweise mindestens zwei schachtförmige Elemente (11) umfassen, die quer nebeneinander oder zumindest teilweise übereinander angeordnet sind.
- Maschine (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Maschine (1) Saugmittel umfasst, die mit den Sammel- und Fördermitteln (10) assoziiert und ausgelegt sind, um das Sammeln der Längsstreifen (101) zu erleichtern.
- Maschine (1) nach Anspruch 1, umfassend mindestens eine Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen eines Hilfsstoffs auf der Bahn (100) und/oder auf den Längsstreifen (101), beispielsweise einer Flüssigkeit oder Metallpartikel.
- Maschine (1) nach Anspruch 1, umfassend eine Vorrichtung zum Reduzieren der elektrostatischen Ladung des Materials für die Tabakindustrie, vorzugsweise vor den ersten Schneidemitteln (3) befindlich.
- Maschine (1) nach Anspruch 1, umfassend mindestens einen Erkennungssensor, der ausgelegt ist, um Blockierungen und/oder Brüche der Längsstreifen (101) zu erkennen, wobei der mindestens eine Erkennungssensor vorzugsweise zwischen den ersten Schneidemitteln (3) und den Sammel- und Fördermitteln (10) befindlich ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von stabförmigen Rauchartikeln, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:- Abrollen von mindestens einer Rolle (2a) einer Bahn (100) aus Material für die Tabakindustrie entlang einer Längszuführungsrichtung (X);- Schneiden der Bahn (100) in durchgehende Streifen (101), sodass eine Vielzahl von Längsstreifen (101) entlang der Längszuführungsrichtung (X) geschaffen wird,- Sammeln und Fördern der Längsstreifen (101), um mindestens einen durchgehenden Strom (100') herzustellen;- Formen von mindestens einem durchgehenden Stab (100"), indem der durchgehende Strom (100') stufenweise in eine Papierbahn (13) eingewickelt wird;- Schneiden des mindestens einen durchgehenden Stabs (100") in eine Vielzahl von stabförmigen Rauchartikeln, wobei das Verfahren dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der Schritt zum Schneiden der Bahn (100) das Herstellen einer Vielzahl von unterbrochenen Längsschneidelinien (102) umfasst, sodass zwei Längsstreifen (101), die quer jeweils relativ zur Längszuführungsrichtung (X) aneinandergrenzen, durch mindestens einen Zusammenführungsabschnitt (103) miteinander verbunden bleiben, sodass ein jeder Längsstreifen (101) für einen jeden stabförmigen Rauchartikel durch mindestens einen Zusammenfügungsabschnitt (103) mit dem Längsstreifen (101), der quer an ihn angrenzt, verbunden ist.
- Stabförmiger Rauchartikel, umfassend ein Füllmaterial, das in einer Papiersektion eingewickelt ist, wobei das Füllmaterial durch eine Vielzahl von Längsstreifen (101) geformt ist, wobei sich die Längsstreifen (101) längs im stabförmigen Rauchartikel über die gesamte Länge des Füllmaterials erstrecken und von unterbrochenen Längsschneidelinien getrennt sind, sodass ein jeder Längsstreifen (101) durch mindestens einen Zusammenfügungsabschnitt (103) mit dem Längsstreifen (101) verbunden ist, der quer an ihn angrenzt.
