Abstract

Bei Packungen für Zigaretten aus einer Innenpackung (11), insbesondere einer Folien-Dichtpackung, und einer Außenpackung (10) in der Ausführung als Klappschachtel ohne Kragen wird eine zusätzliche Schließhilfe für den Deckel geschaffen. Die Innenpackung (11) bzw. ein Stützorgan innerhalb der Folien-Packung bewirkt einen über die Kontur der Innenpackung (11) hinausgehenden Vorsprung im Bereich des Deckels (13), insbesondere einer Deckel-Seitenwand, der aufgrund Anlage an der Deckel-Seitenwand eine erhöhte Schließkraft erzeugt.

Tray 39 besteht üblicherweise aus (dünnem) Karton oder vergleichbarem Packstoff. Das Tray 39 ist so ausgebildet, dass mindestens eine U-förmige Umfassung mindestens eines Teils der Zigarettengruppe 29 gegeben ist. Vorteilhaft ist eine Ausführung eines Trays 39 gemäß Fig. 4 mit einer Hauptwandung, insbesondere einer Tray-Vorderwand 40 und mit zu beiden Seiten angeordneten Tray-Seitenlappen 41. Die Tray-Vorderwand 40 überdeckt die Frontseite der Zigarettengruppe 29 - unter Bildung einer Ausnehmung 42 benachbart zur Stirnseite -, während die Tray-Seitenlappen 41 an den Schmalseiten der Zigarettengruppe 29 anliegen. Eine Tray-Bodenwand 43 liegt optional an den bodenseitigen Enden der Zigaretten an. Bei der Ausführung eines Zuschnitts gemäß Fig. 6 sind an der Tray-Bodenwand 43 Stecklaschen 44 angebracht, die eine Fixierung der Tray-Bodenwand 43 durch formschlüssige Fixierung der Boden-Ecklappen (51) ermöglichen.In the case of inner packings 11 made of foil or sealing foil 28, a protective and supporting member for the cigarette group 29 is arranged inside the same.
