Weiterhin ist ein quergerichteter Tray-Boden 29 vorgesehen, an dem die Zigaretten der Zigarettengruppe 22 nach Einführung in die Innenpackung 25 mit ihren freien Enden anliegen. Claims (10)
- Cigarette pack for a ready formed cigarette group (22), having an inner pack (25), which is open on at least two sides and is made of dimensionally stable packaging material, in particular of cardboard, wherein the resulting unit made up of cigarette group (22) and inner pack (25) is enclosed by at least one outer wrapper, a blank (21) made of sheet material, in particular by a wrapper sealed by the thermal sealing of closing flaps, and this forms the contents of a hard pack (11), in particular of a hinge-lid box, characterized by the following features:a) the inner pack (25) is designed in the form of a tray with a tray front wall (26), lateral, transversely directed tray flaps (27, 28) and a likewise transversely directed tray base (29), which is located opposite an open end side,b) at least a large-surface-area, open side of the inner pack (25) has applied to it a retaining strip (30), which runs transversely to cigarettes of the cigarette group (22), is connected to the tray flaps (27, 28) and fixes the formation of the cigarette group and/or the precise geometrical shape of the inner pack (25),c) the retaining strip (30) for connecting the tray flaps (27, 28) is arranged in a manner eccentrically adjacent to the open end side of the inner pack, preferably in the region of the transition between the cigarette filters (33) and the actual cigarettes, in the case of the latter being designed in the form of filter cigarettes.

- Pack according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the retaining strip (30), at preferably both ends, has transversely directed limbs (31) which are connected, that is to say by adhesive bonding and/or thermal sealing, to upright walls of the inner pack (25), in particular to erected tray flaps (27, 28).
- Pack according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that an all-round retaining means, in particular an all-round retaining strip (30), is arranged on the outside of the inner pack (25), the ends of said retaining means or retaining strip being connected to one another by adhesive bonding and/or thermal sealing.
- Pack according to Claim 1 or one of the further claims, characterized in that the retaining strip (30) is connected to the inner pack (25) (exclusively) by thermal sealing, wherein the retaining strip is provided in its entirety, or at least in the region of limbs (31) for connection to the inner pack (25), with a thermally sealable coating - sealing coat - or consists entirely of sealable sheet material.
- Pack according to Claim 1 or one of the further claims, characterized in that the inner pack (25) has over its entire outer side, or in sub-regions for connecting the retaining strip (30) to the inner pack (25), a coating of sealable material - sealing coat - preferably at least on the outer side of the tray flaps (27, 28) in the region for fixing the retaining strip (30) .

- Pack according to Claim 1 or one of the further claims, characterized in that the retaining strip (30) is designed in the form of part of the inner pack (25), preferably by virtue of (two) parallel punched lines (34) being applied in the region of the tray front wall (26) and of adjacent regions of the tray flaps (27, 28) such that the folding of a blank designed in this way of the inner pack (25) gives rise to a retaining strip (30) which runs in the plane of the free rear side of the inner pack (25) and has connecting limbs (36), which are connected to the inner side of the tray flaps (27, 28).
- Pack according to Claim 1 or one of the further claims, characterized in that the cigarette block (10), designed in the form of a sealed block, has closure seams (23) configured in the form of fin seams in the region of narrow side walls (17), wherein the fins, which are connected to one another by thermal sealing, are folded over in the direction of the front side or of the front wall (15) of the cigarette block (10) and are fixed to the side wall (17) in particular by thermal sealing and/or adhesive bonding, at least in an upper region directed towards an end wall (18).
