Claims (8)

  1. Maschine zur Herstellung von stabförmigen Rauchartikeln (1), umfassend:
    - Abwickelmittel (2) zum Abwickeln mindestens einer Rolle (2a) einer Bahn (100) aus Material für die Tabakindustrie; wobei die Bahn (100) ausgelegt ist, so dass sie entlang einer Längsvorschubrichtung (X) abgewickelt wird;
    - erste Schneidmittel (3) zum Schneiden der Bahn (100), die sich stromabwärts der Abwickelmittel (2) befinden und konfiguriert sind, um die Bahn (100) aufzunehmen und zu schneiden, so dass eine Vielzahl an Längsstreifen (101) entlang der Längsvorschubrichtung (X) entstehen, wobei die ersten Schneidmittel (3) mindestens eine erste Walze (4) und eine zweite Walze (5) umfassen, die in Verbindung miteinander wirken und konfiguriert sind, um die Vielzahl an Längsstreifen (101) auf der zwischen den Walzen (4, 5) gleitenden Bahn (100) zu erzeugen;
    - Sammel- und Fördermittel (10), die zum Sammeln und Fördern der Längsstreifen (101) von den ersten Schneidmitteln (3) konfiguriert sind, um mindestens einen kontinuierlichen Strom (100') zu erzeugen;
    - eine Zubehörzunge (12), die konfiguriert ist, um mindestens einen kontinuierlichen Strom (100') aufzunehmen und ihn schrittweise in eine Papierbahn (13) zu wickeln, um mindestens einen kontinuierlichen Stab (100") zu schaffen, wobei der mindestens eine kontinuierliche Stab (100") eine Vielzahl an Längsstreifen (101) umfasst;
    - zweite Schneidmittel (14) zum Schneiden des mindestens einen kontinuierlichen Stabs (100"), der sich stromabwärts der Zubehörzunge (12) befindet und konfiguriert ist, um den mindestens einen kontinuierlichen Stab (100") in eine Vielzahl an stabförmigen Rauchartikeln zu schneiden;
    - Formungsmittel (7) zum Herstellen einer Vielzahl an einfach zu faltenden Längszonen (103), so dass ein jeder Längsstreifen (101) mindestens eine einfach zu faltende Längszone (103) aufweist,
    wobei die Formungsmittel (7) zum Herstellen einer Vielzahl an einfach zu faltenden Längszonen (103) auf der ersten Walze (4) angeordnet sind und mindestens eine umfassen unter:
    - einer Vielzahl an Bördelscheiben (8), die konfiguriert sind, um die Bahn (100) so zusammenzudrücken, dass eine jede einfach zu faltende Längszone (103) mindestens einen Längsbördel aufweist;
    - einer Vielzahl an Einkerbscheiben (9) mit reduziertem Durchmesser, die so konfiguriert sind, dass sie die Dicke der Bahn (100) teilweise so schneiden, dass eine jede einfach zu faltende Längszone (103) mindestens eine Längseinkerblinie aufweist;
    und wobei die erste Walze (4) auch eine Vielzahl an Schneidscheiben (6) umfasst, vorzugsweise rotierend, die konfiguriert sind, um Längsstreifen (101) mit geraden oder gewellten oder Zick-Zack-Kanten (102) herzustellen, wobei die zweite Walze (5) glatt ist.
  2. Maschine (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei eine jede Schneidscheibe (6) ein gerades oder gewelltes oder Zick-Zack-Schneidprofil aufweist.
  3. Maschine (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Schneidscheiben (6) mit den Bördelscheiben (8) und/oder mit den Einkerbscheiben (9) mit reduziertem Durchmesser abwechseln, so dass ein jeder Längsstreifen (101) mindestens eine Bördel- oder eine Einkerblinie umfasst.
  4. Maschine (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Sammel- und Fördermittel (10) mindestens ein trichterförmiges Element (11) aufweisend einen Einlaufquerschnitt (11a), der zum Aufnehmen der Längsstreifen (101) geeignet ist, und einen Auslaufquerschnitt (11b) umfassen, der zum Ausstoßen des kontinuierlichen Stroms (100') geeignet ist, der geformt ist, sobald die Längsstreifen (101) durch das trichterförmige Element (11) zugeführt werden, wobei die Sammel- und Fördermittel (10) vorzugsweise mindestens zwei trichterförmige horizontal nebeneinander liegende oder zumindest teilweise übereinander angeordnete Elemente (11) umfassen.
  5. Maschine (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend Saugmittel, die mit den Sammel- und Fördermitteln (10) assoziiert und konfiguriert sind, um das Sammeln der Längsstreifen (101) zu erleichtern.
  6. Maschine (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend mindestens eine Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen eines Additivs auf die Bahn und/oder auf die Längsstreifen (101) - beispielsweise eine Flüssigkeit oder Metallpartikel.
  7. Maschine (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend eine Vorrichtung zum Reduzieren der elektrostatischen Ladung des Materials für die Tabakindustrie, die vorzugsweise stromaufwärts der ersten Schneidmittel (3) angeordnet ist.
  8. Maschine (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend mindestens einen Erfassungssensor, der konfiguriert ist, um ein Verklemmen und/oder Brüche in den Längsstreifen (101) zu erfassen, wobei der mindestens eine Erfassungssensor vorzugsweise zwischen den ersten Schneidmitteln (3) und den Sammel- und Fördermitteln (10) angeordnet sind.
