Claims (6)

  1. Robinetterie sanitaire, pourvue d'un corps de robinetterie (1) cylindrique creux dans lequel est placé un insert à cartouche (7) qui relie fluidiquement une cartouche mélangeuse avec un flexible pour l'eau mitigée (19), l'insert à cartouche (7) comportant un raccord pour l'eau mitigée (27) sur lequel le flexible pour l'eau mitigée (19) est raccordé de manière étanche au liquide, pour créer le raccord pour l'eau mitigée (27), le flexible pour l'eau mitigée (19) passant du côté raccordement dans un logement d'insert à cartouche (29) en forme de douille, et le logement d'insert à cartouche (29) en forme de douille entourant l'insert à cartouche (7) de manière étanche au liquide, et dans la paroi de douille (31) du logement d'insert à cartouche (29) en forme de douille étant ménagé un passage (33) par l'intermédiaire duquel l'eau mitigée s'écoule de l'insert à cartouche (7) dans le flexible pour l'eau mitigée (19), sur le corps de robinetterie (1) étant surmoulée une sortie d'eau (3), à travers laquelle le flexible pour l'eau mitigée (19) est guidé de manière lâche, sur une embouchure de sortie (52) de la sortie d'eau (3) étant monté une unité de mousseur (41) et l'unité de mousseur (41) étant raccordée de manière étanche au liquide sur une sortie de flexible du flexible pour l'eau mitigée (19), sur sa sortie de flexible, le flexible pour l'eau mitigée (19) passant, notamment en une matière homogène et/ou en monobloc dans un logement de mousseur (39) en forme de douille, le logement de mousseur (39) en forme de douille étant susceptible d'être amené en liaison par emboîtement, notamment étanche au liquide avec un manchon de raccordement (53) de l'unité de mousseur (41), l'unité de mousseur (41) étant réalisée en deux parties, à savoir en un mousseur (49) et en une bague de fixation (51), la bague de fixation (51) étant vissée par un filetage de cette dernière dans l'embouchure de sortie (52) de la sortie d'eau (3),
    caractérisée en ce que le flexible pour l'eau mitigée (19) débouche par sa sortie de flexible dans une paroi de douille (45) du logement de mousseur (39) en forme de douille, à savoir en créant une zone d'angle intérieur (47), qui est définie entre le flexible pour l'eau mitigée (19) et la paroi de douille (45) du logement de mousseur (39) en forme de douille, et en ce que le logement de mousseur (39) en forme de douille est inséré de manière étanche au liquide dans le manchon de raccordement (53) du mousseur (41), en ce que la bague de fixation (51) comporte un taraudage, dans lequel taraudage est vissé le mousseur (49), et en ce que notamment la bague de fixation (51) comporte un segment de bague (54) de grand diamètre, dans lequel sont conçus aussi bien le taraudage qu'également le filetage, et un segment de bague (53) de petit diamètre qui forme le manchon de raccordement qui est en liaison par emboîtement avec le logement de mousseur (39) en forme de douille.
  2. Robinetterie sanitaire selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le raccord pour l'eau mitigée (27) comporte un orifice de sortie de l'eau mitigée (35) qui débouche à fleur de surface dans une paroi latérale cylindrique de l'insert à cartouche (7) et en ce que notamment au moins sur la zone du bord d'orifice de l'orifice de sortie de l'eau mitigée (35) une face interne du logement d'insert à cartouche (29) en forme de douille est adjacente de manière étanche au liquide.
  3. Robinetterie sanitaire selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce par l'intermédiaire de zones d'étanchéité (37), le logement d'insert à cartouche (29) en forme de douille est en appui étanche au liquide avec l'insert à cartouche (7), de part et d'autre en direction axiale de l'orifice de sortie de l'eau mitigée (35) de l'insert à cartouche (7).
  4. Robinetterie sanitaire selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que le flexible pour l'eau mitigée (19) est surmoulé en une matière homogène et/ou en monobloc sur le logement d'insert à cartouche (29) en forme de douille, et/ou en ce que le flexible pour l'eau mitigée (19) forme conjointement avec le logement d'insert à cartouche (29) en forme de douille une unité de prémontage (V) d'un seul tenant.
  5. Robinetterie sanitaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que le flexible pour l'eau mitigée (19) comporte du côté raccordement une bride d'étanchéité (55) coudée vers l'extérieur en direction radiale, qui entoure une entrée de flexible du flexible pour l'eau mitigée (19) et en ce que le logement d'insert à cartouche (29) en forme de douille est structuré en deux couches avec une douille intérieure (57) et une douille extérieure (59), entre lesquelles la bride d'étanchéité (55) du flexible pour l'eau mitigée est (19) est insérée de manière étanche au liquide.
  6. Robinetterie sanitaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le logement d'insert à cartouche (29) en forme de douille, le flexible pour l'eau mitigée (19) ou le logement de mousseur (39) sont fabriqués en une matière plastique, ou en ce que le logement d'insert à cartouche (29) en forme de douille ou le logement de mousseur (39) comporte des zones de déformation théorique (43) faisant office d'aide au montage, qui simplifient l'intégration du logement d'insert à cartouche (29) ou du logement de mousseur (39) dans le corps de robinetterie (1) et en ce que notamment les zones de déformation théorique (43) sont des évidements de matière en forme de rainures ou sont conçues sur la face externe sur le logement d'insert à cartouche (29) en forme de douille, ou en ce que le logement d'insert à cartouche (29) en forme de douille est conçu sur sa face interne en forme de cylindre lisse ou en ce que le flexible pour l'eau mitigée (19) présente une géométrie en flexible ondulé.
